After using on tile floors which I thought looked clean, the dirty water was so dark I almost gagged. Had been using a steam machine before but obviously the tile was not clean. The tile now has a nice shine again. Using the rug formula and rug roller, I again was shocked by how dirty the waste water was and how so much unseen cat fur was picked up. I had been prevously using a big name vacuum and this machine is much better at getting the rug clean.

So, I asked my mom to buy this for me as a house warming gift. Thought it was going to be absolutely amazing! Read all the reviews and watched video's in it. EVERYTHING! So, when i went to go use it for the first time I made sure to read all directions and did everything by the book to make sure I got the best clean possible and for it to last. Well, nay nay. Water started coming through the air filter. So we immediately exchanged for a new one. Now Ive only used the new one 3 times. Hardly. For some reason it has issues sucking up the water into the tank and ends up leaving it all over the floor. Yes, it cleans great but there is so many difficulties with the ones ive had that it no longer is a good purchase. So, ill be returning this one too or giving to a friend.

This is a great product. Its ready to use in minutes a d cleans like a dream. I have 3 dogs and 3 cats so pet hair is a real problem. With the CrossWave its does it all at once. When i empty the dirty it is disgusting and smelly but that is what was on my floor. Would recommend to anyone. The only downfall is that it doesnt get all the way to the wall but that can be different ne easily.

I thought my steam cleaner was getting the floor clean, but I was very surprised how much cleaner and shinier my floors were the very first time I used the Bissel Crosswave. I like that I don't have to vacuum first and then mop the floor. The water in the return was pretty murky and the floors had a much cleaner look. I have used it on my tile floor, vinyl flooring, wood floors and they all look great. The Bissel cleaner comes apart easily so I can clean it up thoroughly before using it again. I hope to have it a long time and I will get another one when the time comes.

I use this thing 3 times a week. Its easy to use, cleans great with the solution or with just plain hot water. Washes and dries quickly. A little time to clean up but i feel like that forces you to maintain the equiptment and proper cleaning and maintenance keeps it running tip top longer. Highly recommend this product.

I never write reviews even if the product is worthy, unless I am prompted to do so. But I'm writing this one because this Bissell is outstanding, marvelous and a game changer. I have electric machines to use for my chorus: a sweeper, vacuum, shampooer, and a mop of sorts. I have 6 dust pans, three brooms and three mops which I'm getting rid of immediately. I will keep one broom, mop and dust pan for quick pickups. It would take me 3 days to manually do the floors due to 5 back surgeries. The mostly recent on December 2, 2016, undergoing corrective surgery from C6-S2 due to 4 failed ones. Every time I did the floors I thought it went well enough not realizing minute particles not visible to the naked eye were being left behind. I did the whole house in 3 hours, with small breaks, maybe 5 minutes, no more than that; I was enjoying the sadistic act. I was astound with the first reservoir contents. The water was dark and it had the smallest particles and hair collections; mine and my Jack Russell's. I was totally amazed at each water disposal. I thought I would have to run something along the edges because of the front cover but the suction on this machine picked it up. I love my Bissell, there is nothing better that I have bought that can beat it. I only have my throw rugs to do and will update this review to let you know how it went, I don't doubt it will be phenomenal. Now if I could find a very small Bissell to do all the glass tables and such; I would be in hog heaven to find one. Believe me I don't rave about cleaning floors or rugs but this Bissell deserves the rave and much more.

My wife and I stopped using a home cleaning service because they just didn't do what we had expected. I promised her that I would do the floors (tile) and the baths. I searched for something to use and found the Bissell Crosswave. I hoped for the best (and expected less than that). I was very pleasantly surprised with the results of my first effort with this machine. It did a great job on the floors and it only took a reasonable length of time. The Crosswave was easy to use, much less work than a mop and bucket--and the vacuum was included!! Recognizing that very few people want to clean floors, this machine made the job quite bearable although not necessarily enjoyable. As for me, it is truly worth the investment.

When my husband initially brought this product home, I thought to myself "great, another gimmicky thing we will never use". But I couldn't have been more wrong. I literally use it EVERY day! The clincher was when I saw how much dog hair (YUCK) and dirt it picked up. It really does a great job both vacuuming and mopping on our tile and hardwood. Then I thought "well surely it will do a horrible job on the area rug". WRONG!! It vacuums the rug well and gives it a nice refreshed look (and smell.... did I mention we have a dog :) This is not a deep cleaner for carpets, it is purely meant to refresh them. Sooooo happy with this purchase. Well worth the price!

This is more then expected, I have 4 German Shepherds and a lot of mud and hair. This machine does wonders on my area rugs and wood floors. The only down fall to this machine is it is a little heavy , I have sever arthritis in my hands but beside that this is a fabulous machine.

I have a large home with a lot of tile, and pets with a lot of hair. Since I don't have to vacuum first, it saves a lot of time. It does a great job, and it saves my back since I was using a mop. The tile I have has dips in it which use to be hard to clean. The CrossWave does an excellent job and is easy to use. Clean up is easy, too.
