[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never really write reviews, and when I do they're usually positive ones only. But man I messed up buying this vacuum! We bought it last year after I begged for it due to the reviews I saw and YouTube videos, and I regret it everyday. Only reason I haven't thrown It away is because I'm a stay at home mom and we don't have money to be throwing away expensive items. Used it 2 times a week before having a baby and the suction worked for 1 month. If I could get rid of it I would, but my husband would be truly disappointed. I pretend I'm using it by sweeping the carpets and mopping , which defeats the whole purpose of owning this ‍♀️ Hopefully next year I'll feel less bad telling him it gave out or something. Just don't do it.

I have had three different brands of hard floor cleaners of this type, the kind that put down a solution and then extract to a separate container. This is by far the easiest and lightest machine I have owned. It doesn't over saturate the floor and dries quickly. It is easy to push and glides effortlessly. If it "scrubbed" just a bit harder that would be a plus, but it does a good enough job for me to be thrilled and keep me off my hands and knees with a bucket. A real back and time saver!

I have never been a fan of mops, they merely push around the dirt, actually removing only a small portion of the mess. When my Floormate died the day before Thanksgiving, I ran out to purchase another one, only to find out the store had none in stock. Out of desperation I purchased the Bissell, which was quite a bit more money, and worth every penny I found. So very glad I did! What a great machine! It does a fantastic job, and gets used several times a week - I have 3 dogs that track in l lot of dirt. I found it to be much easier to use than the Floormate, and so much easier to clean after use. Thanks Bissell for making such a great product

I ordered this machine on Friday from TV received it the next day I hate to mop but this machine is very light weight and easy to use you vacuum and mop at the same time it takes about ten minutes to mop my den and it cleans extremely well it doesn't take up much room and fits nicely in our camper too Extremely pleased with purchase Very easy to clean just rinse clean after each use takes less than five minutes

My son has allergies and we have a dog so our carpets didn't smell the nicest. After one use in two separate rooms I couldn't believe the disgusting dirt that it picked up. Amazing! And my carpet smells great! I've never loved a vacuum so much in my life. The only down side is all the parts you have to take out to be cleaned and let dry before you can use it again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish that I never bought this vacuum, every single time it leak dirt was back over the floor. You can clean this vacuum until your eyes are blue it still leaks. I even tried let my son clean it and attempted to figure it out and he's an engineer but he says it vacuums great. The only problem with that is I didn't buy a vacuum. This is a very expensive vacuum and I promise you I don't use it. Ever time I walk by the other vacuums that does work I get upset all over again because I should have gotten another brand. Please don't be like me it leaks it leaks it leaks try a different one.

Our cat is not afraid of noise when we clean carpets now! I love the ease of cleaning floors and rugs now and my boyfriend says it's the best purchase ever. We will get one for downstairs now. What an excellent product!!! :) You can use this right out of the box without instructions. We really love this cleaner and it is so versatile and lightweight, easy to maneuver. Great product!

Although I am not sure what the upgrade is as I did not have the predecessor, I can say for sure that the all-in-one feature of a wet mop, vacuum cleaner and rug shampooer has enabled me to give my home a cleaning that would have cost hundreds of dollars. The fault with the item is that is does not reach corners so I still have to use my Shark steam mop for those areas. I also think the water bottle is too small. Cleaning a large room requires many refills. Also, while the cleaners smell nice and deodorizes, they are not that strong; multiple sweeps required. All in all, for a non-industrial device the weight and effectiveness is okay for the typical home owner to, over time, give their rugs, carpets, and hard floors a professional cleaning.

This is the best purchase I have made is a long time. It truly works great. Vacuums and mops at the same time. I recently moved into a house with 100% wood and/or tile floors. This is the only thing I need to keep them looking great and without a lot of effort. It is lightweight. cleans great and it is easy to keep it clean. I add a little lavender oil into the tank and my house smells great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this product a couple years ago for our tile floors. It doesn't clean the floors. Puts down a lot of water/solution. Little to no suction to remove water from floor. Bought replacement brushes/parts even though the ones that came with it were not damaged or worn. Just trying anything to get it to work. Both me and my wife have tried everything we can think of. Our two housekeepers over that time frame have had no luck. It basically just makes noise, puts down a lot of water and dilutes the spill or dirt on the floor. Doesn't actually remove dirt or clean floor. Just spreads the mess around.
