This thing is awesome!! I'm a regular cleaner and I just got my puppy, leading me to clean even more. I don't wear shoes inside and I either vacuum and swiffer or sweep and swiffer every day so I thought my house was clean. Boy was I wrong! After my first use of this thing, I was met with a tank of dark gray water with lots of pet hair and dust in it! Not only did it clean dirt and hair, it also got up residual residue on my hardwood floors from a previous cleaner that's been a pain for months! My floors look brand new. Once my puppy is completely house trained I will put my area rugs back down and try it on those! If you don't want streaks, add a bit more water and a bit less solution than notated. I only wish the tanks held more cleaning liquid so that I didn't have to refill and empty as much. I see myself using this thing until the wheels fall off and the motor stops running, at which I will buy another!

I got this all-in-one because most of my house floors are hardwood. This is the best cleaner. I used it 9 times before giving my opinion. It's easy to use and take apart to clean, every thing snaps right in place. My hardwood floors look fabulous. I really love this machine.

I have light colored ceramic tile on my lower level. I also have two elderly cats. The Crosswave did an adequate job on the surface grime and was easy to move around. The pump was quite noisy and IMO somewhat stingy with cleaning solution. In order to clean grout lines I had to put the switch on "rug" and do multiple passes to get enough solution to clean. I also think there should be a "PET Roller" product made to allow for deeper cleaning. I did learn not to allow the Crosswave to go over the cord as it will wrap around the roller. I loved that I did not have to vacuum first and the unit did a great job picking up litter and pet hair. I also appreciated the large solution tank.

I am so happy with my Crosswave. It cleans so well and the vacuum feature makes it the best floor cleaner ever. I am getting rid of all my floor steamers. They just move the dirt around. It is amazing to see that dirty water after cleaning floors that you thought were pretty clean.

I wasnt sure so it took me a long time to finally order the Crosswave. I just love this vac. I have 4 little dogs and this makes my epoxy floors just sparkle. Cuts my cleaning time down and my floors have never been this clean. The Bissell solution smells just wonderful.

Works great on my wood floors. Carpet was disappointing. I have a carpet with short pile. However, most of the cleaning solution soaks into the carpet. Very little is actually drawn back into the container. It just does not have the suction power to accomplish what it is claimed to do on carpet.

Easy to operate, decent job on flat surfaces but need to manufacture a "stiffer" brush to do the grout. Also they include in the package a multi purpose and wood floor brushes. The multi purpose does everything BUT rugs. Need to replace the wood floor brush with the rug brush when packaging as that is the 2 operations on the handle of the machine. You cannot use the rug button on item until you order an additional part - not proper item packaging and forces you to purchase additional part before that option can be utilized.

I wanted a Bissell crosswave because when I have to vacumn and mop my laundry room and kitchen I really hurt when I'm finished. With my crosswave the chore is so much easier. It picks up things that my Dyson throws all over the floor. It's easy to use and clean up is easy. You think your floors aren't too dirty and then you see the nasty water your emptying out. It's like WOW. You can tell your floors are cleaner then when you used a mop. I love it, it is a keeper. Cuts your floor cleaning in half.

I absolutely LOVE my Bissell CrossWave and highly recommend it to everyone. I had cleaned my floors with my old steam mop earlier, the day my CrossWave was delivered to my home, but was so excited to try it out I cleaned my kitchen floor again. I was shocked and a bit disgusted after seeing how dirty the water was in the dirty water tank after using the CrossWave on my "clean" floors. It was super easy to use, maneuver and operate. I love how you can choose if you need to clean a small or large area and how simple it is to fill and empty. The main reason I highly recommend this CrossWave to everyone is it cleans everything so well all your floors and carpets will be beautifully clean and smell fresh. I tell all my friends and family to get the CrossWave and the first time you try it out and see the dirt and grime removed from your floors that appear to be clean, you will be convinced. I use this 3 to 4 times a week as I have a dog who tracks in dirt and grass from the yard. No more getting the broom out to sweep first, then filling up a mop bucket to clean the mess, the Crosswave does it all in one motion. Thank you Cathy Bissell, I'm so glad you're a pet owner and understand our needs to keep our house clean. I highly recommend the Bissell CrossWave, my new favorite way to clean floors.

We bought this product today. We took it out of the box, clicked a few pieces into place and off we went. It cleaned my entire house in about an hour. I was AMAZED at how much dirt and dog hair and everything else it picked it. The clean up was easy and quick and I will be recommending this product to anyone who has hardwood, laminate and tile. Absolutely in LOVE with this product and love all the accessories that comes with it. Nothing extra to buy if you buy it from the right place!
