I bought this a couple of weeks ago to help me keep our new hardwood floors clean. I think I'm getting the hang of it and for the most part, I really like it..but it keeps 'spitting' little lines of soapy water from the sides. Also, my box did not contain a self cleaning tray. I'm not sure why?

It doesn't pick up hair or dirt. Leaves streak marks of dirt. Still have to vacuum, sweep and mop. It worked great the first couple times but my floors were already cleaned. I'm so disappointed since it was supposed to replace my broom mop and vacuum. It seems to leave more of a mess behind it. It came with muti surface brush roll and no container to clean it in.

The bissell wave arrived very timely after ordering. It was so easy to put together. Of course, I had to try it out and it did an excellent job on my hardwood floors,tile and vinyl as well. It cut my work in half. The vacuum and mop is awesome. Very happy with my purchase.

Soo easy to use, I just roll it along the floor. I thought it was not cleaning good until saw the dirty water! Cleaning the unit is just as easy. My daughter bought one a couple of yrs ago for a lot less, the price more than doubled. I wish I would would have bought it then, I have purchased many floor cleaners that I figured I didn't need another one to collect dust, boy was I wrong with this one. I hate cleaning floors! This makes it so easy. I love out!

Well I absolutely loved it. With two dogs and two cats it's a lifesaver. My mother even went and bought one for her white ceramic tile floors and loved it. But since my review of May 2019 not even six months later my best I'll just stopped working. I was using it and it was plugged in and then there was like a short and it stopped working and there was an electrical smell. And so I tried to plug it into a different outlet thinking it was my home and it did the same thing and two days later I tried it and it just doesn't work anymore I'm contacting the school now trying to find out about a warranty. After using this you don't want to use a vacuum and a mop anymore. This cuts down so much energy and time. But for $269 I would think it would last a few years.

This is the best thing I have ever done for myself. I am able to clean my entry, living room, dining room and kitchen in 10 minutes. I use to spend more time than that just sweeping so I could mop. I have seen the negative comment about not good if you have dogs, well, we have three and it works perfectly. Do yourself a favor and get one of these. I recommend it to all my family and friends. Do it, people, you won't be sorry!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased it one year and maybe two months ago, all I know is that the one year warranty is definitely up and today I went to plug it in and it cut the power in my home which I've never had happy with any appliance let alone a vacuum?? I thought it was an issue with the outlet so I went to a different room and sure enough the power went out again. Had to be the vacuum. Honestly wasn't that impressed with the vacuum considering my ECOVACS robot vacuum got more dirt and hair off my floors than the crosswave without me even having to vacuum. I have a clean home no kids no pets just two adults, so didn't vacuum very often with it and yet I can't even use it now barely a year later. Really irritated.

I love this product it works amazing with having 3 dogs in the house, and multiple other animals, works great when the dogs make a mess or have accidents, just remember to clean the dirty part of the tank when you are done using it! It seems to really smell if you forget to clean it, however, we do use it a lot of pet urine having a puppy that has accidents, But this product works amazing, I am buying one again when my boyfriend and I get our own place

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited for this mop and vacuum in one and thought for the price it was going to work very well. When using the mop it seems to leave behind lines of dirty water and when I use the vacuum it gets clogged immediately and blows around dust and hair instead of picking it up. I'm very upset I wasted my money on this..

I love the Crosswave. I'm obsessive about my kitchen and this cleans my kitchen floor like nothing else; it sparkles now. I could not believe how dirty the hardwood floors were the first time and how much additional dirt came up the second time. I highly recommend this product. Cuts my cleanup time at least in half. I have two cats and it get the pet hair and human hair up too, this is a huge bonus.
