It worked amazingly...while it worked. After five months of use, the motor that runs the brush stopped working. I contacted Bissell and they advised me to take it to an authorized dealer...in the middle of the coronavirus quarantine. I have used Bissell products for many years and have never had one issue with any of them, now that I REALLY need to be sanitizing my floors (I have a little one crawling around) I can't...very disappointed in the customer support at Bissell.

This is genius. Mops just push dirty water around the floor. This had never occurred to me. The Crosswave is amazing! I have mopped my floors at least once if not several times a week. First time I used the Crosswave, the dirty water looked like coffee. It is so convenient to use and easy to clean. I used it to clean a spot on my bedroom carpet that had been there for months. Immediately removed it. I even wrote a post on my Facebook page bragging about this machine.

I hate mopping floors! The CrossWave is a great machine for tiled floors. I could not believe the amount of dirt it cleaned up! Some reviewers have stated that the machine doesn't clean all the way to the edge of the floor but the front of the machine does (just like Bissell carpet cleaners). It is very easy to clean, a little gross if you have pet hair mixed in the dirty water. I am amazed at how clean the roller is after use. There is hardly any dirt on the roller, it all goes into the dirty water tank which proves to me that the machine is picking up all of the dirt instead of just spreading it around. There are a couple of spots the machine doesn't reach, such as between a pedestal bathroom sink and the wall, but nothing else reaches either. It isn't quiet, not necessarily quick on heavily trafficked, dog-slobbered floors, but works better than any type of machine I have ever tried on tiled floors! I did have a problem when I first assembled the machine and it wouldn't start - make sure the handle is completely inserted into the machine! :)

This product is fantastic! I am very pleased ! Light weight, easy to use. Does exactly what claimed. I highly recommend to everyone! I can no longer scrub on my hands and knees and am still a clean freak. Use the machine every couple of days my floors shine! I have no carpet all hard wood and tile.

I overall really like this machine. I've had mine for just over a year. The only negative is that sometimes the holding tank seems to fill up very quickly. I so have a dog and I probably have to empty it about three times per time I vacuum. recently the roller stopped working. I called them the same night. There customer service hours are amazing? and they are sending me a new machine. I'm impressed and will buy again in the future!

I ordered the crosswave to see if it could help to keep up on the floors. Normally it is a sweeping then a run over with a mop. Which took a lot of time as my house is all hardwood. I was shocked at how easy this was to use. Not only did it do the the job 2 jobs in one but cut my time of cleaning the floors in half. I was amazed and how dirty the water was after cleaning. This is by far the best purchase.

If you clean floors and are considering buying this machine like I was two months ago, believe that it will do what the ads claim. I was using a vacuum and then damp mopping and, not only was it a lot of work, it didn't get my floors truly clean. I felt like I was just pushing dirt around and I always had streaks. This machine gets my floors as clean as the day they were new. It's easy to use and easy to clean up the machine when you're done. The floor dries in seconds so I can walk on it almost immediately. But the best thing for me is it will clean up dried on dog drool. That stuff sticks like glue! I've recommended this machine to my sister and daughter. If they don't buy one soon, they will get one for their birthday. I recommend this machine for anyone who cleans floors.

This machine vacuums and washes the floor at the same time....when I used to vacuum and then wash the floor, I would have clumps of dust everywhere and had to always wipe it up when the floor dried. With this machine, it still clumps up the dust but sucks it up in the machine with no cleanup after your done. It is definitely the best thing ever and so easy to use. Made my life a lot easier!

I have wanted one of these for 16 months! We moved into a new house with tile floors in the utility, kitchen and kitchen nook and I hated mopping these floors it was so hard on my back and they never looked good. After my first time using the Crosswave, they looked fantastic! Even family members commented on how good those floors looked. Used as well on a couple of area rugs I have and they just seemed to "perk up" the looks of the rugs. My hubby purchased for my birthday and I love it and love him for getting it for me!

I purchased this CrossWave several months ago because the house I rent is hardwood floors and tile.I live alone with my best friend a 160 lb. Great Dane/Irish Wolf Hound mix that is 11 years old named Nike.On the morning of May 16 I awoke to him having a seizure, then 4 more severe one's before I could get him to the vet. He was diagnosed with a tumor behind his right eye. Since then he has had trouble controlling his bladder, and the CrossWave and I have been cleaning around the clock. I've been through 3 1/2 32oz. bottles of cleaner since May 19, when he came home. As far as running it through its paces I have done that and more. This machine should be owned by any (or better yet everyone) with hard floors, PERIOD... It works just as good and strong as the day I bought it. There has been absolutely no hiccups at all. I do clean it often, inside and out. To plainly put it I LOVE THIS MACHINE, INFINITE. The only way I would get rid of is if someone was standing in front of me with a new one. Anyway, looking after Nike and having to clean up behind him with the CrossWave has been a life saver! He is only expected to be with me for 1 1/2 months now. I have my own issues also, and he has been the best medicine ever. If there is one negative issue it's that I wish you made an antibacterial or sanitary floor cleaner.
