I have always hated mopping my floors ,but with the cross wave I love it! I have used it about 3-4 times now. I like that I can vacuum and mop at the same time! I love how it smells when I am done cleaning too! I have soft water so I do not put as much solution in the tank and it still works great! It is loud,but I don't mind because it drowns out the sounds around me. It don't really use it to deep clean the grout lines,I just use it to keep an overall clean look and feel.

My husband has a hardwood flooring business so I am extra aware of cleaners for the floor. My previous 2-step process was getting old and I was finding that even with regular washing of the pad, I could wipe the floor with a paper towel afterwards and it was still dirty! Received this 2 days ago, used it last night on my area rugs and I was instantly sold. I figured even if I could just use it to clean the rugs, which previously couldn't be cleaned, it'd be worth it. Made them look fresh and I was disgusted at the water! This morning I did the big test and did the sheet vinyl in our gameroom and hardwood floors on the main level...amazing. As mentioned in previous reviews, to get along baseboards, you have to go head on to clean right up against it. But I did the paper towel test after, and it was still white! That in itself shows how good this machine is. Easy to clean, however, I will order another clean water tank so that I can interchange the solutions without dumping out (and wasting) whatever isn't used for the various surfaces. Floors dry very fast too! Oh, and I have 3 large, heavily shedding dogs, and this is a godsend!

So easy and clean. I have a screen room that gets a layer of fine dirt on the floor. I love that it picks up the water, dirt and all. The floor was far cleaner than I could ever get it with mop, hose, squeegeeing , and wet feet! Also I had a heavy rain after scrubbing and I just used the Crosswave to pick up the water that had collected in the screen room. My problem is that it does not get up against wall at the edge of the floor and it also cannot turn to get small spaces like between a commode and tub or cabinet.

I have cheaper laminate floors that are prone to warping. This machine is fantastic! Be sure to follow all directions and take care of it. If you do, no streaks, no residue. My floors have never been cleaner! I go back over wet areas without dispersing solution to dry faster and ensure no streaks are visible. If you have excessive pet hair, either vacuum with a regular vac first or just make sure you keep the machine clean. Sometimes the dirty water can get a little gross but not a big deal.

Quickly knocks out my tile floors, and my carpet. So easy to use, I can quickly go over my floors every other day. I have three cats and cleanliness is important. This is the easiest cleaning machine on the market today. Thank you Bissell you must of had me in mind when you developed this machine. I bought two more crosswave's and shipped them to my sisters. They also are very pleased.

I was always looking for something to vacuum and mop my tile floors. Our whole house is tile and it is hard to clean up after two children going in and out of the house along with two dogs. There would always be dirt and mud stains. It was always a two step process of vacuuming and then mopping. Nothing made it easier until I found this. I am able to mop and vacuum at the same time. This system is great for the tile floors. I have used it to pick up messes after the kids have spilled their drinks, food, etc. I only gave it 4-stars for two reasons: 1) The Bissell CrossWave is great, but there is a noticeable gap when cleaning against walls or other surfaces hard surfaces. Another mop like a swiffer wet-jet is needed just for this gap. 2) The brush/roller combo's are great, but if you have stains that have been there for a little while, it will take some time to roll over and clean. I wish they had a scrubber brush-like roll with it to really get stuff off the tile.

Did not clean my tile floors like advertise. At times the machine dispense to much water at once then it stops, left my floors very streaky and in area did not clean right. My spin mop mops the floors better. What I did like was the vacuum it has good suction. I have return the machine back to me its not worth the money.

Bought this crosswave primarily for white tile front to back, sick of trying every mop only to push dirt and grime around.. Did floors twice a week first three weeks and it does a good job. bought home 2012 and should have had tile professionally cleaned first..Previously a rental home ... Do not expect it to clean grimy grout... Did a bang up job on area rugs and laminate,,

Well I absolutely loved it. With two dogs and two cats it's a lifesaver. My mother even went and bought one for her white ceramic tile floors and loved it. But since my review of May 2019 not even six months later my best I'll just stopped working. I was using it and it was plugged in and then there was like a short and it stopped working and there was an electrical smell. And so I tried to plug it into a different outlet thinking it was my home and it did the same thing and two days later I tried it and it just doesn't work anymore I'm contacting the school now trying to find out about a warranty. After using this you don't want to use a vacuum and a mop anymore. This cuts down so much energy and time. But for $269 I would think it would last a few years.

My husband has copd and he try's to keep my floors up. I have had several types of floor products and all of them were too hard on him. I bought this and he loves it! He can thoroughly clean our floors and still breath and not winded. He was hesitant of me spending this much money but now that I have it he loves it. It doesn't take a lot to use. I would highly recommend!
