[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted this floor cleaner. I finally order it and it does not suck up anything off the ground. The container that should get the dity water was dry and all the dity water was still on the ground. Very disappointed. plan to return to the store tomorrow.

I was so excited to get this product. Eliminate a step in cleaning?? Sign me up! I debated about this product, because I didn't want to spend the money. Decided it would be worth it to save me some time cleaning. As a stay at home mom of 3 boys, who works from home, and is a ranch/farm wife in addition, time is a huge factor! It does not get my bare floors clean at all. I read the directions, I follow them to a T. I have gone over it multiple times & it still looks dirty when I am done. There are streaks from the cleaner itself, there are water spots on the floor from before that it did not clean up. It picks up like a regular vacuum & that is it. It picks up the debris & nothing more. If you are looking for a mop, don't buy this. Not happy I spend $200 plus on a machine that takes more of my time trying to get it to work and I end up mopping afterward anyway. Unhappy customer.

I have had three different brands of hard floor cleaners of this type, the kind that put down a solution and then extract to a separate container. This is by far the easiest and lightest machine I have owned. It doesn't over saturate the floor and dries quickly. It is easy to push and glides effortlessly. If it "scrubbed" just a bit harder that would be a plus, but it does a good enough job for me to be thrilled and keep me off my hands and knees with a bucket. A real back and time saver!

I absolutely LOVE my Bissell CrossWave and highly recommend it to everyone. I had cleaned my floors with my old steam mop earlier, the day my CrossWave was delivered to my home, but was so excited to try it out I cleaned my kitchen floor again. I was shocked and a bit disgusted after seeing how dirty the water was in the dirty water tank after using the CrossWave on my "clean" floors. It was super easy to use, maneuver and operate. I love how you can choose if you need to clean a small or large area and how simple it is to fill and empty. The main reason I highly recommend this CrossWave to everyone is it cleans everything so well all your floors and carpets will be beautifully clean and smell fresh. I tell all my friends and family to get the CrossWave and the first time you try it out and see the dirt and grime removed from your floors that appear to be clean, you will be convinced. I use this 3 to 4 times a week as I have a dog who tracks in dirt and grass from the yard. No more getting the broom out to sweep first, then filling up a mop bucket to clean the mess, the Crosswave does it all in one motion. Thank you Cathy Bissell, I'm so glad you're a pet owner and understand our needs to keep our house clean. I highly recommend the Bissell CrossWave, my new favorite way to clean floors.

I received the Crosswave for Mother's Day. I have arthritis and have difficulty cleaning floors. The Crosswave is a dream. Easy to use, oak floors and carpets are spotless, no need to vacuum or sweep first - one machine does it all. Parts are easy to clean and assemble. I can't say enough about how wonderful this product is. Right now I am admiring the oriental carpets I cleaned two days ago. They never looked better. Buy the Crosswave, you won't regret it.

We have 3 kids, and 2 dogs- one is a St. Bernard Newfoundland mix. Needless to say, life with us is a mess, but this thing is perfect for anyone who is as crazy about their kitchen being clean as we are. Unfortunately, we were wrong in the hopes that this would replace our need to rent a carpet cleaner. It's great for spot cleaning but you'll just get tired and frustrated going over, and over, and over the same spot on a carpet stain.

If found no issues picking up dog hair on laminated floors along the edges as some. I just run this CrossWave along the sides and also face the sides too. Picks up all dirt and any dog hair too. No reason to vacuum with another sweeper. I will only use this on my laminated floors since I have the Bissell 1986 ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner that is also fantastic!

I love love love this. After much consideration over price and mixed reviews, I decided to try it for myself and can say it definitely does it's job. I have laminated wood flooring throughout both living quarters and kitchen, which took too much time to actually mop with a traditional mop. And with a swiffer it literally just moved dirt around. With the bissell it does it all. Seriously try it

I have this machine and I have had anyone I know buy it too. However I did have to just call Bissell to replace the handle that was stuck in the dispense position, and they were great they will be sending a new handle this week. My one thought is that it positively should have a HANDLE on the water bottle! It is very difficult to remove when you have arthritis in your thumbs/ hands, I have to get a rubber lid cover sometimes to remove it. May one all bristle brush roller to would be nice for ceramic ..

I'm so disappointed with the CrossWave. I bought it for my tile floors. It leaks dirty water. I noticed a crack in my dirty water tank and it was replaced. I just used it again and dirty water still collects near the rolling brush as half of the dirty water gets sucked up into the receptacle and half of it is redistributed onto my floor, requiring me to use a microfiber mop to take up the excess. It is necessary to repetitively stop and clean out the spin brush and wipe off the bottom of the machine every few minutes.
