[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a large dog who brings in a lot of dirt and who is a drooler. The CrossWave is the best purchase I've made in a long time. We have mostly hardwood floors and linoleum. This machine is easy to use, does a fantastic job and is also easy to clean. I love the self-cleaning tray feature for the brush! Bissell always thinks of all the details and I also love supporting this local company in my hometown!

I've used the Crosswave for nearly a month now and I gotta tell you, I'm not NEARLY as impressed as the infomercial would lead us to believe. On a rug, it SEEMS to do a good job. On a hardwood floor, however, the Crosswave OBVIOUSLY could not clean on the first, second or even third pass. It was obvious that a piece of schmutz was left behind because I had to reach down and pick it up. My Oreck did a better job and was designed for close-cropped carpet only. So opinion: eh.

I was excited to get this but found it very awkward to use in y space. My kitchen has a wood floor, which should be cleaned with the grain. In some of the small areas it was difficult to maneuver this machine and you could not go with the grain. Consequently the floor was streaky when i finished. I was very careful to use lots of cleaning solution and to do a second pass with suction only. When I wiped up the floor with a rag, I had a bucket of dirty water, like I had not even cleaned the floor. This is in the box and being returned. If I have to hand rinse the floor, what's the purpose of having a machine.

Not as good as the Bessel steam cleaner for hard floors. The floors and area rugs are clean, but I expected better performance. The machine is ver loud. But it do a decent job cleaning my area rug and floors. Cleaning the machine a little too time consuming for me.

I'm amazed every time I clean as to how much more dirt it picks up. No other machine I had owned had ever done such a great job. It's so easy to clean. I like that I can vacuum & wash my wood floor, tile floors & area rugs with one machine. It's the best ever.

I'm a 73 yr old gal, I have 3 dogs. 2 yorkies and a long haired chihuahua. Our whole house is laminate and I use a swifter mop to get the hair. I then proceed to use a wet mop. I also have a steam mop, and a Dyson to suck up dog hair and dirt. This is done 2 times a week. If you saw all the mops, brooms, dusters, buckets and all the cleaners in my corner of the garage you would think I bought everything in the store. Well I kinda did. I saw a commercial about the Crosswave and checked out the comments about it. Ha! Ok I had to try it. Bissell ya got this one sooo right. The water from the dirty tank was BLACK. I guess when you use a wet mop you just continue to use nasty water over and over. I'm not the strongest person around and I have a bad back, but this is so easy to push, so no reason to use that excuse. Very easy to put together. I WILL NEVER USE ANYTHING ELSE ON MY FLOORS. I kinda hope my floors get dirty again soon so I can use it again.

I really wanted to love this machine. The biggest draw back for me is that the roller doesn't reach to the baseboards or area rugs, leaving a 1" noticeable perimeter of uncleaned floor around everything. The wheels also leave marks on the floor after drying if you don't go over a few times without water. The idea is great, but it's just not quite there.

My crosswave came Friday and I immediately used it and it truly does everything it says. My floors and small area rugs are spotless. It's lightweight, easy to use, easy to clean, and easy to take apart!!! I have told several family members and friends about it already and told them this is a MUST HAVE! I am an EXTREMELY satisfied customer. If I had to find one thing I didn't like... It doesn't clean and get the corners of base boards but because it cleans so incredibly well in every other way it's OK that I have to wipe those Down myself. The crosswave saves me hours scrubbing floors!!! No more sweeping floors before I scrub and no more on my hands and knees bending down to clean them. LOVE MY CROSSWAVE!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If zero stars was an option, I would select it. I was very excited to get this wet dry vac and use it. To my disappointment, it was an expensive waste of money. This item does not work well at all. I do not usually submit reviews, but I feel others need to know what I have experienced before buying this item. The chamber that collects dirt and water does not seat well at all and it can be very difficult to get it back on properly. It does not suction water well at all as it shows in the videos and commercials. The filter clogs very fast even when the floors have very little dirt on them. When the filter is clogged the vac will not suction at all and just blows dirt all over. Please think twice about buying this product. I wish I could return it.

I have two large puppies inside and this machine is great for cleaning their messes on my hardwood floors and my ceramic tile. It is easy to use and does a great job! It's wonderful to have a true "all in one cleaning machine" no more mops and mop buckets for me!
