As a fifty plus year fan of Rainbow vacuums, discovering the Bissell CrossWave All-in-one was a dream come true. The Bissell is much lighter and easier to use as a floor washer than the Rainbow. Of course, I'll keep my Rainbow for the big tough jobs.

Does a great job of cleaning hardwood floors without leaving residue behind. Like the sheen the solution produces. Would rate it a five except for the clean up. Almost takes as long to clean the machine as it does the floors. Would like more swivel to the head than is allowed. difficult to get under some furniture or in tight places. Very satisfied with this unit.

I have dark colored laminate flooring in my kitchen. All other cleaning methods left a streaky residue that would require the I get on my hands and knees to rub out. The Crosswave leaves my floors clean and streak-free. It's easy to operate and no need to vacuum before cleaning. It also dries the floor by sucking up the excess cleaning fluid. I LOVE this machine! Oh, and it also cleans area rugs!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has to be thoroughly scrubbed down and cleaned totally after EVERY SINGLE USE. It is not easy to clean the canister that the dirty water goes into. I hate it. The part that it sits in to clean the brush broke. I've had a carpet cleaner for years, and the one before was Bissell I love those products. Nothing has been good with this stupid thing.

Soo easy to use, I just roll it along the floor. I thought it was not cleaning good until saw the dirty water! Cleaning the unit is just as easy. My daughter bought one a couple of yrs ago for a lot less, the price more than doubled. I wish I would would have bought it then, I have purchased many floor cleaners that I figured I didn't need another one to collect dust, boy was I wrong with this one. I hate cleaning floors! This makes it so easy. I love out!

I have 2000 sqf of hardwood floor w/ some area rugs and tile. I'm handicapped and the light weight ease of use is so awesome. We have cats 1 is longhaired this machine cleans so well and its so easy to use you don't mind running it every day, so the house stays more hair and allergen free. no more getting the sweeper or broom and dustpan and then nasty mops and mop buckets .Just one machine does it all ! I LOVE THIS CROSSWAVE

Thank you for this miracle machine! We were finishing a new house build and our drywaller went MIA. Due to timing and such, our hardwood floors and tile still had to be installed (I know, first world problems during a pandemic. Ha!) If you've ever had drywall work done, you know it's a dusty and dirty job. Though floors were covered, it's just was not enough. After new drywallers finished, I had a professional floor cleaning company attempt to clean the floors. He said we would be fighting the film on the floors for awhile because drywall is tough to remove. Well, desperate, I did research and asked friends who already had the Crosswave. I quickly ordered one, said a prayer, and got to work. It was a dang miracle!!! After two cycles, the floors looked and felt amazing!! Even the other contractors were shocked. It truly saved are floors, our time, our money. Our physical health is safer as we don't have to breath in the dust. My personal mental health has improved as I feel better allowing our kids to play on the floor and not battle constant drywall dust. Though the edges have to be done by hand (which is totally understandable and not a big deal), we are truly thankful! It's my new favorite toy that is so easy to use and clean. I use it multiple times a week (especially after the contractors have been in and out all day). Cannot thank you enough for this product!

The new Bissell Crosswave is the best idea yet. To be able to vacuum and mop at the same time is a miracle. I have 2 dogs so there is always more fur left over after I mop. Now with this new vacuum it washes and picks up that extra fur that you do not get with the mop. The person who invented this is a genus. The cleaner also smells fantastic. Love, Love, Love this and will and have been recommending it to everyone I know.

I'm very unhappy with my product it leaves stains and have to be throwing dirty water even though is not full and the same time cleaning product from the bottom and also leaves dirty stains when it dries so i have to pass it twice all over and the edges and doesn't clean. I wish I can change for another product. I'm with this review stated the same issues I'm having. Used on tile and it takes several passes to clean dried things from tile. My main complaint is that it does not clean close to baseboards or cabinets on either side of the power head. Leaves about a 2 inch space on either side of power head not cleaned.

I was tired of using a sponge mop or rag mop, not to mention how useless the Shark steam mop is. Saw this and thought it would be a waste of money. Kept reading the great reviews and decided to take a chance. So glad I did. This is an awesome product! At first, I had my doubts...it would either not shut off or not turn on, or the water wouldn't spray, so did all the trouble shooting. It was just that I hadn't had the handle fully engaged! When all that was squared away, it went and scrubbed and cleaned. Very impressed with this Cross Wave machine!
