I am rarely drawn in by product marketing specials and tv infomercials, however I was intrigued by the Crosswave's performance on tv. I commented everytime the tv ad came on and finally my family took the hint and ordered me one for Christmas. This is one time that a product actually delivers! I am impressed with the ease of use and clean up of the machine and the remarkably clean floors!

Our home has a huge amount of tile and hardwood floors and we have a husky that isn't shy to share her fur with every part of our house, not to mention all the human hair from having 3 girls in the house lol. Trust me when I say the crosswave picks up all the hair and hasn't clogged up once. I'm kind of surprised this thing has worked as they advertised. :-)

This machine is excellent! I thought my hardwood floor was clean until I ran the crosswave on the kitchen floor. The amount of dirty water that was extracted was amazing. The luster that was left on the floor was nice and shiny.Cleaning up the bissell was so easy and hassle free! I would recommend this machine to anyone.

I needed to replace my Floormate that I LOVED but didn't want to buy again because of its issues. I'm hoping for the best with the Crosswave. I love that it disperses cleans water and sucks up dirty water. I don't love how noisy it is, I thought it would be quieter for the size of it but it's as loud as any vacuum cleaner. I wish the dirty water tank held a little more water but emptying it twice per use is not a major issue. It leaves about a 1/4" gap between the machine and the wall so you'll still need to go back and hand wash the perimeter of your room. It handles light spots fairly well, since the head swivels you're able to swing it in a semi circle to help the cleaning brush "scrub" the spot. Overall, I'm VERY pleased with the purchase and hope to use it for a long time.

I use this product for all of the bathrooms, kitchen and the dining room of our house. I'm so happy with the Bissell CrossWave because without it I would be constantly sweeping up after Buddy, who is a Black Lab/Golden Retriever mix who sheds non-stop. With the CrossWave I can sweep and clean my floors all at the same time. Of course our cat Freddy does add some hair to the mix, but not as much as Buddy.

25 years I cleaned floors on my hands and knees and I don't do that any more. This machine does a great job cleaning my kitchen, laundry room, family room and bathroom floors. The tray makes it easy to clean the roller. When I walk bare foot the floors feel smooth and clean Thank you

I've never been more thrilled with a multi- surface floor cleaner in my life! The Bissell Crosswave not only vacuums up my kitchen messes, I also love it for cleaning my bedroom and bathroom floors as well. I have tile and natural hardwood, and its cleaning power is amazing! It's very easy to put together, use, and store. I love that it pushes easily, and the handle and cord are just the right length! I have 4 cats, and this cleans up their little messes quickly and effectively! What an efficient all in one floor cleaner where I can finally vacuum and mop all in one! I've recommended this to all of my friends and family, as I don't know how I'd live without it!

We bought a Crosswave a year ago and are now on our FIFTH unit. They last for about 3 months and then the roller stops turning and the machine starts making a terrible grinding noise. Bissell just sends us a new one every time, but we have to send in the cord for the old one, wait a week for it to arrive to Bissell, wait another week for them to process the warranty return, and then another week for the new one to arrive. So, every time we're without a Crosswave for 3 weeks, and then a few months later the new one breaks IN THE SAME WAY. There is clearly a flaw in the Crosswave. I would like our money back or exchange to a different Bissell product. This thing is terrible.

Love how easy it is to use and clean up. Will be using often. When I first got this, had to clean the roller and inside a couple times so I'm wasn't just pushing the dirt around but the more I use it, my floors are getting cleaner and I don't need to do this. I have been waiting for many years for this product to be developed!!! Really do enjoy using it.

Purchased new home, with ALL tile floors upgrade. Had a Hoover all terrain, but it was not cleaning floor, nor was it working properly due to clogged areas in system that I could not clean. After 6 months, I purchased a Bissell Crosswave. My floors have never been this clean, even brand new. It is lightweight, and easy to maneuver. I use weekly, or more often. I rinse all the parts, individually. Usually can clean 1800 square feet with only 2 fills.
