This CrossWave made cleaning floors and area rugs so treating, enjoyable, and made the surfaces clean in appearance, and a fresh clean scent to the rooms. Also had been great for small spills, messes, etc. Easy to store, and it self cleans very simple.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A bit disappointed in this product. It doesn't really seem to clean the hardwood floors nor the area rug. We have normal amount of dirt from an 18 month old (milk and juice spills, etc) and a dog (muddy paws sometimes) and I didn't feel that my floors were any cleaner than vacuuming and using a mop with disposal pad. Very disappointed I paid so much money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Takes a bit to learn to use effectively. I have light colored laminate floors which show every smear, footprint and water spot. The Crosswave cleans this floor in minutes compared to hours it took me on my knees.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only used the Crosswave a few times and will update in a few months. For now, I would say it does what it's supposed to do and does it well. I only have porcelain tile throughout the house so this review is based on tile cleaning only. The spray and suction strength is excellent. The floor is barely wet after each pass. That was a big concern for me because others had complained about really wet floors. I would have rated a five star except that it won't clean up close to the walls. There's about an inch area where it can't get close enough. That's an issue I believe Bissell should remedy. For now I have to use a cloth to clean all around the floorboards. Overall, it's a great machine and I would recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have all wood floors and it seems they are always dirty, when I got my CrossWave I couldn't wait to try it out. It did a fantastic job and my floors seem to stay cleaner longer. Since it doesn't put out a huge amount of water, the floor dries quickly. I have used it on area rugs also with good results. The only problem using it on area rugs is that it doesn't move easily over the rug. I have recommended this to my neighbor, and she has asked Santa for one for Christmas.

I use the crosswave to clean my entire house. All pergo style flooring and a few small area rugs. I have 2 dogs, a toddler and a messy husband. I love this crosswave! It cleans amazingly! My floors and carpets look great. Sure...the cord could be longer and it would be nice if it got closer to the baseboards...but I have no problem overlooking these things due to how well the machine cleans. I would absolutely buy this again.

I love this product. I was skeptical at first if it would work adequately as a dual cleaner/vacuum. I was very wrong. It works like a gem. I love the separate chambers for the clean and dirty solution. To clean the dirty chamber is very easy. I was shocked at how much dirt it collects. I have a dog and cat that sheds and never had an issue with this product not picking up their hair while cleaning at the same time. I am a fan of this product and would highly recommend.

The vacuum does a great job! My only complaint is that the cord comes out from the bottom, and it is extremely easy to run over if you are not careful. It is a little bothersome to have to always hold it while vacuuming, so I plan to fasten it to the handle with a zip tie.
