The CrossWave does a fabulous job on picking up hair and washing the floor at the same time. I have to say I was quite apprehensive yet the Wet Dry Vac does perform as the ads show. It saves me time, keeps the floors clean and is very easy to use. Thank you

Thus, there is plenty of heavy litter to wet-vac off our floors. An average of two refills of the tank will clean our one bedroom apartment. The pieces come off easily and fit snugly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The CrossWave is a much much better machine than I could have imagined. It's extremely well built, light, and easy to maneuver. It pulled up so much more dirt and grime after having just used my spinner mop. The mop roller was restored to just about new condition after using the storage pan and special Bissell cleaning liquid (for that purpose). I really expected hair to get caught in the roller, making it difficult to clean the machine after use, but that didn't happen, as everything ended up in the tank. I also didn't believe that a machine could vacuum and mop at the same time, but it did with ease. The machine is also good for low pile throw rugs, but I also have the Bissell ProHeat 2X® Revolution® Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner for that job, since I have so many of them with thicker pile. These two machines are the best investment I've ever made when it comes to cleaning my house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wouldn't definitely buy this product again. We have hardwood floors. I use to vacuum the floors and then clean them. With Bissell, it is done all at the same time and what a fantastic difference. Our floors are clean!!

I bought the Bissel crosswave multi surface cleaner and boy, was I surprised. Assembly was minimal fill the bottle as per the instructions turned it on and started cleaning my kitchen floor. My floor looks almost new again. The bissel crosswave is easy to manvuer ,it cleans effortlessly and what you thought was vlean is now really clean. It works great on my area rugs also. Way to go Bissell.

I had read up on several different Crosswave type machines (even tho I love Bissell products) and found that this one really had all of the features I wanted! So I finally ordered it!! It came several days early!! I put it to use the very next day!! It was just in time! We have a new puppy and our great grandchildren are visiting!! I first did hard floors then area rugs! I have since needed to use it to clean up spilt cereal, milk, puppy messes and a host of other things!! It works wonderfully!! It does everything it said it would do and the self cleaning feature is the best!!! Thank you Bissell for making my life easier!

BEST PRICE IN U.S. AWESOME PRODUCT. I breed expensive imported rottweilers and this has been a life saver!!! It cleans far better than a Swiffer Wet Mop, which only picks up some of the dirt and hides the rest. Do the Swiffer Wet Mop test. Clean a floor with a Swiffer Wet Mop, then Run this Crosswave over the same floor. You will be both AMAZED AND DISGUSTED by the results. For years, we thought we were "cleaning" our homes with the convenient Swiffer Wet Mop. I now know that my home and floors were never really as clean as I preciously believed them to be.
