[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Disappointed its heavy noisy difficult to manage with heavy motor its ok to clean once you figure how to get all the pieces apart. Your supposed to write your model number but there's nothing telling where it is. It did clean the rugs and floors. However it sucked up the rugs then you had to stop. Turn off machine and pull rug out of roller.

I decided to give Bissell a try, and I am very satisfied with my purchase. This product is very easy to use and does an excellent job cleaning my tile floors!

I ran my vacuum and swept before using and the water and debris I cleaned out of the cross wave when I was done was unreal! It's so awesome I've been using it everyday and looking for things to clean!! Hahahaha

Great feature because one thing I hated about my bigger rug cleaner was cleaning the parts that were impossible to clean. Has a lot of power too. Great design, great machine, very helpful.

I love this product. I was skeptical at first if it would work adequately as a dual cleaner/vacuum. I was very wrong. It works like a gem. I love the separate chambers for the clean and dirty solution. To clean the dirty chamber is very easy. I was shocked at how much dirt it collects. I have a dog and cat that sheds and never had an issue with this product not picking up their hair while cleaning at the same time. I am a fan of this product and would highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: Very easy to use, deep cleans the floor, doesn't leave too much water on the floor, satisfying results. Cons: heavy when the container is full, have to keeps pushing the handle when you clean the floor and it gets uncomfortable for the hand, unfortunate placement for the buttons that keeps turning off the machine when in use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my cross wave all in one. I can clean all of my floors in no time. I have tile, hard wood, and area rugs all through my house and I can transition from one floor to another with the flip of a switch.

I love this product! Although with 4 kids you should be on top of messes right away and it requires quite a few passes to clean up anything sticky or stuck on the floor... still beats mopping with a regular mop! I recommend it to all my friends and family with hard floors!

I purchased the crosswave for the office's ceramic floors. I was able to clean them and then clean the machine with so much ease. so much easier than sweeping and mopping the floors. I then bought one for our house and one for my daughter. Love this machine
