I use the CrossWave All-in-one laminate floors and area rugs. It has cleaned dirt, sludge, grease, etc., beyond measure and made it a quick job of it considering about 95% of my house is laminate flooring. The cleaners and vacuum capabilities of the CrossWave are top shelf! Absolutely no streaks or lots of water left behind, and the cleaner has a fresh scent. I've used it on area rugs and it works just as described. This is an excellent purchase; couldn't be more satisfied; a product that actually does what the manufacturer said it would :-)

I love this cleaner! It picks up everything and even does the rugs! I have two dogs and this cleaner picks up the dog hair and cleans the floor at the same time. I love that the vac is easy to take apart to clean. As listed above, If there is a con, it is that the vac does not get close to the baseboards. In my opinion, this cleaner is worth the money.

I live in a desert climate and have mostly tiled floors. This machine is a whiz at cleaning the tile and grout - picked up more dirt than other competitive products on the market and I've tried most because I'm a neat freak and I like to walk around the house barefoot. Cleaning is a snap and I love the fact that the roller brush pops out and I can rinse it in the sink if I want to. Good suction too...floors dry within a minute or two. Only drawback is it doesn't get close to the baseboards, but a quick wipe with a cloth does the trick. That may be a little extra work but the rest of the floors are cleaned VERY quickly and easily which makes up for the manual wiping of the baseboards. And now I can do a quick cleaning of the high traffic areas in the area rugs too without a hassle. I feel the floors have never been cleaner ! The dirty water in the intake tank is visual evidence.

I was looking for something to cut my cleaning time down and this product did it for me! It vacuums well as it cleans your floors. It has good suction and a good cleaning process. Clean water out and dirty water in is your proof. Easy to disassemble to clean when needed. Light enough to maneuver around. I really like the fact it holds enough solution to do my whole house. (Approx. 700 sq. ft. of tile.) Absolutely love my Bissell.

Having 2 long haired dogs makes the dirty water canister fill up quite quickly. However, the floor cleaning is very thorough if you use slightly slower than an ordinary mopping action. Having the tray to stand it in is a good idea as it doesn't leave wet puddles on the floor and the brushes can dry out completely.

This vacuum/mop is amazing. It does everything in one step. I have RA so sweeping mopping and vacuuming are not easy tasks for me so my sister-n-law told me to get one of these. What a life saver, I absolutely love this thing. It works beautifully and is super easy to maneuver.

This is THE BEST for tile floors! I have a bad back and just can't get down on the floor to do a thorough cleaning. I've tried all different mops and steamers and was never satisfied. The floor was never clean enough. This scrubs the floor like a pro! Easy to use and easy to clean up. My floors are spotless and my back doesn't feel any worse than it did before I started! Run out a get this!

I don't know how that is possible that after reading a good portion of the customer reviews to date and rating this product almost all 5-Stars, how is it that I order the product and I have issues. The first using the crosswave was on our new home bamboo flooring in the kitchen, foyer, living and dining room. I went through the guide manual slow and even read things over. So I start to clean in the foyer and I am absolutely impressed!!! Easy to use and a beautiful shine. I move into the kitchen next and about 4-5 swaths back and forth it's almost as if an engine was pulled out of the water and the engine began making louder motor noise. Nothing appeared to be any different but then I began to notice I was getting blotches of suds coming out and it didn't matter what I tried using the trigger or not, wouldn't go away. It also seemed to start spitting out little spit wads of rolled up paper or dust / dirt whatever it was so I was going around and picking that all up. Needless to say when I was done, I took everything apart as stated in the manual and cleaned everything really well and let it dry 24 hours. Tonight I reassembled it and gave it to my wife to try out and it worked like a charm with no engine noise and no additional wads being kicked out. However, my wife was not impressed as it left streaks all over on the floor that she went and got another dry mop and did the floor all again. (That wasn't the way that was suppose to go). She feels quite strongly that if I had issues and so did she, for $300+ is a very expensive tool we don't need and I should ship it back. Before I do so, is there anyone that has experienced these situations and corrected them? I really like the machine and the fact that it is dual purpose and so light I would like to keep it if these happenings can be cleaned up. Anyone out there with help???

In my 550 sq ft senior apartment, we have half linoleum and half indoor/outdoor carpet. I just used it for the first time and it did an excellent job. (I figured the carpeted area was about as big as two area rugs.) I wouldn't use it on plush carpets.

Reading all these positive comments, I can't help think that I am using a different product. Yes, the Crosswave is a great concept- vacuum and mop all-in-one, but that's where the party ends. Weak scrubbing action, the cord is too short, you must go over stains that are dried over and over again at a snail's pace to get the dirt up. Consumables are pricey, if you can find them and I cannot believe this multi-purpose roller would ever last longer than a dozen or so cleanings. Then comes machine clean up. This is when the real headache begins... too many parts to rinse, can't dump debris down the sink as it will clog. Dry time is ridiculous and it is now summer time, can't even imagine how long parts would take to dry in the winter. No way would I recommend this product to anyone. It is more work than it is worth. Nice try, but keep it.
