The cleaner is light weight and easy to use. It is much better made than other all in ones that I have tried. It cleans the mostly whole house tile; however, it does not clean the pet stains from the grout. My floors are wood look and have 1/8 " sealed grout. The nubs don,t get into the small spaces. It still makes the job easier. I recommend that you develop and offer a better multi surface roller for the grout. I do appreciate the vacuum and clean at the same time feature and will recommend the cleaner.

We have ceramic tile in kitchen & dining room along with four very messy dogs. The dogs come in and out from the deck into the dining room, lots of mud. I can just whip out the CrossWave and quickly clean up the mess. It picks up all the little debris from their paws. I do have a very hairy cat and will sometimes have to do a quick sweep up first, but not often. I am very happy with this machine, wish I had bought it sooner.

I don't do reviews even though I rely on them when purchasing a new product. That's why I feel I must share that if you are a pet owner with different types of flooring this machine is for you. I love it! I have 7 rescues, seniors and special needs, and they make more messes than most. The Bissell CrossWave lets me vacuum and clean up any wet messes without any fear of ruining the machine. Plus, the machine itself is very easy to keep clean. You won't be disappointed in the cleaning it does on your carpets as well as your bare floors. The Crosswave does not get edge to edge up against the wall. A small price to pay for all that it does clean. And, yes, it can be considered noisy but no worse than my vacuums. I have recommended to all my friends, pet owners or not.

Also, I have discovered that the hardwood floor cleaning solution helps eliminate scuff marks made by the man of the house who drags his heels. I think if I used it every day it would eventually get rid of all the scuff marks......need to try that.

My husband saw the info showing the Crosswave. He asked me to watch it with him the next time it was on. I was wondering if it really worked as great as described. After the first use, my dirty water was REALLY DIRTY. I have used it several times and it is nice that the floor looks clean and drys fast using one machine. I even tried it on throw rugs and they look great. Is a good cleaning tool, I am so glad that we have one.

I definately debated buying this but reading the reviews, I thought I would give it a try. This is the best thing ever. No more filling up buckets and cleaning mops. One step and your done. Easy to use and couldn't believe how much dirt it picked up off my floors even after vacuuming. I would Ihighly recommend this product.

Have been in a wheel chair since September 6 when I had my infected hip removed and a spacer put in to clear up the infection before they will replace the hip. I used to be a meticulous housekeeper but this has slowed me down a lot. With two big dogs in the house you can imagine how the house was starting to smell. I was able to use this cleaner. Of course I was a little slower than an able bodied person would be but I got three big rooms done in two hours. House smells clean and I could not be happier,

I have been looking for a machine that vacuumed the dirty water out of the tile grout lines. A regular mop leaves the dirty water in the grout lines, which dries leaving the grout dirty. Over time it becomes impossible to clean. The crosswave vacuums the water out of the grout line. I'm very happy with this machine and I am thinking about upgrading the cordless one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I want to love this so much, and I waited a long time to purchase something like it, and unfortunately I'm not all too impressed. While it cleans the basic smears off the ceramic tile in our kitchen, it's absolutely no match for the gunk that gets stuck on the floor day in and day out between 4 kids and two pets. I have a junk credit card I keep on hand to scrape things off the floor while I'm cleaning with the CrossWave because otherwise it won't pick stuck-on substances up. I've let it sit with the spin brush directly over spots for over a minute, gently "scrubbing" it back and forth, and it's made no difference. So unfortunately, the CrossWave isn't meeting my cleaning needs in the one area I really needed it. It would be good for other types of floors and I've used it on our hard woods as well without issue. It's not a terrible machine; it just can't come close to cleaning the way I need it to. It's also worth noting that cleaning the tank is pretty disgusting and there's no great place to do it. Everything you vacuum up goes into the same tank as the water, so if you suck up a non-food item, you either have to pick it out of the dirty water and then dispose of the rest in a drain, or jeopardize your drains. It gets especially gross when there's hair in the tank as well.

And time consuming. Washing my floors was a task for sure, and I always felt like I was Washing them with dirty water! Because I was! I caved and bought one! I am so glad I did! It is easy to use, effective, and even better easy to clean up after. I highly recommend this product to anyone who is tired of waiting time and money for mediocre results. If Bissell offered a trade I. Program for switching I'd have multiple machines with all rhe other products I have tried!
