I hate mopping! I hate dumping the bucket of dirty mop water. I also hate seeing the mop dip into dirty water in an effort to "clean" the floor. All of this is gone with this amazing machine! Mopping my kitchen is frequent in my kitchen especially in winter with wet muddy feet. Throw a 3 1/2 pound dog that cant always hold his bladder and my life just got saved! This cuts my time and effort by 80%. What I would have given to have this when my kids were small. Mopping and sweeping with no more effort that plugging in a vacuum and running it over carpet. The only thing left is to give my new friend a name. I think Betty Bissell sits her nicely. Would I reccomend this machine? In a hot minute I would. They couldn't take Betty back now if they offered double my money back. Shes part of the family that will quickly be replaced when the time comes hopefully not for a long time. Thanks bissell, this is even better than I expected, kudos for this magnificent idea made real!

Sorry but can't really think of something that is great about this product. I truly wish I had not spent the money on it The vacuum basically is not worth anything I might as well vacuum the room prior to trying to clean it with the mopping if you have something sticky on the floor it will be that way after you wash it. You have to be very careful which product you put in it especially for hardwood floors otherwise you get a very dull finish. This machine Definitely fits the statement TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mopping function in itself also was a catastrophe. I had some dry dirt + mud tracked into my house from shoes, and 1) the vacuum functionality wouldn't suck up the small dusty dirt particles (note my entire house is hardwood) or the larger pieces of mud, and when I ended up using a paper towel to clean that up, the mopping feature, i kid you not, just dispensed muddy solution all over the room and would not stop. I thought maybe the brush was too dirty, so I exchanged it with the new one, and the same thing happened. I had to then paper towel the entire floor, then get out my old mop and mop up the mess this vacuum made. This took 4x the amount of time it would have taken had I just vacuumed with my old vacuum and manually mopped the floor.

We were amazed to discover that, even after two professional cleanings, the combination of the Bissell hard-floor Wet Dry Vac and the accompanying solution were able to extract additional dirt from textured floor tiles and the surrounding grout. The clean floors are a joy to behold! And we are charmed.

I have had a bissell floormate for years and loved it. When I saw the CrossWave I wanted it, Because of the price I waited and did a lot of research. Finally, ordered it... have had it two weeks and I find I use it almost daily! Love it! It! Didn't think it would pick up a lot as a vacuum but find that feature awesome. Super easy to use and the cleaning tray is great... I have used it everywhere in our home, even on the throw rugs. Its easy to switch the brushes. The rugs came out great. Its light weight so going upstairs is easy. Can't say enough about the CrossWave. It's Awesome!

What more could you ask for? Does 2 jobs at once. 3 dogs that love mud fly through numerous times a day. This handles it with little effort. If I would change anything it would get closer to the edges otherwise it does great on wood, tile and my wool area rugs. Thanks Bissell

I am so happy with my CrossWave. I have a lot of ceramic tile to mop and this has made the job so much easier. And much easier on my back! It cleans the floor so well and I love how it dries. No more waiting for the floors to dry to put furniture and other items back on them. It's also very easy to clean after use.

First. I am not a fan of Bissell. But. I have 5 kids and 5 dogs and it was taking forever to clean my floors. I had to devote a day at least to get them clean, and 2 days later they were terrible again. Especially with the nice weather and going in and out all day. My friend had an older version of this and convinced me I needed this in my life. And let me tell you.... she was right. 45 minutes. Every floor was vacuumed, washed AND mostly dried. Whole house. Easy to use, light weight, steers well, easy to clean up when done. My floors will never be the same!

I have a dog that sheds a lot. With this machine I only have one step floor cleaning. It vacuums, washes and cleans up the dirty water all in one process. I used to sweep, swifter and wash. It's so much easier now. I recommended the machine to my sister and she bought one also.

Vacuum runs a long time, cleans floor well. The handle stopped staying standing upright due to pin breaking after first 5 days. Then because that broke and repeatedly smashing handle into floor, the hand hold clips busted off and handle falls off. Breeze to clean, cleans well. Sucks to stay together
