I love my crossway it is phenomenal ! Easy to clean up my whole house is so much easier to keep clean with kids and messes this has been a life saver I mean come on vac while you mop no need to sweep the whole house and then get that old mop bucket out lol my only con is you can't use other cleaners in the tank it leaves soap marks but really there clearners not that high it was just a lesson learned

Have only used my CrossWave once so far on the hard surfaces. It did a very good job. The water was amazingly dirty. Because of the strong suction when you dry the floor, it's a good idea to start out with a limited area. I did a lot and had a sore arm the next day. :-( I'm pleased so far... the cord is long enough and it's not hard to operate.

This has made my life so much easier as a new mom I was constantly worried that my baby would crawl on the floor and it wasn't clean enough when I use my bissell crosswave I definitely can see the difference in my floors and rugs/carpet and it even picks up my hair

I was searching for something that I could use on a daily basis with everyday spills and dirt from 2 active toddlers, and easy to use, being pregnant. This has been amazing! I've only just gotten it, but I've used it every day and it is quick and simple, and easy to clean after use. I just pray it lasts for years like it should! But my house looks great on tile, hardwood floors, and area rugs, with spills almost daily, and messes at meal time, I would recommend to anyone!

I used my Crosswave for the first time yesterday. Sometimes liquid (warm water and I hope cleaner?) came out on one side but not the whole bottom cleaner's surface. I pushed the trigger on handle going forward and back...then released the trigger and went forward and back on same spot to dry. Also, I found it took longer to clean the whole machine with all the different parts, after use, then it did to vac and wash my big dining room floor?? And I smelled NO refreshing clean scent after cleaning either. What am I doing wrong? Second question, why is the Multi Cleaner unavailable for purchase now? I don't have hardwood floors, only tile and carpeting (I have your Bissell carpet shampooer, so don't use the Crosswave on my carpeting)....but I have 4 rooms of tile floors. When will the Multi Cleaner be back in stock?

I really like the idea of the vacuum and floor cleaner in the same machine. And it works that way. It is super easy to use, but a bit wider than my steam mop. Not quite as easy to use in small bathrooms. I could only use it on tile - I don't have hardwood floors. My only complaint would be that it tends to leave streaks on my tiles worse than my steam mop. And somewhere in the back of my mind I feel the steam gets the floor cleaner. I'm sure it would work even better on hardwood floors.

I just love this cleaner. So easy to use and cleans like a dream . I used it on my hardwood floors and could not believe how much dirt it picked up . I vacuum my floors every day , so I thought they were clean, boy was I supersized . And it smells great too ! ! !

First I got anothe vacuum cleaner from another brand and I got to return it back for several reasons. Then I got this product a little scare of what it was my prior experience. Must to say it is amazing, when I used for the first time I couldn't believe all the dust I was having in my rub and hard floor. The only reason why I am not giving 5 starts is because it is a little heavy and the cable is really a pain when you need to go arround the house but that is expected and the length of the cable is really good anyway.

Very easy to use and cleans very well! Great for monthly/weekly/every day, if necessary cleaning. Very easy to thoroughly clean out after each use. Really out cleans other brand that stopped working (engine failure) after 1 year. Myself and cleaning lady definitely recommend! Love it so far.

I live in a desert climate and have mostly tiled floors. This machine is a whiz at cleaning the tile and grout - picked up more dirt than other competitive products on the market and I've tried most because I'm a neat freak and I like to walk around the house barefoot. Cleaning is a snap and I love the fact that the roller brush pops out and I can rinse it in the sink if I want to. Good suction too...floors dry within a minute or two. Only drawback is it doesn't get close to the baseboards, but a quick wipe with a cloth does the trick. That may be a little extra work but the rest of the floors are cleaned VERY quickly and easily which makes up for the manual wiping of the baseboards. And now I can do a quick cleaning of the high traffic areas in the area rugs too without a hassle. I feel the floors have never been cleaner ! The dirty water in the intake tank is visual evidence.
