I think everyone should have one of these machines.Love the fact that I don't have to vacuum my floors then mop,which was always a problem .The crosswave does both at the same time and you are cleaning you floor with clean water at all times.I know that I have told all my friends/family about this incredible tool. You won't be wasting your money!!!!

No question this is the best machine we have used for hard wood floors. What else is out there to do this type of cleaning? Nothing! Used regular vacuums ex: Dyson Pet etc and did little to actually clean the floors. With this machine the dirty water (and believe me you can see the results) is easily discarded when full by pulling out container. We use hypoallergenic cleaned from Bissell and works great. If we want to "disinfect" floors, I instead use our steam mop, but to get the dirt up, nothing compares to this machine!

I saw it, I bought it. Got home practically tearing the box to shreds because I had hopes and dreams that I would beat the dirt left behind by four dogs plus one husband. After the first use I was ready to give a standing ovation but decided to wait until the first snow that had blanketed the yard to melt away. Melting snow + dirt + eight paws and two boots = MUD. Mud that multiplies more than a basket of bunnies caked my floors to the point that I thought maybe pulling up the wood floors and replacing with fill dirt would probably be easier until I hauled out my new Crosswave. Just one complaint...where was this twenty years ago?? My knees wanna know? Thank you Bissell. I HAVE WON THE WAR!!.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hats off to Bissell for a floor-cleaning machine that actually does everything they say it will do! Most of our flooring is wood laminate and even black shoe-marks or random food spills that have dried are easily removed with the 'wet mop' function. I use the wet mopping about every 2 weeks and I'm always shocked to see how dirty the water is after each cleaning, just when I thought the floors didn't "look too bad!" I also like that it's lightweight and easy to maneuver and the water tanks are easy to fill/empty. I can't say enough good things about this little machine and the price is well worth it for the great results it produces with so little effort from the operator!

I have a large beige area rug in my family room. I have 3 cats and grandchildren. The rug doesn't get dirty often because I cover the eating area with a washable bath rug, but that is taken away when company comes. The last time I had this rug cleaned it cost me $350 from a rug cleaning service. This machine does the same job and the rug dries faster. It is easy to use. I have not used it on the vinyl floors or tile or wooden floor yet, but it is wonderful for the rugs!!!

I tested this for 5 weeks and used it at least twice a week. The mop functionality is not good. It doesn't do well on un even surfaces, it'll leave gray water pooled and sitting on the surface. It also leaves cat hair clumps on the floor and doesn't get up stuck on messes on tile. No complaints about the vacuum, but for the price i'll just buy a vacuum.

Wish there was an option to give a ten star review. I was blown away by this machine. I had no idea the laminate flooring was so dirty. It really does do a deep down clean. Plus I am disabled and this is lightweight and easy to use. Wish I had got it sooner.

I purchased the Crosswave to replace my leaky Floormate. Love it! Easy to use, easy to clean, and solution has a great scent. I've used it twice and can't believe how dirty my floors were and how clean they feel now! My pool home is mostly tile and gets a lot of traffic. This does the job and does it well. Love the long cord and fast drying time. Highly recommend this product for hardwood floors and tile. Thank you Bissell!

I was wishing a vacuum could have a floor wash button too. What a dream! Then I saw the crosswave advertised and my husband picked one up for me. The floors are so clean!!! I was so e cited that I washed the floor twice in one day - and I hate cleaning because it's cumbersome to vacuum then get a pail and mop. Too many steps!! This cleaner is so lightweight and easy to use. Works on rugs too. I just love it!!!

The cleaner is light weight and easy to use. It is much better made than other all in ones that I have tried. It cleans the mostly whole house tile; however, it does not clean the pet stains from the grout. My floors are wood look and have 1/8 " sealed grout. The nubs don,t get into the small spaces. It still makes the job easier. I recommend that you develop and offer a better multi surface roller for the grout. I do appreciate the vacuum and clean at the same time feature and will recommend the cleaner.
