I don't know what I have been doing without the Crosswave! I am in love with an appliance and I never thought I could be. It works so well! Vacuums the are clean while washing it..I have never been able to do that and it cleaned my floors with any stuck on items. My dog drool's a lot and loves to eat her bones all over the house (yes spoiled) so bone fragments are everywhere -the mess was cleaned up in no time! We have a baby on the way and the carpets were looking shabby - the vacuum was able to restore them clean and actually amazed me at the amount of debris (dog hair, human hair and even pebbles) that were picked up. Light weight and surprisingly not as noisy.

Sorry but can't really think of something that is great about this product. I truly wish I had not spent the money on it The vacuum basically is not worth anything I might as well vacuum the room prior to trying to clean it with the mopping if you have something sticky on the floor it will be that way after you wash it. You have to be very careful which product you put in it especially for hardwood floors otherwise you get a very dull finish. This machine Definitely fits the statement TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE

Easy to use. No vacuuming or swifting hardwood and tile floors before cleaning. I used to hand clean all my floors, not any more. My floors have never been so clean. I have two Shelties with lots of hair and live in the Northwoods. My weekly floor cleaning time reduced fifty percent. Also it is light weight and easy to assemble and clean. Ninety percent hard wood surfaces in my home.

My husband and I very pleased with this machine.. When lifting it out of the box we thought it was going to be too heavy but when using its light and easy to move. We would reccomend the CrossWave it does a supper job cleaning and pulling up the water. It works great on area rugs and spot cleaning the carpet. Would'nt recconmend as a replacement for the carpet cleaner only for touch ups. Thank you Bissell

This is the best product I have ever purchased!! Not only was I able to clean under my stove drawer without getting on my hands and knees, this product picks up cat hair, bird seeds, fish food, cat food, cat litter and husband food!! Also, it is amazingly ergonomically designed . I would recommend this product to everyone.

Big house, lots of hardwoods and tile. Weekly steam mop and mop/bucket/soap cleaning a couple times a month. Looked clean, smelled clean. Wrong. Floors now actually shine. All I will say about the area rugs, brown, brown water. Easy to use and clean. If you want a real clean, this is the product you want. Steam mop and mop/bucket straight to the garage where they belong.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to buy this vacuum because of the positive reviews. The first two times I used it went well, although the smell it produces was awful. Since then it has been downhill. All it does is push around cat hair into clumps I need to pick up after by hand. It also leaves very noticeable white streaks everywhere. The smell seems to get even worse. I truly hate everything about this vacuum and regret buying it.

I use the Crosswave for weekly cleaning of ceramic and hardwood floors. I would estimate 3X better cleaning in 2/3 the time over vacuuming/old floor machine/damp mop which was my old cleaning method. Hardwood is semi-porous (not a hard-seal finish) in living room, kitchen and dining area. Inevitable food related spills clean up far better than old method, not to mention overall improvement in level of clean.

I don't do reviews even though I rely on them when purchasing a new product. That's why I feel I must share that if you are a pet owner with different types of flooring this machine is for you. I love it! I have 7 rescues, seniors and special needs, and they make more messes than most. The Bissell CrossWave lets me vacuum and clean up any wet messes without any fear of ruining the machine. Plus, the machine itself is very easy to keep clean. You won't be disappointed in the cleaning it does on your carpets as well as your bare floors. The Crosswave does not get edge to edge up against the wall. A small price to pay for all that it does clean. And, yes, it can be considered noisy but no worse than my vacuums. I have recommended to all my friends, pet owners or not.

I clean my house everyday so I didn't expect it to hold this much dust and hair in the area rugs , it work wonders , also for hard surfaces . Im in love with this product , its a life saver .
