I love this product! I saw this on TV and my family purchased it for me and I'm so glad they did! Because of my many cats, I would have to first vacuum to get all the hair up and then use my spin mop to clean the floors. Using the CrossWave my floor cleaning was cut in half and I was amazed that the roller wasn't full of hair. Usually I have to clean the vacuum roller because of the cat hair, but the Cross Wave brush was clean! I just had to rinse the brush off and that was it. So far so good - hope the product lasts.

My entire house is tile. I thought this would be a time saver and at first it was! Then it started leaving dirt streaks and leaking dirty water. Having to take it apart between each use and completely clean it, including using a pipe cleaner on it, wastes even more time than it saves. Plus now I have to use a towel to wipe up the dirt streaks it leaves. If you dont pre-clean your floors, the dirt will just get wet and then this "mop" will streak it everywhere, fatal design flaw.

I just love this cleaner. So easy to use and cleans like a dream . I used it on my hardwood floors and could not believe how much dirt it picked up . I vacuum my floors every day , so I thought they were clean, boy was I supersized . And it smells great too ! ! !

Bissell Crosswave multi-surface wet dry vac is wonderful. I have had many vacs before and this actually cleans the surface of Tile and picks up everything in is path. I was pleasantly surprised. I. would recommend this product to anyone that finds it difficult to clean hard surfaces. The best part of it is it's light weight and easy to use. Thanks Bissell.

The touted dual-function makes for a yukky wet mess to clean out of small areas of the appliance. I would never wash my floors unless I vacuumed first. The dirty water tank fills up fast and must be emptied or the machine makes a loud, high pitched sound. The frequent emptying, rinsing and putting back together takes a lot of time. The brush roll cover is very hard to remove. This machine does a good job but it is not a fast, efficient way of getting floors clean, no matter what a Youtube video says. And it does not do small rugs unless they are very thin and attached or do not move on the floor. It lifts lightweight rugs. All in all, it's a labor-intensive appliance.

I have 2 dogs that are kept in the kitchen during the day while I am at work. They have access to a doggy door and a fenced back yard. My kitchen floor has been very dirty because of the dogs constantly tracking dirt inside. The dirt is down in the crevices of the floor and I have tried all different types of cleaning methods to get my floor clean. I used My Bissell CrossWave that I got for Christmas (12/17) for the first time yesterday (1/8/18). AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can not believe how this machine got down into the crevices and cleaned all that dirt up. My floors look like they used to before the dogs. I am completely sold on this product. I will be using my CrossWave A LOT!! I highly recommend the Bissell CrossWave for anyone that has hard floors.

The crosswave has simplified the daily maintenance of my floors. Sweeping and mopping in one step shortens the time it takes to do the job. It also makes quick work of keeping high traffic areas like entryways and pet areas spot-cleaned. Definitely better than a mop and bucket or a spray mop! Using and maintaining the machine is easy. It is lightweight and I like the way it comes apart to clean it. I like that you can get replacement parts for it like rollers and filter if necessary. In my experience so far, I believe Bissell will stand behind their product with good customer service, an important factor in business today! Thank you.

I love this machine. It sweeps and mops at the same time. It saves me so much time. I cannot say enough good things about this machine. It's easy to load, it's easy to clean, it's easy to operate. All you have to do is pour the cleaning solution and water in the one container and click it in, then turn it on and sweep and mop your floors. This thing is great!!! I absolutely love it.

One of the main reasons I bought the Bissell Crosswave was for my kitchen floor. It is white ceramic tile with a little grey. I was constantly bending over wiping up spots and picking up little pieces of grass and dirt from my husbands shoes. This vac is fantastic. When it was delivered I opened the box and put it together in under 5 min. Very easy. Everything is marked very clearly on this vac and I didn't even have to read the directions. I admit that I did read them later to make sure I didn't miss anything. I filled it with cleaning liquid and water and off I went. Within a matter of minutes my kitchen floor was sparkling clean! I also have hardwood floors so this is perfect for me. I used it on all of my area rugs. When you are through you won't believe the dirty water and stuff you picked up. Take it apart, rinse everything and let dry. Very, very easy. I love this vac!

GREAT LITTLE UNIT. EASY TO BREAK DOWN TO CLEAN. EASY TO OPERATE. I USE IT ON MY HARDWOOD FLOORS AND TILE FLOORS. DID A GREAT JOB. ALSO DECIDED TO USE IT ON MY LARGE THROW RUGS AND IT DID A GREAT JOB. DIDN'T HAVE TO PULL OUT THE BIG BISELLE CARPET CLEANER. ITS NICE TO DO DEEP CLEANING ON MY FLOORS IN BETWEEN MY REGULAR CLEANING WITH THIS MACHINE. THANKS BISELLE.
