I love this machine. It sweeps and mops at the same time. It saves me so much time. I cannot say enough good things about this machine. It's easy to load, it's easy to clean, it's easy to operate. All you have to do is pour the cleaning solution and water in the one container and click it in, then turn it on and sweep and mop your floors. This thing is great!!! I absolutely love it.

This machine cleans surface dust and dirt/debris very well. If there is dried stuck on dirt or food the machine will sometimes scrub it if I go over it several times. Most times the spot remains & I take my finger and scrub it loose. I don't like having to do that! I wish there was a scrubber button option. I try turning on the carpet mode and sometimes it helps remove the dried on dirt or food. Or make a heavy duty scrubber roller and tell customers to not use it on their wood floors. (just on tile) Features to improve the Crosswave: 1) heated water option, 2) disinfectant solution option or tell customers its okay to use a disinfectant product according to directions on the container. 3) Improve the edge cleaning. The edges next to the baseboard do not get clean. 4) Design a designated place on the machine or tray to store & air dry the dirty water container, filter, & insert. I don't like having to dry them separately to take up space in a different area. I have to gather the parts before I can use the machine.

I have made the best floor cleaner purchase ever! This is one product that does exactly as it promises. I finally have my laminate floor back. Recently had bathroom redone, and the workmen got grit and grout all over my floor, that's another can of worms. I bought my CrossWave out of desperation,becaue nothing else worked to remove the dirt and. I am so happy with the results. So easy to use, I enjoyed cleaning the floor. I have a very big expanse of laminate floor. i used the Bissell cleaner recommended and it did a wonderful job. It was worth every penny. I am a very happy camper!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mopping function in itself also was a catastrophe. I had some dry dirt + mud tracked into my house from shoes, and 1) the vacuum functionality wouldn't suck up the small dusty dirt particles (note my entire house is hardwood) or the larger pieces of mud, and when I ended up using a paper towel to clean that up, the mopping feature, i kid you not, just dispensed muddy solution all over the room and would not stop. I thought maybe the brush was too dirty, so I exchanged it with the new one, and the same thing happened. I had to then paper towel the entire floor, then get out my old mop and mop up the mess this vacuum made. This took 4x the amount of time it would have taken had I just vacuumed with my old vacuum and manually mopped the floor.

Only machine that picks up white dog hair from dark area rug in family room. I am constantly amazed at what is picked up from rugs and hardwood floors. I use it almost every other day. I thoroughly clean it after each use, so it is interesting to see what I pour out each time.

After using on tile floors which I thought looked clean, the dirty water was so dark I almost gagged. Had been using a steam machine before but obviously the tile was not clean. The tile now has a nice shine again. Using the rug formula and rug roller, I again was shocked by how dirty the waste water was and how so much unseen cat fur was picked up. I had been prevously using a big name vacuum and this machine is much better at getting the rug clean.

I was looking for something to cut my cleaning time down and this product did it for me! It vacuums well as it cleans your floors. It has good suction and a good cleaning process. Clean water out and dirty water in is your proof. Easy to disassemble to clean when needed. Light enough to maneuver around. I really like the fact it holds enough solution to do my whole house. (Approx. 700 sq. ft. of tile.) Absolutely love my Bissell.

I live in a desert climate and have mostly tiled floors. This machine is a whiz at cleaning the tile and grout - picked up more dirt than other competitive products on the market and I've tried most because I'm a neat freak and I like to walk around the house barefoot. Cleaning is a snap and I love the fact that the roller brush pops out and I can rinse it in the sink if I want to. Good suction too...floors dry within a minute or two. Only drawback is it doesn't get close to the baseboards, but a quick wipe with a cloth does the trick. That may be a little extra work but the rest of the floors are cleaned VERY quickly and easily which makes up for the manual wiping of the baseboards. And now I can do a quick cleaning of the high traffic areas in the area rugs too without a hassle. I feel the floors have never been cleaner ! The dirty water in the intake tank is visual evidence.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is the only brand I will use. I've used it in particular for eliminating pet soil for many years from Berber carpet. Also when selling my house I would frequently spot use while the house was on the market. I had 2 large dogs and sold my home in 12 days. It's amazing how much dirt can be lifted out of your carpet in just a weeks of wear. When you see those results and how easy and quick it is to use, and how it tucks away easily in a small closet, there's no reason to look at other brands.

I am one of those who tackled my floors on my knees with a bucket and brush. I want them clean, including the tiny crevices. I needed help. Scrubbing the floors was taking too much time. I was also becoming more sore afterwards, though I used a garden mat for my knees. I did some research, read reviews, and decided to order the CrossWave. The CrossWave arrived promptly and well packaged. I was able to assemble it quickly, probably less than 5 minutes. My pessimism won over, and I swept my laminate floor prior to using the CrossWave. It didn't take me long to realize the vacuum had more than enough ability to tackle the loose debris which originally had been on the floor. No more taking time to sweep! The detergent had a nice, clean smell. Better yet, I was extremely pleased with the brush. The little pink nubs and fibers on the roller worked extremely well. My floor was clean! Moreover, because of the vacuum, it was almost completely dry. My only concern regarding the product is the amount of time it takes for the roller to dry. It was still wet 24 hours after both uses. I live in the country in the midwest. Mold/mildew is something I must be very diligent about. I am careful to rinse the brush thoroughly in COLD water after its hot-water use. Some individuals have suggested that I place the brush in the dishwasher to dry out on the dry cycle. I'm hesitant for two reasons. 1. I don't like putting something in my dishwasher that cleans the floor, and 2. What would Bissel think of that? Is the brush meant to withstand that kind of heat/usage? If it starts to get that nasty mildew smell, what product should I use to clean it? Never-the-less, I am more than thrilled with this cleaner. I am happy to give this 5 stars. I wish I could could give one to each of my kids. It is going to give me more time to play and sew!
