first of all I waited for a long time before I bought this. I previously owned a Hoover floor mate, which I loved. It finally gave out and when deciding to purchase another one I went with the Bissel CrossWave because it did more that the Hoover what with the carpet cleaner included. I found them really pricy but thought it would be worth it with all the features. NEVER HAVE I BEEN SO DISAPPOINTED IN A PRODUCT. Had trouble with the suction from day one. It would take me about five passes to get all the water up but at leas it did pick it up. The floors looked great when I would finish but it took a great deal of back and forth to pick up the water. The carpet feature on my area rugs seemed to work better for some reason???. I should have brought it back immediately but kept working with it. Well it has just gotten worse. Not only does it not pick up well, it does not ever clean the floor well because it hardly picks up any of the water. I don't even know why I gave it a rating of 2, it really deserves 0. Tried to see where I could have it looked at but have not found anyplace as yet.

We read the reviews and wanted this! My Mother in law got it for us for christmas since we have all tile and hardwood! I was expecting it to clean well since it was super expensive and sadly it doesn't. We have two dogs who drool and after scrubbing the floor we still have drool spots. Does not clean tile well at all. Perhaps we are not doing it right but we have watched all the videos for using it! Such a dissappoinment! Feeling like we should have purchased a steam mop instead!

Love it. Had a different bissel, but my husband threw it away because we both hated it. I bought this anyway because our old carpet shampoo thing broke and how bad could it be. This is the most amazing floor cleaner ever. Our floor has never been this clean and it is so easy to use on wood, tile, and floor rugs. Love. It

this machine does everything they say it will do. we have too many pets, however I don't know how I've done without the CrossWave for so long. what I like most is the dirty water goes in it's own tank and only clean water and solution go on the floor unlike a mop and bucket. the suction is so superior that the next vacuum I purchase will be a Bissell. Do yourself a favor and make the Bissell CrossWave your next purchase.

Seriously best appliance I have purchased in I don't know when! It vacuums and mops at the same time!! This appliance truly does what it says it will do. It has a pretty long cord and the swivel head is amazing! I am thoroughly grossed out at what it picked up on my floors and the color of the water in the tank. Apparently my steam mop has not been cutting it. And I consider myself and my home to be a very tidy home! Each time I use it, I love it even more!

I've used a Bissell vacuum for years. Due to health issues I found that it was too heavy to use. My daughter gave me the Crosswave for Christmas. I love it. Cleans great, easier for me to handle, works great on both tile floors and area rugs. I also like how easy it is to take apart to clean the vacuum.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very hard to clean the vacuum after use which leads to it having an odor. There are no hose attachments which makes it difficult to clean floor edges/fans/walls/etc. For the price, I wish it worked better. Really regret buying it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have several different floor cleaning products and I was so excited for this one. What a disappointment! My floors looked awful after. Did not feel it was doing much cleaning of the wood floors. It leaks and you have to completely take apart and clean after each use. Not to mention I would find more when cleaning the machine than in the dirty water compartment. I will stick with my steamer that leaves my floors looking shiny and clean for half the cost.

Before I found this little beauty, every single day I would sweep, dust mop, and wet mop my tile floors trying to keep up with the hair our 2 dogs shed everywhere possible (I swear they do it on purpose)! It was a good 3 hours of everyday, and it never all got picked up. With the Crosswave, one pass in the afternoon and all the hair is up, and the floors look and smell fantastic. It's also really wonderful in my son's bathroom (if you have sons, you know how funky they can get). I also use it on bedroom carpets a couple times a week, and our bedrooms smell so fresh. I recommend this to anyone who will listen - my best friend got one and loves it as well. You won't regret it!

Love this machine we have all hardwood in our 106 year old home. What use o take me all week to clean all 7 rooms now is done in one day. I would not trade this machine for any thing. Easy to use and clean. Got rid of a broom a mop and a steam mop use only the crosswave. Only draw back is it does not hest up the cleaning solution you have to use hot water.
