It worked amazingly...while it worked. After five months of use, the motor that runs the brush stopped working. I contacted Bissell and they advised me to take it to an authorized dealer...in the middle of the coronavirus quarantine. I have used Bissell products for many years and have never had one issue with any of them, now that I REALLY need to be sanitizing my floors (I have a little one crawling around) I can't...very disappointed in the customer support at Bissell.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I vacuum THEN use my Crosswave because I have three rescue dogs and small grandchildren. I use it sometimes twice a day - IT IS FABULOUS - BUT what I do is, after I am finished I put the crosswise in my sink, remove the waste water container and carefully clean all prices AND I USE MY SINK SPRAYER TO FLUSH OUT THE PET HAIR LEFT IN THE MACHINE -- IT COMES POURING OUT BIG TIME- It's not enough to place it back in the stand and press the button but I still LOVE THIS MACHINE - it's amazing the pet hair it picks up even after I vacuum with my very expensive MIELE vacuum cleaner- It's a great machine - but you have to take care of it properly. I bought a second for my house at the shore. It's great and I wouldn't be without it. The floors glisten and I know they are clean for a crawling baby.

I have a combined kitchen/sitting (TV) room covered with ceramic tile and parts are covered with rugs. The Crossover is perfect for cleaning the floors and I can clean the carpet too. I was amazed at how dirty the dirty-water tank was! I am happy I chose this product.

I found it difficult to use in areas where streaks show. It does not do edges or corners. I found it most effective for the major jobs but found I still needed to do the corners and to redo with another mop in the areas where streaks show. It was great for throw rugs. First time they were ever successfully cleaned, but the mop is expensive for just throw rugs. My husband ordered the rug brush replacement for other rugs. Have not yet tried that.

I love my Bissell Crosswave!! It is so easy to assemble and disassemble for using and cleaning after use. I have only used it twice since purchase, but can already see it is a great help in cleaning my new floors. My back thanks me for buying it. So easy to clean my floors...no vacuuming before mopping...just vacuum and mop all at once. My floors look great and it takes no time at all.

I love this machine. I'm a 24/7 caregiver in my home due to husband had a stroke. I also have 2 dogs in the home. This unit is a god send ! I use it everyday several times a day. It's quick and easy to use for frequent spills and crumbs. Handles big messes well. I've put away my mop and pail, also my electric sweeper, I might even sell them. I have done the whole house with the unit with ease. I am so thankful for this unit, it saves a lot of time for me and has made my life much easier. I would have no problem recommending it to anyone. i would suggest that you purchase a second clean water tank so that you can switch back and forth between tanks depending on the solution you want to use, rather than wasting solution. I was tired of using a sponge mop or rag mop, not to mention how useless the Shark steam mop is. Saw this and thought it would be a waste of money. Kept reading the great reviews and decided to take a chance. So glad I did. This is an awesome product! At first, I had my doubts...it would either not shut off or not turn on, or the water wouldn't spray, so did all the trouble shooting. It was just that I hadn't had the handle fully engaged! When all that was squared away, it went and scrubbed and cleaned. Very impressed with this Cross Wave machine!

I love this product! I bought it to clean my kids' kitchen messes. Little one loves to splash milk. Cereal and milk are hard to clean off of floors with rags. This also works great on area rugs and car mats!! (Have to put weight on one end while pulling vacuum toward you when doing rugs). This machine is super easy to clean. Place water in the tray and turn machine on in the tray as the brush cleans itself. Came with 2 brushes and a brush storage to store and air dry brushes. I am pleased on how dry the brush is after cleaning it. Very powerful suction. Dirty tank is smaller than expected but just dump and keep going. It isn't that bad but the size of the actual tank is bigger than the max capacity. Need to try this in the bathrooms and hallway. Looked at shark brand but I didn't like the one time use pads. Everything on this vacuum is washable and reusable (until it needs replaced from use of course)#sweepstakes

We have a bunch of animals and quick clean up Johnny on the spot! Not sure how long filter lasts or how expensive to replace, but device clean up and put away is also quick and easy! I put the filter in a shelf to air dry when done. The machine has a cleaning tray. When your done, just put a 1/2 cup water on tray, set device on tray, hold the handle so roller turns and run the clean water through it. Dump the dirty tank, give it a rinse and if you still got cleaner in it shes ready to go next puppy accident or child mess whatever your needs this device is ready! It should be about 159. Instead of 250.

I am absolutely thrilled with my crosswave, I have 2 boys 2 dogs and a husband who does dirty work. I also have cancer. This Crosswave makes life a lot easier for me...I no longer have to sweep and then mop. I don't have a lot of energy and I cant breath well so cleaning has become a huge chore. The Crosswave has really made cleaning my wood floors so easy, and it cleans them so well I can walk barefoot on them. I would highly recommend the Crosswave to anyone and everyone. The Crosswave comes almost completely assembled, its easy to use and easy to clean and it does a tremendous job on fur, mud and everything my children manage to get on the floor.
