Am I the only person that thinks that cleaning this thing out is disgusting? I am a DIY mom, not afraid of getting my hands dirty but after vacuuming/mopping just my kitchen and one decent sized area rug, the collection bin was full. And it was a disgusting mix of hair and dirty water. I then had to wash the hair out of the container with the hose, dry it, put it all back together...and go back to the next of seven rooms. I presume I would have to empty it every time. I don't have an excessively dirty house but I do have a golden retriever who is a little messy and has long hair but I think that spending 20+ minutes cleaning out the tank between each room is not a time saving. And it's gross. I think I'll return this and just go back to vacuuming the hole house and then mopping the whole house. But I'm really disappointed because I thought this would cut my floor cleaning time in half.

Noisey. Does not get in corners or along edge such as your baseboard. Rather heavy for such a small machine. Roller cleans but don't count on such a great scrub. If you vacuum and wash at same time it is gross to clean the guck. Ok for a quick clean up pass. I think the Bissell solution does a great job on all floors .. nice scent and shine.

I purchased this because I a have all tiled floors. I hate that you have to take the whole thing apart after each clean and waif 48 hrs to use again. After 3 or 4 uses, all this "thing" does is leak water and after 5 minutes the tank with cleaning solution was empty and my floor flooded with water, Not worth the money!

My husband and I very pleased with this machine.. When lifting it out of the box we thought it was going to be too heavy but when using its light and easy to move. We would reccomend the CrossWave it does a supper job cleaning and pulling up the water. It works great on area rugs and spot cleaning the carpet. Would'nt recconmend as a replacement for the carpet cleaner only for touch ups. Thank you Bissell

I come from a family of vacuum enthusiasts. We own 10+ Dyson vacuums. I've carried this love of cleaning with me and after moving into a new place with my partner, I really wanted to do a professional deep clean of our floors and rugs. After an internet search rabbit hole that started with looking for a carpet cleaning service, I remembered that Bissell has good pet vacuums, and I decided to go for it and get the Crosswave. I am blown away by what a great product this is. It was pretty easy to assemble, very lightweight and easy to maneuver. It switches easily from hardwood to carpet, and I tried it on tile and sealed concrete as well. I have an 800 square foot apartment and it used all of the water and cleaning solution for the "large area" suggested amount. Disassembling and cleaning the parts was very simple too, and it's great that they include an extra attachment and filter. The floors and my rug not only look visibly better but the way they feel to walk on is perfect. It feels like how a professional clean would feel--no streaking and no tacky residue that you'd get with a wet Swiffer. Love love love this vacuum and I'm so glad that I got it. Considering how expensive vacuums can get, I'd definitely go for this one if you're looking for something that can do great deep cleans.

I just purchased this product after returning an expensive competitor's product. I figured I would try it and if I didn't like it I could return it. I wasn't expecting much. I have a 2000 square foot condo with all engineered vinyl flooring. After construction was done, and after a cleaning service came in and cleaned the floors, they were still dull and dirty. The idea of mopping the floors was too much to handle. I tried this product and to my surprise and delight, it left my floors clean and looking great. I did have to refill the clean water bottle and empty the cup quite a few times because of the dirty water but this product is so easy to use it was no problem at all. I do have area rugs but I didn't try it on those yet. I only used clean water to clean the floors because I was hesitant to use any of the cleaning product that came with the vacuum on my new floors. I am planning on buying one for my daugther. She has a new home with new floors and this is truly a timesaver and very easy to use and clean.

This truly lives up to the hype, the infomercials, the claims. We all know you get the best clean on your hands and knees, but, well, I wanted those days to be over. And now they ARE! This baby truly cleans (almost) just as well, and it is EASY to use, easy to assemble, easy to clean and easy to clean WITH. I love it-Knees, you are welcome!

I love this Cross Wave. It is so easy to set up and use. It cleans very well. I purchased to use to clean up spills on carpets and other floors. I used it on stains that were there for weeks and removed those as well. works great on all floors. I love using it. Totally worth every penny and makes my cleaning easier.

Love this vacuum. It was so light and manageable; it cleaned my bathroom, hallway, kitchen, and living room and still has clean water and solution to spare. It's the best money we've spent on a cleaning product. I have tile throughout my home and I love that I can plug it in and go. It cleaned up stains that I would usually use bleach and elbow grease to clean very easily. Bonus when I turned it on it didn't scare my blind chihuahua.

I use this new CrossWave to clean my entire home, tile, wood, vinyl and carpet. I'm impressed with the cleaning power and versatility of this machine. It's noisy, but the way it performs outweighs this con. This is one of a few devices I've purchased that really works as advertised.
