I love this concept of a machine that multi-tasks. It cleaned and almost dried our floors. The floors were damp, but almost dry. I love this feature because I usually dry my wood floors with a towel. It cleaned well, except for some spots that had caked on mud.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first time I used it, it worked alright. Although it took a long time to get anything wet. Now, after about the third time using it, it will work for about 10 minutes. Then, it starts emitting puddles of filthy water. I do better just pouring the diluted soap and mopping up with swiffer.

I have wanted one of these for 16 months! We moved into a new house with tile floors in the utility, kitchen and kitchen nook and I hated mopping these floors it was so hard on my back and they never looked good. After my first time using the Crosswave, they looked fantastic! Even family members commented on how good those floors looked. Used as well on a couple of area rugs I have and they just seemed to "perk up" the looks of the rugs. My hubby purchased for my birthday and I love it and love him for getting it for me!

My daughter had this. It flooded at her house! The mop was covered in mud! Sat in water three days! We rinsed it off and it still worked! Cleaned all the time throughout the house! So easy to use! Amazing! All the neighbors will asking to borrow! They couldn't believe how great the floors looked! I highly recommend for al your cleaning needs! Of it will work in flood debris and mid! It will work on anything! I highly recommend!

I've used a Bissell vacuum for years. Due to health issues I found that it was too heavy to use. My daughter gave me the Crosswave for Christmas. I love it. Cleans great, easier for me to handle, works great on both tile floors and area rugs. I also like how easy it is to take apart to clean the vacuum.

I have laminate flooring through out my house and tile on my kitchen and bathroom floors. I needed a cleaner that I could use on my hard floors as well as my rugs. This Crosswave works great on multiple surfaces. I can easily go from tile, to laminate and then my rugs. It is easy to function and does a good job picking up messes. I like that it mops and vacuums so I usually don't have to sweep beforehand. Cleaning out the machine after use is very simple. It's lightweight and easy to carry around. Overall, I am very satisfied with my Crosswave.

I bought this for cleaning up after my dogs. The hole that sucks up the dirt and hair clogs very easy. I have to stop cleaning several times just to clean clogged hole. It needs a stronger suction. Blows the dog hair all over before sucking it up. I got this thinking it would be easier to use than my Kirby. Very disappointed in this vacuum and sorry I spent the money on myself and my mom. Got her one for Christmas the same time I got mine. I have used this now for 3 months and upsets me every time I use it. You want it for light work, its fine if you want to keep going over the area you just vacuumed with it!

Just got my Crosswave Friday and I Love it. It works really well on my hardwood which I didn't think was that dirty, but I guess I was wrong. The first time I used it I swept the floor thoroughly and then used the crosswave, the water was dark brown and yucky. I am really pleased. The only con I have is having to clean every part before I put it away. It also needs a better brush for rugs.

I've been sweeping, then mopping my tile floors and carrying buckets of dirty mop water for years. I have 2 dogs, paw prints and dog hair so it's a constant battle keeping my floors clean. I often clean my floors 4-5 times a week. This is the best product I've used. It's lightweight, easy to use, cleans the tile great, and it's much easier to rinse out and clean up after than all those buckets of dirty mop water! I definitely recommend the CrossWave. I am extremely happy with my purchase!!!

First let me say I love this!!!! My large living room floors were cleaned in under 10 min!!! The dirty canister was mind blowing. I am a mom of 3, 3 dogs, and 2 cats. My floors need cleaned daily and Only chance I get to clean them is at night when everyone is in bed. This is a must for tired moms!!! The downfall is that the buttons on the handle appear to be misprinted. They both say rug. I have to look up which button was for hard floors before using. I plan to contact where I purchased and bissell to see how we can resolve it, though it doesn't seem to have been issue, after dropping a large chunk of cash on this product I would prefer it to be accurate. I'm not taking any stars off for the fact that this bad boy worked and I am able to literally cut my nightly cleaning down by 75%
