I absolutely LOVE this product!!!!!! I have a high traffic household that includes a contractor husband (so always a construction zone), boys, 2 large messy dogs and and a cat. Before, I had to sweep, then vacuum, then mop every other day, and it still wasn't really clean. On average, it took me 3-4 hour's just to do the floors (laminate, ceramic tile, and linoleum). Now, it takes me about an hour and a half!!!!!!! It saves me a lot of time and re-work and honestly the results are way better than I got with my regular cleaning routine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this thinking it would be great for daily little vacuums and occasional wash & vacuum. I found out shortly after it was a mistake. It doesn't vacuum like at all. I get very little dirt up and when I think I did it turns out I didn't and when I move the vacuum it was all under it. I clean it every use but it doesn't matter. It doesn't work very good. I'm so disappointed as someone who lives a a fixed income and wasted my money I wanted to leave an honest review before someone else buys this thinking it's great. I like that it is light, easy to use and small to store I just wish it worked like some of the reviews say.

I have had four Bissell machines over the years. I moved about a year ago into a small house. The floors are some sort of pressed, wood laminate; not my first choice. The Symphony steam-vac I brought with me, which I love, was too strong for this floor. This new Crosswave is the answer to my cleaning needs. It cleans my hard floors and my area rugs flawlessly. I am in love, yet again, with a Bissell product. I am a 'neat-freak' and have to have clean floors. I highly recommend this latest addition to anyone out there who wants a Bissell, clean home.

i would buy this cleaner again. i was very impressed on how easy it is to use and how much cleaner my floors were. better than using a mop any day.love the way it picks up and cleans at the same time. if you want a machine that saves you time and cleans well this is perfect . saves alot of time and extra work.love it.

I love being able to vacuum and mop with one machine. Before I purchased this, I had to drag out the vacuum then drag out the floor scrubber. Now, I can do both at the same time. What a time saver and it does a fantastic job. I highly recommend this to anyone considering buying one.

My husband swept our kitchen floor then washed it with a mop. When I came home, the Crosswave had arrived and I wanted to try it out. My husband said I was wasting my time washing the floor again. I couldn't believe the hair and dirt that was picked up with the Crosswave. It was very light and easy to use. My only complaint is that it doesn't work on my large area rugs because they are too thick and the suction is so strong that I can't push the unit.

I used the Crosswave in my kitchen (hardwood) after the cleaners mopped it. The water was black. Not having to sweep or vacuum first saves time. The Crosswave picks up cat dog and human hair easily and my floors look great. Store it with all removable parts off to let it dry between uses and there will be no moldy odors.

After using Bona and a Shark steam cleaner, both left dull streaks and residue. I was extremely pleased to find the Bissell CrossWave left my hardwood floors looking beautiful! No more streaks or residue. The CrossWave is easy to use and clean up after use. I truly believe my floor is cleaner.

I thought I would like having both clean and dirty water tanks but what I end up with is a dirty tank full of wet dog hair and dirt that is disgusting and difficult to clean. I have to use the laundry tubs in my basement because I don't want to clean this mess in my kitchen sink. Too many parts that are not that easy to put back together.

I love this thing!. Easy to use, easy to clean with, and easy to clean up. I have tile and laminate and several dogs, I struggled with the expensive Bona stuff and mops and steam cleaners but never felt the floors were clean, especially the laminate. This little machine cleans and drys the tile and the laminate in a heartbeat and drys almost instantly! I wholeheartedly recommend this machine to anyone with tile, laminate, or wood floors, and dogs!
