When we used the Crosswave floor and carpet cleaner the (witch we have laminated floors throughout house) first time the water was so black with dirt and hair we were amazed, we have a 9 month old grand child whom crawls along all over and we have pets and we wanted to make sure that he had a nice clean surface that would not leave him full of hair from the dogs and dirt from the floor. And we got what we wanted and needed with the new Crosswave. All we have to say is WOW, and thank you Bissell.

This is THE best cleaning product that I have ever purchased! I saw the infomercial and didn't know whether to believe it or not but I had to try it. My floors have never looked and felt this clean! Plus, it was easy! I wish I could put in words how much this product has helped me. Being able to vacuum and mop at the same time plus even go from one type of floor to another is a huge time saver.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a large house with lots of flooring and water hog entry mats. I also own a restaurant. This unit has been amazing and helps me keep my areas clean easily and effectively! I have the cordless unit at my house, and that's what I recommend. The cord is a drag. I have the corded units at the restaurant, one upstairs and one downstairs in the kitchen. A mop just does not cut it. The amount of dirt this thing picks up after mopping is a testament to its effectiveness. Also, the crosswave cleans the water hog type doormats way more effectively than my Dyson.

Just used my new Bissell Crosswave and love it ! I have Tile, Hardwoods floors along with area rugs in my house. It was so easy to use and light weight! It really cuts down cleaning time and effort. I am disabled and found it be the tool I need to get my floors cleaned. Thank you Bissell!

The a only thing this model is good for is filler for your trash can. I'm so disappointed! My home is not large but I can only do 1 room before the battery is gone and I have to put it back on the charger for a couple of hours. There is no handle anywhere on the unit. This makes it very difficult and awkward to pick it up if you want to move upstairs/downstairs or even over the lip of a doorway. The reservoir for the cleaning liquid leaks all over the place when you take it off or put it back on. You waste as much getting it on as you do for the actual mopping. A complete design failure from Bissel.

It really does what the infomercial shows it doing! Great for cat hairball deposits! I am honestly amazed at how well the brush rolls work and clean themselves using the Easy-Clean Storage Tray and clean water. I've used and/or tried many hard floor and rug cleaners over the past 30 years along with hand-n-knees scrubbing - ALL others require very thorough vacuuming first - the Crosswave does NOT! NOT EVER! Not even a little. I've cleaned up clumping cat litter, sand, flour, grease, hair ball deposits, milk, and more - it really works. My only wish-issues are for a heavy duty scrub brush roll and a bigger dirty water tank. If you have exceptionally ground in dirty areas, you have to run the Crosswave daily for a few days to get all the dirt out - then just clean as needed. Overall this is truly a work and back saving device. I can run it sitting or standing and it works!

It cleans my hard floors and rugs very nicely, spots come up even if they are older ones and the floor drys quickly. However, today after using it on my hard flooring for 30 minutes I noticed a burning smell. I continued for another 10 minutes to finish the job and when I was cleaning the machine up I could tell the power head was hot where the motor is and this was the source of the smell. Also, once I noticed the brush wasn't spinning but as soon as I noticed it, it started up again. What does this mean? It's only three months old. I hope someone can help. Thanks!

Having two dogs (both non-stop shedders) and one husband I get a lot of dog hair and gritty floors. I used a mop and the Wet-Jet Swiffer. I was shocked and embarrassed with the dirt that the CrossWave picked up. The water was really black. I always thought my tile floors were clean but they were not. I highly recommend this product.

We bought this product today. We took it out of the box, clicked a few pieces into place and off we went. It cleaned my entire house in about an hour. I was AMAZED at how much dirt and dog hair and everything else it picked it. The clean up was easy and quick and I will be recommending this product to anyone who has hardwood, laminate and tile. Absolutely in LOVE with this product and love all the accessories that comes with it. Nothing extra to buy if you buy it from the right place!

I loved this my first couple uses, except for the cleaning upkeep of the machine itself. Well, I learned real quick that the stains it was leaving on my carpet and grit on my floor weren't user error. When I push the vacuum forward it leaves a gritty mud trail and it doesn't suck op the water well. If Averyyou have pets it gets clogged. The time it takes to use is long and to clean the machine is even longer. I'm very disappointed in this machine.
