This machine works great! It is so easy to use. The transition from my area rugs to my wood laminate floors was flawless. No more switching from a carpet cleaner to a mop! Unique and light design features make it so easy to clean up after use. I even used this on a concrete floor that was filthy from our dog and now, what a difference! It is so clean. I am impressed and grateful to BISSELL for creating this CrossWave. Thank you!

Got it Saturday and used it on time floors and an area rug. Was a bit sceptical but it worked very well. Floors came out beautiful with no streaks and dried fast. Will come back and update after a couple of weeks but if it continues to work this well I will be thrilled

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a large dog who brings in a lot of dirt and who is a drooler. The CrossWave is the best purchase I've made in a long time. We have mostly hardwood floors and linoleum. This machine is easy to use, does a fantastic job and is also easy to clean. I love the self-cleaning tray feature for the brush! Bissell always thinks of all the details and I also love supporting this local company in my hometown!

I finally got one after seeing more about it and reading/watching reviews. Everybody is happy with it and so am I! Effortlessly clean and vacuum hard floors without leaving them soaked. Dries very fast. So easy to clean even with all the pets. Consider getting the strainer from the pet model. After use I just run some clean water through the tank while in the tray and the entire machine is clean, then I rinse the dirty tank out. Takes less than 5 minutes. 1 full tank did the entire main area of my home including the kitchen and living room.

Does an excellent job vacuuming and scrubbing my wood floors. However cleaning up all the parts of this product are just as must time consuming as if i mopped and then vacuumed . However it does do an excellent job scrubbing the floors to a shine , where just mopping leaves streakes unless you constantly clean up the mop bucket.

It cleans multi types of floors and vacuums which is great! However, it does not heat up and therefore it does nothing for hard to clean floors. I had to go back with a rag and scrub parts of my floor...I would rather a steam cleaner but I can't afford both. The steam. Cleaner cleans much better but doesn't vacuum or do carpets.

Remarkably lite and easy to use. I kept checking to see if it was wetting down the area and it was, also picked up everything in its path. Swivels nicely and motivated me no clean more. I have used it on the hard wood (that cleaning solution is a dandy), marble tile floors and rugs. 5 Stars is appropriate! THANKYOU! Bissel Company

How easy it is to use, no work at all. I'm 75 years old, my husband bought this for me to make my life easier, and it does, it's really a time saver, and a back saver. The only problem I have with it is, it doesn't get in tight places, like between the toilet and tub, that I have to use a regular mop. Small sacrifice for making my life easier.

I use it for all floors in my home. The only thing I don't like about it is you have to lean it back to activate the brush and vacuum. I think the waist container could be bigger so can hold more as well also the brush mop could be a bit bigger so can get closer to floor n clean more.all in all great product to be able to sweep n mop with a vacuum at the same time is so cool

I used to mop my floors and thought they were clean . I decided to get the cross wave and was surprised at how much dirt came up after I mopped . It saves time compared to mopping also and the floors dry a lot faster . Now I don't dread doing the floors
