The crosswave is fantastic! Light weight, cleans my laminate floors, tile and area rugs so beautifully. I had another cleaning machine with several rotary cleaning heads and it left clumps of hair and yuk. I would have to clean after the machine. NOT so with the crosswave, it picks up everything from litter to cat hair. LOVE IT! Great job Bissell!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received my Crosswave All in One yesterday and was anxious to try it. It is certainly easy to use and since I just switched from all carpet to all floors, that's extremely important. I think it will take a couple of tries to get really good with it. I did notice that it doesn't get all the way to the baseboards, I expected that, but that is easily handled with a quick Swiffer around the perimeter. BUT it is noisy. I didn't expect that. That is the reason for the missing star. Overall, I would buy it again as I feel it was a good value.

I love this cleaner. Have 5 dogs and by the time I vacuum and get mop water ready, I seem to have more dog hair everywhere. This is perfect!! The floors dry very quickly, unlike a mop. It literally took me 3 minutes to clean the dirty water container, roll and the inside of the roller area. It was the best money I've ever spent. Worth every penny. Cleans so well, I'm amazed.

The time I spend cleaning my floors now has been cut in half because of the Bissell CrossWave. It is awesome! I would have to first vacuum then mop. I have two huge dogs and two long-hair cats...lots of furballs! The Bissell CrossWave picks it all up and cleans the floor all at once...all at the same time! It is easy to use and almost goes by itself. It takes little or no effort to push around. Thank you Bissell for making this amazing machine! I can't say enough about the Bissell CrossWave other than I love it!

I really liked the fact that it's cleaning with clean water and then it's removed. I did vacuum first because my cats track kitty litter and it turns to gooey clay when wet. I figured that would eventually clog up the machine. We have a LOT of square footage of tile, and this sure beats cleaning with a mop or Swiffer Wet Jet. After using, I disassembled everything and thoroughly cleaned it before using the second time. It's embarrassing to see the amount of dirt that it picks up.

I love that this unit is compact but mighty. I have a small house with both carpeting and tile floors, so it serves me well. Very easy to use. I watched all the tutorial videos on the Bissell website prior to receiving my unit, so once received I was ready to roll. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is it's really gross to clean. But I'll take the bad with the good. If you're wavering, get it - you won't be sorry.

We have ceramic tile in kitchen & dining room along with four very messy dogs. The dogs come in and out from the deck into the dining room, lots of mud. I can just whip out the CrossWave and quickly clean up the mess. It picks up all the little debris from their paws. I do have a very hairy cat and will sometimes have to do a quick sweep up first, but not often. I am very happy with this machine, wish I had bought it sooner.

I use the Cross Wave for my kitchen floors. I love how I save time vacuuming and cleaning at the same time. I love that the Cross Wave is so easy to use and that everything comes apart to clean. I am totally in love with this machine and would you believe that I actually look forward to cleaning my kitchen floors?

I have been using this vacuum for months in our brand new house. Every time. I noticed this past couple of times that it just doesn't seem to be kicking it and making our floors pretty. I found out the hard way by taking a magic eraser To the floor and WOW was all I could say. There was so much dirt left behind it's unreal. I would love to find a different mop to work with and maybe could use the bissel as a top clean.

I was so excited to get this product for Christmas last year because we were buying a home and it would be perfect for my hardwood and carpets inside. But unfortunately it doesn't work well at all...the filter always get's clogged and then it over heats. I removed the filter so hopefully make it work better but it did not. The system get's clogged right at the neck of the vacuum and then it doesn't work at all. I am highly disappointed that we spend over $200 on an item that doesn't work well at all.
