I found it very easy to use. I suffer from back pain and it doesn't help that I have OCD and having clean floors is a must. I also have 2 dogs and a messy child and hubby. :) With a press of a button, you select hardwood or carpet. The solution release button is at the handle grip so it's super easy to release solution on first pass and suction on second pass. The cord didn't get under my skin as I thought it would, and considering I did my entire home, floors and area rugs, it took me just under an hour. I even did my Persian rugs and the amount of dirt it picked up was unbelievable. The version I got has the carpet roller and the multipurpose floor roller. I used both. All in all, it's worth every penny!

I have used it on my kitchen floor and den carpet and it did a nice job on both. Need to go slowly but it did improve the carpet which I find hard to keep clean - it is a light tan... I did find cleaning up - emptying the cup and washing the roller a bit messy but not bad. All in all it does what I had hoped and I am pleased with it

I even turned on my robot before I used the Bissell and still had an incredible amount of dirt picked up from the Bissell. Cons: it does not swivel to do well in corners or small spaces and it is kind of a pain to take the whole thing apart to clean it. I wish I would have spent the extra money and got the pet pro. #sweepstakes

I have area rugs throughout my home due to having a disable dog that can't walk on slick floors so it would be at least an hour long process to clean everything. After getting my bissell if has become a 15 minute process and my floors look clean than every! Highly recommend this to everyone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a litter of five year-old kittens and their two parents - this vacuum works great against both their fur piles and litter sand that's been tracked everywhere. Thus, the pet-vac variant of the crosswave is unnecessary, likely provided your house is cleaned somewhat regularly. It fills up fairly quickly if you use a lot of the washing fluid, but isn't due to pet fur very much. We've used a vinegar and water mixture for our cleaning, since the Bissell detergent has perfume in it.

90% of my flooring is hard laminate, and tired on going through a whole box of swifter wets. The crosswave I'm using a bottle and a half of solution so on the long rub I'll be saving time and money. It was just time to invest. I had a shedding dog so I do vacuum with another machine before using the crosswave.

I replaced my Hoover floormate and shark navigator with this one lightweight tool that cleans better than those two combined! I had no idea how dirty my area rugs were until i used the crosswave on them and saw what came up.

I just got new floors put in back in February and even then, I have never seen or felt my floors be so clean!! If something ever happened to it, I'd definitely buy a new one! It makes sweeping fun
