I gave it 3 stars instead of 4 or 5 because: - it does not saturate the roller brush completely so the machine leaves wet streaks and at times, excess fluid on the wooden floors, which is not good (and I did read the manual first and let the fluid run before starting) - the filter gets clogged easily by hair and dust, so it requires frequent dumping of the collected grime - it does not suction rug/carpeting very well, even after multiple passes on dust balls on the floor What I do like is the evidence of the dirt, hair, grime that ~does~ get picked up by the machine. I just wish it was less fuss to deal with the aftermath of cleaning it for the next round around the house.

Bought this for my wife for Christmas and she loves it. Our house is mostly hard floors and when cleaning them it usually was a drawn out chore due to first sweeping every inch then wet mopping after. This cuts the job in half and lets us do both at the same time. Helps a lot when it comes to cleaning up after a rowdy toddler and multiple (evil) cats.

Even though it's still under warranty, I have to travel a great distance to get it repaired and don't have the time for that, unfortunately Keep that in mind if the two year warranty is what attracts you to this product otherwise it is a great little machine

I have inside pets and I have to sweep my floors every day. I deep clean them every other day. This product cuts my cleaning time in half because I can vacuum and mop in one step. I love this product and would not consider using anything else!

She just cleaned her floors when her Bissell arrived she sent me picture of the very dirty canister after first use on what was just cleaned floors. I was at her house this week-end she kept saying look at my floors how clean, shiny they look. Thank you for making my daughter happy.

Oh My Goodness. This machine is amazing. Came with extra rollers, generous cleaning detergent included. I was embarrassed when I saw how yucky the water was when I tried it on my kitchen floor. I did linoleum, throw rugs and laminate floors. When I read the “cons” of this in reviews, I quickly learned to Follow the Directions! My floors have never felt this clean. I bought one for our food pantry and our Church nursery also. Clean floors for the baby toddlers. I have told everyone they have to buy this.

I actually do like this vacuum, however, it doesn't seems to scrub as hard as I'd like it kind of just goes over the top of things and cleans spots that are easy to lift. It also doesn't clean in corners of the floor at all or up close. I have not used it on an area rug yet but I will update when I do! Other than that I like it. #sweepstakes

It makes cleaning so much quicker and easier. I love it! The only thing I would change would be that it would go under taller legged furniture. I still have to use my mop to get under my China cabinet that is 8 inches of the floor. Also it doesn't get close to the mop boards.

The CrossWave makes cleaning more enjoyable because I dont have to be breaking out a vacuum cleaner, then a mop and bucket. Filling the bucket and dragging it around the house. Changing the water every few minutes. The CrossWave save me time and energy. Absolutely love it.
