[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used it in my Mom's apartment as she is in a senior community and they are currently unable to have anyone come into their apartments to do cleaning, however I was able to gain access to clean her apartment. It worked well, it is easy to clear - like it much more than the "green machine" as you can not take that apart like this machine. The automatic cleaning works very well too. I am anxious to use it in my home next.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted this to work well but I was very disappointed. It leaves a bigger mess than cleaning. For example after using it, I turn it off and go to pick it up and it left a big puddle of murky gray water and dirt! It leaves streaks even after following the tips on the video. It also does not go under the kitchen cabinets so I still have to sweep and mop. I really wanted this to work but unfortunetly I am sending it back for a refund.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use it on my tile floors. Love that part. Tried to use it on my area rug. It just sucked the carpet in and wouldn't let go. Finally got so I could clean the carpet, but it was difficult and took a long time. Haven't tried it as a dry vacuum on the carpet yet.

It cleans my floors tile, lux vinyl and it does a great job with very little water left behind. My floors dry very fast.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an elderly cat who has a thyroid issue. I use the CrossWave to vaccum and scrub my vinyl blank floors and area rugs. I have also used it to spot clean my carpeting. The CrossWave is a great product and makes my life a whole lot easier!!

This was a house warming gift to a dear friend. I have had my own Bissell CrosssWave for a couple of years and SIMPLY LOVE IT!!! My friends daughter has one and she had told her to get the CrossWave That's when I decided it was the BEST GIFT I could give her. No surprise SHE LOVE'S IT!!!!

I had high hopes for this product to clean some of my area rugs. The crossover did not clean my rugs as a matter of fact it just spread the dirt around and made the rug look dirtier. Tried a second time but no better. Ended up renting one Well I am glade I have tile floors hope it works better on them

Never getting the floor completely clean. Now with the Bissell CrossWave, all we do is grab the unit from the base and clean the mess with such ease and the floors are so much cleaner than using the mop! Totally in love with this machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This works very well. It's easy to put together and cleans well. Delivery was not as stated. I had to call the delivery company to find out that it was delayed a week and then delayed yet another day. It was discouraging.
