I love this product! Although with 4 kids you should be on top of messes right away and it requires quite a few passes to clean up anything sticky or stuck on the floor... still beats mopping with a regular mop! I recommend it to all my friends and family with hard floors!

If you're on the fence whether you should buy this product or not, I urge you to add it to your cart RIGHT NOW you will thank me later! The crosswave has been a lifesaver in my house, between multiple children and dogs I was at my wits end with the old fashion sleeping in mopping. It even has my husband and older children wanting to help keep the floors clean which if you don't know that's a true miracle! It's light weight and super easy to use and clean. It definitely keeps my floor spotless no matter what kind of tough mess I put it through. I wish I would have bought it sooner and saved my self so much time and hassle!

I liked that is multi use however it leaks and I follow the directions. It doesn't get rid of the residue like others say it does.

Worst vacuum I have ever purchased. As much as this cost, I expected it to work AT LEAST like a normal vacuum. This does not pick up anything in my kitchen. It just pushes the stuff across the floor. Also, no matter how much I clean the parts, it still stinks. And then causes my whole house to smell bad. I am honestly shocked that this thing is so expensive. I would like my money back.

Surprised and obsessed! With multiple large dogs and the wet-muddy season upon us, the new Bissell CrossWave easily vacuums, cleans/nearly dries all smooth surfaces AND GROUT with little effort, in addition to area rugs. Super easy to rinse all components. My only complaints are 1) the 1” gap edges it does not clean-still have steam edges 2) needs a larger capacity dirty tank. They almost have it right! Sam's Club has the best price especially, all the extras in the bundle.

I'd never even heard of this until I was at a new friend's house and she whipped this baby out. I have all wood floors so this is perfect. I now look forward to cleaning day! I'm wanting to buy my mom one for Christmas as she has knee and back problems and this would be easier on her.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the biggest time saver I have ever used in housekeeping. I used to sweep nightly. I live in a very sandy area. The sand and dog hair would be evident by morning! I used a Swiffer wet jet (and loved it) a couple times a week. Now, I can use the Crosswave one time per week and not feel the sand or see the dog hair on my hard wood floors for days! The entire machine is able to be wiped out and cleaned and the process is SIMPLE. I always feel like it is brand new when I use it. I absolutely love this machine and will never use anything different!!

After a long day of mopping my house, if I used a paper towel to wipe something off the floor, the paper towel was gray. It drove me insane. I don't have that issue any longer since the crosswave. I realllly need bissell to make a hand held version for my stairs though.
