I was skeptical since I'm a mop user. However this concept of vacuum while moping was pure genius. Before it was a 3 step process of cleaning my floors. Vacuum, wash mop and rinse mop. Nice that the work is less but the real question; does this machine leave a clean floor. Answer; ABSOLUTELY!

Talking about performance, time and versatility this is best investment you can do for the house , I have three cats and 2 dogs and my house looks impecable .. I highly recommend it if you really want to keep your home looking great

Has a little difficulty with edges and corners but that's to be expected with the retrospective shapes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a handy cleaning machine for hard floors and carpets. You can vacuum with it as well as clean. It has its own tray where you cam set the machine while it cleans itself. It is helpful because it's not heavy and it help take the heavy load off of mopping. You do have to get in corners or edges with a mop though.

I have used it to clean it using the wet option...once a week but I also use the "dry" option during the week to pick up any messes or crumbs from daily use of the floors. I wanted a product that does both without a lot of maintenance. There are not many wet and dry products to pick from. I have a dyson sweeper for my carpet and I have a hoover wet vac for cleaning the carpets. But both are larger than this Cross Wave. So far so good. I really like it. And it's easy to take apart and clean. :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this product inside and in the garage (epoxy flooring). I love that it does both vacuum and mop at the same time. The parts are easy to clean, and a container of solution can last for 80% of my in-home cleaning before I need to refill. I found that even though it is a vacuum as well as cleaner you need to go slowly to get full coverage of the area you are cleaning. I also suggest that you have plenty of cleaning solution on hand as well as an extra brush. Thanks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first time I used my new 2 in 1 I thought it was amazing! Cleaned it all out for the next use. Filled the water container with cleaning solution started using it and it left brown smudges all around my house. I wish you would not have to clean out the cleaner head after every use as well. It is a lot of maintenance Sometimes I think on my hands and knees was more efficient and time consuming.
