[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were looking for a cleaner that would be gentle for berber loop carpeting. This cleaned the carpet and didn't pull or mess the texture of the carpet. Cleaned very well. It was also used on vinyl flooring in the kitchen and cleaned nicely.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mostly I would say that I love my Bissell Crosswave becuase of its ability to vacuum and mop in one step. It's lightweight and easy to use. It's perfect for my home. If I had larger areas to clean frequently however the cost of the liquid cleaner would add up quickly. Also it doesn't have the ability to get into tight spaces as much as I would like. All in all though I'm happy with the Crosswave.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tested this cleaner on several small area rugs which reside in front of a door that gets a lot of traffic. Cleaning these rugs twice in one application brought them back to almost new. I also have a rug doctor but these small area rugs are just too small for rug doctor. I also used the bissell cross wave on a large area of ceramic tile and it did a nice job on cleaning them. Bissell cross wave is easy to use, to clean, and lite so makes the cleaning process rather easy.

My hardwood floors look so good and have never seemed so clean! With two large indoor dogs who shed heavily, this product has been a life-saver. Had some shipping issues but the delays were on the carrier end and not the company's fault. The customer service staff was courteous and very helpful!

Well, did not look like it after using my Crosswave. My floors (tile and hardwood) were filthy!! Everyone should own one of these!

Sorry I already returned the vaccum I didn't like it beacz It must be good on Harwood but I have white tiles everywhere it was making lines ans wasn't cleaning the spots so for that reason ill prefer the steam mop instead of this vaccum but I will recommend this vaccum for those with the hardwood floor its a great product overall I bought the different vaccum from bissell now

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to clean primarily my kitchen floor, it is bamboo laminate. Also use on back porch for LVT. Love this machine!!! It vacuums, washes and dries my floor all using 1 product. The water was dirty but not as dirty as I thought as I do clean these floors. It's only 2 of us no pets. Easy to clean machine after using. Got a great deal on the site with extra rollers and cleaner for about the same price in retail without the extras.

I was tired of getting down on my knees to clean the recently installed hardwood flooring we had installed in our kitchen. dining room, and hallway. Using a simple store purchased dry/wet mop just didn't "cut the rug" so to speak. I'm over 75 and having to get the spots this light-weight duster/mop failed to remove was just not what I wanted or need to do on my knees and it takes a lot of time and work. The CrossWave picks up all the "spots" that needed on-the-knees work and is much easier as the tank holds enough cleaner to replace 4 of the wet pads on the brand x. Thank you Bissell.
