[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this product because it allows me to clean my floors(tile) and get my carpet/area rugs clean as well. Also I work a lot and have a pet so this is great for me being someone who very busy and on the go it makes it easier to clean my floors.

The self cleaning feature is a joke. I spend more time picking up dirt balls the machine sheds as I am using it. And, the cleaning mode? I have to take it off the dock, stick my finger down the openings to clear the particles out, dismantle the collection container then rinse everything so there is no particles left behind. I feel dirty once I am done

I have copd and spinal stenosis. I really needed a floor cleaner that would do it all. The Crosswave All-In-One cleaner is it. I purchased several floor cleaners from the new sweepers to the mops that spin. None of them was easier to use and cleaned as well as the Crosswave All-In-One cleaner. I would recommend this product to anyone, but especially to those who have physical disabilities making cleaning the floors and extra chore. What a wonderful product. Debbie

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish I'd bought one earlier . I've never thought anything would clean my hardwood and tile floors better than a vacuum and a mop. But today I will say I've never seen my floors cleaner than they've got since I bought my Shockwave. It makes cleaning up after my 2 dogs easier than ever. And it is easier on me to clean now. I would recommend this to anyone with hard floors.

I love this cleaner! It picks up everything and even does the rugs! I have two dogs and this cleaner picks up the dog hair and cleans the floor at the same time. I love that the vac is easy to take apart to clean. As listed above, If there is a con, it is that the vac does not get close to the baseboards. In my opinion, this cleaner is worth the money.

Although I am not sure what the upgrade is as I did not have the predecessor, I can say for sure that the all-in-one feature of a wet mop, vacuum cleaner and rug shampooer has enabled me to give my home a cleaning that would have cost hundreds of dollars. The fault with the item is that is does not reach corners so I still have to use my Shark steam mop for those areas. I also think the water bottle is too small. Cleaning a large room requires many refills. Also, while the cleaners smell nice and deodorizes, they are not that strong; multiple sweeps required. All in all, for a non-industrial device the weight and effectiveness is okay for the typical home owner to, over time, give their rugs, carpets, and hard floors a professional cleaning.

Just bought this wonderful machine, best thing we ever owned for cleaning.. Great on rugs and hard wood floors, kitchen tiles. Easy to clean. Only have this for two months and clean the parts right after use. We have dogs so its easy for us, its one use rugs to floors and done. Cant figure out why the rollers stopped which cause the fluid to stop coming out. I tried to take it apart but it must be something i know nothing about. I guess i am under warranted, how do i go about a return and replacement? Thanks Tess

Just bought this and tried it on a textured tile floor that I think has had little scrubbing in the past. The dirt was set in for quite some time. I had much trouble cleaning the heavy set in dirt. It took an hour to do a simple bathroom. I finally decided to try a pre-soak on the floor. I used a light spray bottle and coated the floor and waited a couple minutes. The floor came unbelievable clean in a manner of seconds. Now that the floor is clean I believe regular used of this machine with keep it shinning with little effort.

When my husband initially brought this product home, I thought to myself "great, another gimmicky thing we will never use". But I couldn't have been more wrong. I literally use it EVERY day! The clincher was when I saw how much dog hair (YUCK) and dirt it picked up. It really does a great job both vacuuming and mopping on our tile and hardwood. Then I thought "well surely it will do a horrible job on the area rug". WRONG!! It vacuums the rug well and gives it a nice refreshed look (and smell.... did I mention we have a dog :) This is not a deep cleaner for carpets, it is purely meant to refresh them. Sooooo happy with this purchase. Well worth the price!

I find this product takes more time and effort then the previous way I was doing my floors. I am very unhappy with it. The CrossWave does not mop the dirt off my floor the way I expected and it does not vacuum as well as my other Bissell product. It takes me almost double the time to do my floors. The clean up of the machine afterwards is time consuming and I feel it is not worth the effort. If I could return this and get my money back, I would. VERY DISSATISFIED!!! This is the first Bissell product that I have been unhappy with.
