I love this machine. It sweeps and mops at the same time. It saves me so much time. I cannot say enough good things about this machine. It's easy to load, it's easy to clean, it's easy to operate. All you have to do is pour the cleaning solution and water in the one container and click it in, then turn it on and sweep and mop your floors. This thing is great!!! I absolutely love it.

I checked everything and primed it etcetera. First, last and only Bissell. Something this simple shouldn't be this hard to figure out why it isn't working.

I have searched for a long time for something that would save me time with my floors. I have porcelain throughout my home except for the bedrooms. I used to vacuum then mop and move the furniture with each step. With this product it saves me so much time and my floors come out nice and clean every time. The ease of changing the heads makes going from the porcelain to carpet a breeze. I do recommend that the product be thoroughly cleaned as specified each time. I do it every time I use it and it keeps the product nice and new. And its easy to clean it also. Not a huge mess at all. I also purchase the hand held for my furniture. My husband tipped over the 33 gal holding container of clean water that we use on our aquarium. Water was all over our living room including under the couch. While he used the shop-vac I used the Crosswave. It worked GREAT. Only wished the waste tank was bigger, too many trips to the sink to empty it out lol.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's great for cleaning my tile floors and runners in my kitchen. I only wish it could get around my toilet bowls. I do use it in the bathroom in the more spacious areas. It always uses clean water on the surface and the area is dry in seconds. I am so happy to pout the dirty water and debris out. It's quick snd easy.

I used this daily to clean my floors and absolutely loved this after about nine months my spin brush stopped working and the machine powered itself off I followed all troubleshooting steps my husband who is a electrical contractor opened it up and found the internal part that was damaged we contacted bissel and waited on hold for over 2 hrs and they said they do not carry the part we took it to a vacuum repair shop and they said they can not get the part In . So now after 9 months the machine is useless.

I love the Crosswave. I'm obsessive about my kitchen and this cleans my kitchen floor like nothing else; it sparkles now. I could not believe how dirty the hardwood floors were the first time and how much additional dirt came up the second time. I highly recommend this product. Cuts my cleanup time at least in half. I have two cats and it get the pet hair and human hair up too, this is a huge bonus.

I have all hard floors and 5 big dogs that shed and track in dirt. It was taking me several steps to really clean the floors so it was rarely completely clean until I got the Cross Wave. It's lightweight, easy to assemble and disassemble to empty and clean it. The only downside is that it doesn't clean up to the walls. It leaves about an inch untouched but with the time it saves and thoroughness of cleaning, I can adapt.
