I love this! This product is very light and does a wonderful job in my floors! My house feels so much cleaner after I use this and it's actually enjoyable to use! I'll be purchasing the pet version soon to try out! I'm excited to pass this one along to my mother-in-law to use!

We have a three-year-old, an infant, and a 60 lb husky/shepherd mix and both husband and I work full time jobs. We barely have enough time/energy to get the household chores done so anything to simplify the process is a blessing. This thing will vacuum and clean the hardwoods, laminate, and area rugs so easily, all at once and I'm so amazed at how clean they are and how fresh the house smells afterward (using the multi surface cleaner with fabreeze). I also am thrilled that it comes completely apart and I can just dump and rinse. The only thing I have to complain about is the length of the cord. Buy this. You won't regret it.

Oh Crosswave, how do I love thee? I bought this as my own birthday present last year, and it was my favorite piece of equipment until I broke it last week. (I'm epileptic and fell on it during a seizure, it wasn't made badly it was me) We have rescue animals and there are frequent potty incidents. It cleans them like a champ with no lingering pee smell. I have sticky dirty kids, too. Anything they've tracked in thus far has come up even if it takes 2-3 passes sometimes. It heats fast and is easy to dumb and clean the machine after use. I have had other carpet cleaners and none of them were as easy to use and and quicky to work as the crosswave. I hate it that I have to wait months until my next birthday to buy myself another one! Maybe I'll get the pet one next time!

I vacuumed my rug before using the crosswave for the first time with my usual vacuum. I still used the vacuum feature on my crosswave and was shocked at how much pet hair it still picked up. It has cut my cleaning time in half. The fact that i cam clean my hard floors as well as rugs is awesome. My main concern was the tank would be too small and I would have to refill it too many times, however two tanks clean seven rooms in my house. The only thing I wish for is an all bristle brush that I could use on my area rug, it seems like it would have a deeper clean. Definitely recommend to all my friends!

Did not clean my tile floors like advertise. At times the machine dispense to much water at once then it stops, left my floors very streaky and in area did not clean right. My spin mop mops the floors better. What I did like was the vacuum it has good suction. I have return the machine back to me its not worth the money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hesitant to buy this, it sounded to good to be true. But I had bought so many vacuum cleaner floor cleaners, steam mops it was expensive! And time consuming. Washing my floors was a task for sure, and I always felt like I was Washing them with dirty water! Because I was! I caved and bought one! I am so glad I did! It is easy to use, effective, and even better easy to clean up after. I highly recommend this product to anyone who is tired of waiting time and money for mediocre results. If Bissell offered a trade I. Program for switching I'd have multiple machines with all rhe other products I have tried!

I have had a bissell floormate for years and loved it. When I saw the CrossWave I wanted it, Because of the price I waited and did a lot of research. Finally, ordered it... have had it two weeks and I find I use it almost daily! Love it! It! Didn't think it would pick up a lot as a vacuum but find that feature awesome. Super easy to use and the cleaning tray is great... I have used it everywhere in our home, even on the throw rugs. Its easy to switch the brushes. The rugs came out great. Its light weight so going upstairs is easy. Can't say enough about the CrossWave. It's Awesome!

I purchased the Crosswave when Bissell did the advertisement on how easy it was. I purchased the first model. I am thrilled with my Crosswave. It's easy to use, clean and store. I have rescue dogs❤️ and grandsons ❤️. Between the two, we have accidents. There is no having to vacuum, then sweep, then get the mop water and mop out. This does it all!! I have purchased extra brushes and filters to keep it great working order. The cleaning solution for the Crosswave is fantastic. No streaks on my floors, and when I am finished, my home smells amazing. I feel like an ambassador for Bissell. I am always happy to have Family members and Friends give it a try. They've gone out and purchased their own. I get such positive feedback If you're thinking about purchasing the Crosswave, YES!! You won't be disappointed.

I have what seems like acres of tile floors when it comes to cleaning time. I had worried that the dirty water would collect in the wide grout lines, but it did not. Obviously, the brush can't reach into the grout grooves, but I am very happy with the results. Also true that the cleaning doesn't extend to the edge. The cleaning does get closer on the leading edge, rather than on the sides. I have noticed lint or dust being sucked in from the edges, even though they are not being reached. Is it perfect? No, but I would buy it again for its ability to leave the floors CLEAN in an easy-to-use, one pass system. I don't find it heavy or noisy.

Ok. For my first use I used my new Crosswave in my kitchen. I have 15 adult German Shepherds. 10 babies at this time and 4 others that are in training. My kitchen is a kennel! It is also winter and VERY muddy here. Problems: hair, hair everywhere. Mud. Snow. Ice. Accidents from young puppies. I filled up my machine to the top fill level. I used 5 tanks full. Emptied the dirty water 3 times, almost 4. I thought it would use WAY more then that! Things I LOVE! Light weight. Dog hair doesn't get caught around ANYTHING! The suction is amazing. I saw several clumps of hair being pulled into the machine from 4 inches away! Super easy to clean. One downside. It doesn't get the edges super close, but I can live with that! I looked at a lot of reviews and didn't see a lot of feedback from people with a lot of pets. Most of our shepherds are longcoated. We struggle every day with hair. This machine is easy to use, even several times a day if necessary. Way better than a spin mops. Cleaner now...all the time. Thank you for who ever thought and executed the design of this machine.
