This machine works Great! Use to use my Bissell Symphony on all my laminate hard wood and had to lug my Bissell Pro Heat 2x around to do my rugs whenever they needed cleaning. Now I have one machine that can clean all my floors in half the time. I am recommending this to everyone that comes over to my house.

I purchased the Crosswave just for the simplicity of vacuuming and cleaning the floors as well. I have ceramic tile in the whole first floor of my home.........as well as 4 dogs and a long hair cat. So you can imagine the mess they leave with their fur. This machine is the greatest thing ever. I had to vacuum first, then used the Shark steam mop. My floors were more of a mess after I cleaned them and had to go over them with a wet mop, then the floors were streaky. The Crosswave does both jobs and very well I might add. No more streaking of my floors. I cannot say enough good things about my Crosswave. I absolutely love it and Kudos to Bissell for making such a fantastic machine !!! Thanks for making my cleaning chores a lot easier !!!

I bought 2 in the past year in a half. Yes they were remanufactured but the both died. First one lasted 1 year, 2cnd one purchased at end of may, it quit working 2 weeks ago... they both just quit working like they aren't plugged in. Found the receipt only to find out only have 90 days....I sadly thought it would have been at least a year. I absolutely loved them, I still bought a second one even though first one died... & had my sister buy one too. I desperately want another but I'm leery to even buy a brand new one with the history I've had..

I have used this machine only once and I like it. EXCEPT, that the roller does not go close to the of the wall. So when you use the roller to mop your floor, it does not go to the edge of the wall. So it leaves an inch of dirty or dusty floor which means that I get my manual mop, and get the cleaner, spray and mop the edges of the floor manually. Double the effort. I just don't like it and I think the manufacturer or the designer should make the roller able to mop the edges of the floor which meets the wall, too.

I just got my new Bissell Cross Wave today and I am completely happy on the choice I have decided on with purchasing the Bissell Cross Wave... I can do everything in one sweep. Via vacuuming & cleaning all in one! Save not only time, but most of all pain in my back!!!! And the genius side to add is cleaning your machine is soooo simple! Also the machine is made very durable! Thank You Bissell ♡

First off, I begged my husband for the cross wave for months and now that i have it, i have to pretend i love it. I have a chocolate lab that sheds a ton. I vacuum regularly. I clean my vacuums after every use. I even swap out vacuum brushes on the bissell, depending if I'm doing a dry vac or a wet vac. I swap between the bissell cross wave and the Dyson cordless animal friendly vacuum. I prefer the dyson any day! This vacuum clogs easily and frequently! I just vacuumed my area rug and had to turn the vacuum off 3 times to clear the clog in the line. It appears to clog right before the dirt/hair would enter the dirt tank. And when i do decide to use the water portion, it hardly sucks back up any water. So frustrated with this vacuum! I do not recommend unless you prefer to clears clogs and waste time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very disappointed when after a year or so the crosswave just stopped working. I am a fan of BISSELL, I can understand how it could just stop getting power. Just stopped. Not sure I will buy another.

I purchased this because my wife doesn't like using a mop and bucket, and I do not blame her. We have tile floors and this has made it a snap to clean. We also use it to clean little doggy accidents. I cannot believe I waited so long to purchase this. It has made our lives so much more enjoyable.

For the most part this works as advertised. The two drawbacks are that it doesn't clean up close to the baseboards so you still have to get a mop and clean the floor around the baseboards, also I have to stop and empty the dirty tank twice just to clean my kitchen - however I do have a large kitchen. My favorite thing is finally mopping my floors with no streaks. I also feel this is a bit pricey.

I love that is vacuums and mops my floors all in one. I have wood everywhere except my bedrooms so this saves time and it saves my back! I've had another hardwood cleaner, but after a year it blew up, so I bought another and within 6 months it shorted out! So I'm very hopeful with this product, plus I get a 4 year warranty!
