Love, love, love it!! Finally there's a 2 in 1 product that works! The Crosswave is lightweight and easy to use. I was hesitant to purchase the Crosswave. I'm a skeptic when it comes down to these types of purchases, as most products rarely perform as advertised. Once my Crosswave arrived, I decided to put it to the test. I cleaned my kitchen floor first with a popular "spray & mop" product. The cleaning pad was somewhat soiled. Then I used the Crosswave on the kitchen floor right after. I was astounded at how much more dirt & grim the Crosswave picked up. Which was evidenced by the brown dirty water I dumped from the holding tank when I was through! My husband even commented on how much brighter and shinier the floor looked. He never notices! Thank you Bissell for a product that performs and makes my life easier.

I previously had a Hoover FloorMate, but I like the Bissell CrossWave so much better. The CrossWave does a much better job cleaning the floors. Ease of Use, Lightweight, Easy to Maintain/Clean. It is a little noisy, but that doesn't bother me. I care more that it does a great job cleaning the floors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worst vacuum I have ever had. This vacuum has absolutely no suction at all. I made sure there was nothing obstructing the vacuum which would affect the suction and nothing. I watched as I went over the same dirt and hair 10 times and all that the vacuum did was push it around. Think twice about buying this you're better of throwing your money down the toilet. I love that they help stray animals which is why I bought a bissell product but not worth it.

I have used this machine only once and I like it. EXCEPT, that the roller does not go close to the of the wall. So when you use the roller to mop your floor, it does not go to the edge of the wall. So it leaves an inch of dirty or dusty floor which means that I get my manual mop, and get the cleaner, spray and mop the edges of the floor manually. Double the effort. I just don't like it and I think the manufacturer or the designer should make the roller able to mop the edges of the floor which meets the wall, too.

lost my house in hurricane Harvey. replaced floors with wood grain tile. used for the first time last night. outstanding performance. nice to wet/dry vac at the same time. cleanest floors have ever been. sooooo, having said that, a LOT of moving parts, easy breakdown, easy put together. durability MAY be an issue. 2500 sq. feet to clean. time will tell if product is able to sustain quality as seen on first time use. happy so far.

I'm disabled with limited mobility in my back and my legs so I was looking for something to use on my hardwood floors and area rugs that would allow me to clean and maintain my home without having to rely on someone else to do it for me. This machine is not it, the cleaning solution leaves a soapy residue on the floors and the cleaning of the machine is extremely hard for me. The dirt and hair from my floor turns into a muddy cement in the machine and the collection tank so the whole bottom half must be taken apart and scraped out every time it's used.

CrossWave beats all the rest, and I've had several floor cleaning machines in the past. I am so pleased with my CrossWave because it does exactly what it is supposed to do. It saves time by not having to vacuum first, then go over a second time to wet clean...where have you been all my life? I have had two other floor cleaning machines that just didn't do as good a job as this CrossWave does. My previous machines kept having some parts underneath break and I actually gave up for a while and went back to a regular sponge mop. That was disgusting as it only moves the dirty water around my floor. I'm so thrilled that a quality product like the CrossWave is here from a quality company Bissell. (I love my other products from Bissell too because they are worth every penny!)

I really like the idea of the vacuum and floor cleaner in the same machine. And it works that way. It is super easy to use, but a bit wider than my steam mop. Not quite as easy to use in small bathrooms. I could only use it on tile - I don't have hardwood floors. My only complaint would be that it tends to leave streaks on my tiles worse than my steam mop. And somewhere in the back of my mind I feel the steam gets the floor cleaner. I'm sure it would work even better on hardwood floors.

I have 8 cats and 2 rabbits and kids. Cat hair wood shaving bunny pellets cat puke and more I have a big house and all tile. I have to micro fiber the floors first vacuume and then mop rinse repeat. Its an all day chore to clean my house and the next day I can't tell that I cleaned . I love this vacuume. I don't have to keep switching tools . The only two drawbacks I notice are that on dried on spots or spots that had to be scrubbed it didn't work well and it won't get close to edges. I still need my swiffer for edging. But it still cuts my cleaning time in half.

I fell in love last night. Let me tell you about my busy home. 6 kids of all ages, 3 senior dogs, and two young cats. That's 36 dirty feet, including the Mr. and myself. That's 5 different kinds of animal hair. That's "whoops, an accident" from a dog(s) that just can't hold it like it use to and perhaps a beginner potty trainer running around stark naked. That's "Someone spilled... again." That's a curious cat(s) knocking something off the counter. That's the kids who are trying to be independent and spill the milk while trying to pour by themselves. That's a dog who can't drink without making a pond. That's "experiments" gone wrong, and a tea party that gets wild. And while it is a whole lot of love, it is definitely a whole lot of work and even more cleaning. And so, after seeing multiple ads for the Bissell Crosswave, I gave in and purchased one. When it arrived yesterday I put it straight to work. Oh my goodness you guys! Holy amazing! My life just got that much easier and my floors are outstanding. Like, white sock approval outstanding. Probably the best purchase of my life. 5 stars Bissell!!
