I love Love Love this new Bissell Cross Wave . I am 73 years old, and keeping my floors clean is a real chore for me. With the Cross Wave, I can do this in one half the time and effort. I have two greatgrandsons who visit frequently, the are 2 years old, so you can imagine what my floors are like when they leave. I can easily vacuum and clean all the floors, tile and area rugs, in no time. years ago I had a product made by GE that was a lot like this one, as I had 8 children, I wore it out years ago, and was never able to find anything quite like it. The cross wave is it! Thank you Bissell!

I love the way it cleans the tile floors but it did not do so well with the area rug. I did not like the way it did the area rug. It got the fibers from the rug caught up in the mechanism for awhile. The machine did not work for a short time and it was a week old. The tile however is now cream colored, not yellow. My electric wheelchair drags in all kinds of dirt in on the wheel creases. When the dirt dries in the tire creases and treads it deposits it on the floor to be ground in and actually darkens the tiles. Plus it stays clean longer because the dirt does not stick to the old dried up dirt that didn't really come up before. I love this machine. I do not love how dirty my brush gets. I clean it but it still stays dirty and hard to the touch. Always make sure the handle is all the way down or your machine will look like it does not work. It will start and not stop. Or it will not start again. It looks like a button issue but it is a handle issue. Take it out and reinsert it. (the handle) THIS REALLY WORKS.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've got to admit I was shocked at how loud the machine is when you use it. It's louder than our regular vacuum cleaner is. It don't clean good up against baseboards at all. You have to use your regular mop for that. You have to wear ear plugs to use it it's so loud.

I was tired of sweeping then mopping. I could never find a mop that I like and does a good job. I searched around for the right one until I saw this one. Took me 2 fills to do the whole house. The stuff that ended up in the dispose bin OMG! My floors look amazing and are so clean!

Vacuum seems cool at first, 3-in-1 but it shuts off automatically and randomly. The collection canister is very small and if you have fur babies, it fills quickly. I can't clean my floors without emptying it at least twice. Also, there is a mold smell even after cleaning it.

I love this. Sweeping and mopping all at once plus you're not pushing around dirty residue from a mop. Quick and easy to fill and empty. I've only filled to "small area" because it lasts a long time. Brushes are so easy to clean with either the cleaning tray or just rinsing off. Using the tray not only cleans the brush/roller but cleans the viewing window leaving the unit looking brand new. It also spins most all of the liquid out of the brush/roller so it dries clean and quick. I do wish it scrubbed a little better but overall, just a great product.

I was happy to spend the money for the convenience of vacuuming and mopping at the same time. My first one froze up so they sent me a replacement and now it's doing the same thing!!! Gear that turns roller seems to seize up. Did it on both cleaners. What a waste of $$$.

After a couple of months of researching vacuums that steam cleans and vacuums yet is good for wood floors along with other floors.. I constantly kept running across the Bissell CrossWave... I knew this was the one I needed for my floors and I was right.. my floors haven't been cleaner and my house even smells good after using my CrossWave! Thank you Bissell! This is my first Bissell and now I know won't be my last!

I have a big living room and this little machine works well, however, it is not made for large areas. I’m sorry it is not. If you have a small apartment or studio then yes use it, but for large areas it is a hassle to stop and drain out the small container. Also, it clogs easily and then the water suction doeant operate as well whichc causes water to drain back out on the floor/carpet. If there is hair on the floor/carpet, it will pick up all the hair...and wrap around the brush. Thats a hassle cause youre going to have to cut all the wrapped hair and it gets inbetween the ends of the brush- which there is no way of removing the end parts. Then you have to cut the hair which the brushes get in the way. If you have nice area rugs and its started to loosen this bad boy will suck it up quickly. It will suck up rugs -depending on the type/style- easily. Overally it works well, depending on how much you use the brush, it will need replacing faster then normal usage. Cleaning is easy, but you have to clean it everytime after use due to the water usage. I wished this machine would have heat when cleaning carpets or even the bare floor. The suction valve is a pain to clean out cause its for people with small fingers/hands to get in and get the left over dirt, which causes the suction to not be as good. Also, clean underneath it near the small rubber lining , it will get dirty quick. Another thing is that when the brush is worn out or there is too much hair wrapped around it the water doesnt spread out as easily and doesnt suck it back up as good. Plus, i dont think it is worth the cost of over $200. More like 175. For over $200, there should be an additonal brush and air filter... speaking of air filter, that too is a pain to clean it is small and needs to be replace faster then the brush.

This product has impressed me so much that I am probably going to buy two to give to my daughter and daughter in law. This product Impressed me so much from its three in one cleaning system. Since I have two dogs and four birds that make a lot of mess this product has helped me clean a lot easier. One feature I love greatly is how I only have to use one machine to get three types of cleanings done. Thank you for having me win the CROSSWAVE I would recommend it to anyone who has animals or kids that make a mess.
