I was so excited that "finally" someone came out with a product that does wet and dry cleaning at one time -- WRONG! Machine is horrible to clean and always seems to maintain an odor; thus, have to keep out of main part of house. Have tried everything to rid product of odor and to no avail. Now, after a little over two months, the cleaning solution dribbles out (does not spray) and floors are not clean, and trust me, I clean my floors every other day!. If I could still get my money back, I would be the first in line, because this product is worthless. I should have kept my mop and vacuum. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!

After first getting the Crosswave, excited to just give it a quick test drive, I cleaned a portion of my floors and the muck the Crosswave picked up from what was supposed to be a clean floor was simply horrifying and embarrassing, but I was grateful that I now had a tool that was going to help me clean up after our 9 cats and 2 dogs. With that flock of animals, I am always getting surprises - kitty litter outside of the boxes, hair balls, spit ups, vomits, pee, etc and the Crosswave is up to it all. I wouldn't necessarily say that my floors would be something you'd want to eat off, but they are now darn close, and my house smells clean. I've noticed that I have much less dust on my furniture since using the Crosswave. Anyone with animals needs this device; I now consider this an essential tool for pet clean ups. My only concern is how long the Crosswave will hold up against the battering it gets at my house because I am using the Crosswave DAILY.

25 years I cleaned floors on my hands and knees and I don't do that any more. This machine does a great job cleaning my kitchen, laundry room, family room and bathroom floors. The tray makes it easy to clean the roller. When I walk bare foot the floors feel smooth and clean Thank you

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My only disappointment is the lack of a hose to get into tight places. I'd be happy if the hose only had suction, then I would feel like it did a more thorough job, and it could also be used on furniture.

It not only vacuums and mops, it shampoo's my rugs I use daily with 3 small pets in my house and you would be amazed what this device can do. It's nice to drop or spill something on the floor and it just picks up even a raw egg. ,pay favorite part is the cleaning tray. Sit it in its tray poor water in the tray and watch it clean the brush and the difficult places to reach. Make sure to use Bizzle cleaning floor/ carpet products. My husband enjoys walking into a house that always smell clean. It's light weight so very easier to mop and vacuum daily!

This thing is awesome. I didn't know how dirty my floors were. I had just mopped my floors before mine arrived. And I swear you couldn't tell. The stuff this thing picks up is invisible to the naked eye. Im so glad my floors are squeakie clean now. It's so easy to use that my man now helps with floors....BONUS.

I have a large beige area rug in my family room. I have 3 cats and grandchildren. The rug doesn't get dirty often because I cover the eating area with a washable bath rug, but that is taken away when company comes. The last time I had this rug cleaned it cost me $350 from a rug cleaning service. This machine does the same job and the rug dries faster. It is easy to use. I have not used it on the vinyl floors or tile or wooden floor yet, but it is wonderful for the rugs!!!

I needed to replace my Floormate that I LOVED but didn't want to buy again because of its issues. I'm hoping for the best with the Crosswave. I love that it disperses cleans water and sucks up dirty water. I don't love how noisy it is, I thought it would be quieter for the size of it but it's as loud as any vacuum cleaner. I wish the dirty water tank held a little more water but emptying it twice per use is not a major issue. It leaves about a 1/4" gap between the machine and the wall so you'll still need to go back and hand wash the perimeter of your room. It handles light spots fairly well, since the head swivels you're able to swing it in a semi circle to help the cleaning brush "scrub" the spot. Overall, I'm VERY pleased with the purchase and hope to use it for a long time.

The Bissell CrossWave (Neon Green) was the best purchase I have made. So easy to use and cleans my kitchen floor beautifully in no time, First time I ever made this kind of purchase (always used mop or cleaned my kitchen floor on my hands and knees). Love it! It was recommended by a professional cleaning lady.

Purchased new home, with ALL tile floors upgrade. Had a Hoover all terrain, but it was not cleaning floor, nor was it working properly due to clogged areas in system that I could not clean. After 6 months, I purchased a Bissell Crosswave. My floors have never been this clean, even brand new. It is lightweight, and easy to maneuver. I use weekly, or more often. I rinse all the parts, individually. Usually can clean 1800 square feet with only 2 fills.
