[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These products claim to be perfect for pet parents. I bought 2 different machines because this one didn't pick up anything. Correction it didn't keep anything sucked in. It picked it up and put it down some place else on the carpet. And using it wet...I had to replace a soggy, smelly carpet. Never again.

Bought for my tile floor. Great concept but POOR execution. Leaves dirty streaks when finished (not just water streaks). After drying it looks like a muddy mop was used in several places, with all the dirty smears that remain . I used it several times with different solutions (Bissell solution, Vinegar, plain water) but always the dirty streaks left. Maybe the reservoir needs to be changed frequently?? Maybe just this one is a lemon? Sorry this did not work for me.

After seeing this on a paid commercial I was hoping that this Crosswave would do the job that they were bragging about on the commercial, and it did do a fairly good job but it did not do as good a job as I was hoping for, it did not get really close to the baseboards, and I also wanted to do in higher areas, you also can't do under the bed or under things that are too heavy to move like my TV stand or under the couch you also can't vacuum the couch either there are no attachments, I get a lot of dust and pet fur on the couch so I have to bring out my corded Dyson it has all kinds of attachments to clean the couch and other areas The Crosswave can't reach. After cleaning then came cleaning the brushes attached to the Crosswave, it was suppose to be self cleaning, but I had to press the self clean button more than once because it just didn't clean very well, I found I had to take the brush off the unit and clean it and then also take the unit apart as best I could and clean everything, I had to clean the dirty water container which was quite a process too, in all I think it must have taken about half an hour cleaning the dirty water container, the unit and brush, after about 2 years of using the Crosswave I stared to notice it was falling apart at the bottom wear you attach brush, in all I was more disappointed than happy with the Crosswave

I was skeptical but it does everything it says it will. All you have to do is follow the directions. If anyone is having problems with this, go read the instructions and make sure you are following them. It is important to do the process to clean the roller now and then, but it is easy and you don't have to take anything apart to do it. I do not sweep first and it picks up everything and leaves the floor squeaky clean. I have a very large dog and not only does he shed but he tracks in all kinds of stuff and it picks up all of it.

I love the cross wave it has made life so much easier. I have a toddler who puts Cheerios in juice all over the house, all I have to do is put water and solution in the Crosswave and it's sweeps and mops my floor at the same time. I used to think having a mop head that can go on the washing machine was amazing,but the Bissell crossway has completely changed the game. Thank you so much bissell

I use it for all floors in my home. The only thing I don't like about it is you have to lean it back to activate the brush and vacuum. I think the waist container could be bigger so can hold more as well also the brush mop could be a bit bigger so can get closer to floor n clean more.all in all great product to be able to sweep n mop with a vacuum at the same time is so cool

I purchased the crosswave for my large, hardwood kitchen floor. The first time I used it, the dirt it took off my floors was amazing- or disgusting:). I had no idea my floor was that dirty! Then, I cleaned my bathroom floor, same result. These are floors I clean weekly - on my hands and knees. I will never do that again. I will be cleaning all the floors with the crosswave! This is, by far, the best floor cleaner I have owned. I would highly recommend it.

I have always got down on my knees to wash my floors because I hate the feeling of dirt on the bottom of my feet but ever since I bought the cross wave I haven't had to get on my knees and the floor are just as clean as though I had thank you bissell for coming up with this product it is saving my knees and my back . I have only had it for a month so I will write another review after I have had it for at least 6 months or so. For those users that complain about the sides not sucking up much just try using the swivel and try using the front against those walls and baseboards.

I LOVE this machine. Before I had to vacuum the whole house. (tile) Then I had to mop. This saves me a LOT of work and it does a great job. The only reasons I didn't give it 5 stars is because it doesn't reach about 2" along walls and it doesn't lay flat to clean under furniture. I HOPE Bissell looks at these problems and make some improvements.

Finally someone came up with this 2-1 steps ... Love vacuuming and washing my floor all in one. The best best idea ever. It has cut my time in half from cleaning and more time enjoying my retirement. The tile floors always look clean. Thank you Bissell!!!
