I ordered my CrossWave through a home shopping network. I loved how it cleaned my wall to wall tile floors. Several months after using it I notice the motor was getting hot and not performing. I didn't know what to do since I threw the box away. My warrenty through the shopping network had expired and I was told to call Bissell. I procrastinated as I didn't want to spend an hour trying to explain the problem. I bit the bullet and called Bissell. I was shocked, how fast and easy it was to deal with customer service. This is a very nice machine. It is 2 in 1 and cuts down on cleaning time. I got really tired of mopping & rinsing floors. It is lightweight & easy to manage. My son put it together for me. We tried it out in the hallway & then checked to see what we think. It cleaned the floor very well & vacuumed it as well. Easy to maneuver. I just love it. Fantastic for me. I have 2 dogs (one is only 10 mos old). Both dogs were adopted out of shelters. Teddie is just a puppy so it helps cleaning up the mess & making sure the floors are sanitary. Ty Ty (Tyson) is older than Teddie but still makes a mess every now & then.

Im not sponsored and I'm all about honestly but I honestly LOVE this product. It is great for cleaning EVERYTHING YOUR HEART DESIRES. Even my kids love cleaning now. Its so fun and easy to use for a chores for the little kiddos. I got it not expecting much but after just a few uses I was pleasantly surprised as how great and amazed I was at how good of a job it did. I am absolutely thrilled with my crosswave, I have 2 boys 2 dogs and a husband who does dirty work. I also have cancer. This Crosswave makes life a lot easier for me...I no longer have to sweep and then mop. I don't have a lot of energy and I cant breath well so cleaning has become a huge chore. The Crosswave has really made cleaning my wood floors so easy, and it cleans them so well I can walk barefoot on them. I would highly recommend the Crosswave to anyone and everyone. The Crosswave comes almost completely assembled, its easy to use and easy to clean and it does a tremendous job on fur, mud and everything my children manage to get on the floor.

I have had a bissell floormate for years and loved it. When I saw the CrossWave I wanted it, Because of the price I waited and did a lot of research. Finally, ordered it... have had it two weeks and I find I use it almost daily! Love it! It! Didn't think it would pick up a lot as a vacuum but find that feature awesome. Super easy to use and the cleaning tray is great... I have used it everywhere in our home, even on the throw rugs. Its easy to switch the brushes. The rugs came out great. Its light weight so going upstairs is easy. Can't say enough about the CrossWave. It's Awesome!

We have two dogs, one that is not housebroken. We use the Crosswave every other day to keep our hard floors clean. It's easy to use and does a great job for light cleaning, but isn't ideal for deep cleaning. The cleaning solution lasts a long time and leaves the house smelling great. We used to drag out the mop and bucket once a week begrudgingly, but now we love cleaning and vacuuming our floors in half the time!

I was so thrilled when mine showed up. We had just finished a major remodel and I felt everything was dirty. The crosswave helped make quick work of getting all my wood and tile floors super clean it worked great on area rugs too. I had a few I didn't want to bother taking to the laundrymat and this worked amazingly well on them - they looked and felt so clean afterwards. The only cons I have is I wish I could use my own cleaning solution(without breaking warranty) and it doesn't get right to the edge of baseboards/walls.

I've used just about every type of floor cleaner for my mostly tile floors. I like the fact that the CrossWave actually removes the grime from the floor rather than simply moving it around as with some other systems. I also appreciate its fairly light weight and maneuverability. All in all a great buy.

For vacuuming and mopping the hardwood and tile floors it is very good, and gets dirt and hair my other vacuum cleaner doesn't pick up, but having to take it apart and clean it after each use is a time-consuming nuisance, especially because the dog hair gets wet and i have to empty it outdoors. The dirt and dog hair also get into the space between the roller and the cleaning dispenser, a small curved tube, and that is difficult to clean. Also having to put the filter out in the sun for 24 hours is not only inconvenient but prevents me from using the vacuum every day, which I need to do. I would return it but the grace period is over.

I was always looking for something to vacuum and mop my tile floors. Our whole house is tile and it is hard to clean up after two children going in and out of the house along with two dogs. There would always be dirt and mud stains. It was always a two step process of vacuuming and then mopping. Nothing made it easier until I found this. I am able to mop and vacuum at the same time. This system is great for the tile floors. I have used it to pick up messes after the kids have spilled their drinks, food, etc. I only gave it 4-stars for two reasons: 1) The Bissell CrossWave is great, but there is a noticeable gap when cleaning against walls or other surfaces hard surfaces. Another mop like a swiffer wet-jet is needed just for this gap. 2) The brush/roller combo's are great, but if you have stains that have been there for a little while, it will take some time to roll over and clean. I wish they had a scrubber brush-like roll with it to really get stuff off the tile.
