I've never been more thrilled with a multi- surface floor cleaner in my life! The Bissell Crosswave not only vacuums up my kitchen messes, I also love it for cleaning my bedroom and bathroom floors as well. I have tile and natural hardwood, and its cleaning power is amazing! It's very easy to put together, use, and store. I love that it pushes easily, and the handle and cord are just the right length! I have 4 cats, and this cleans up their little messes quickly and effectively! What an efficient all in one floor cleaner where I can finally vacuum and mop all in one! I've recommended this to all of my friends and family, as I don't know how I'd live without it!

I haven't really read the reviews (and opinions) of others regarding the Crosswave, but this is my story. I was diagnosed with MS in March 2016 (plus I also have OCD) and have been searching for cleaning products that would conserve what little energy I have for the day, that are easy to use, are lightweight, that are easy to clean, and that actually work. I watched the infomercial for the Crosswave, and after some thought, including some back and forth banter within my head, I decided that this machine could potentially help me in the long run (both physically and mentally), and so I ended up purchasing the machine. I absolutely love it and it certainly is a time and energy saver for me! Personally I find that there are some minor cons to the machine (some are more minor than others - ie. not being able to get right up to the basboards, not really constructed to do stairs), however, the pros certainly outweigh the cons and are therefore a "non-issue" for me. Thank you Bissell for this "life-saving" product!

Love this machine, I was concerned with the size of the dirty water tank & the cleaning solution tank, to my surprise, I've only had to empty the water tanks twice during each use. And my WHOLE house is tile! And two area rugs, the only thing I would advise on is purchasing the "Brush Roll - Area Rugs" for Crosswave™ The brush it comes with is microfiber & doesn't work well on area rugs. This is a must have machine for pet owners!! I've already ordered the Pet Hair Eraser upright vacuum , I've seen some awesome reviews on this product too!

My neighbor had been trying to convince me to buy a wet vac for quite sometime. She has the purple pet one and I don't any pets so I felt like it was a bit of a steep expense. I got tired of seeing footprints on my flooring, even after using other tools to clean so I finally cracked and bought the Bissell wet vac. My only regret is I didn't do it sooner. It's easy to assemble and operate. At first I wondered if it was doing anything because it's fairly quiet but when I emptied the tank, it was clear that it was working. Be prepared to be disgusted by what's in your floors. I had a moment where it started to spill water but it was because the dirty tank was full. And once I emptied it, the wet vac went right back to work.

Bissell Crosswave Review Overall a great unit Let's be honest I might be harder on this than I should be because of what I am use to. In General Pro 1. Quick and easy to use 2. Easy to clean 3. Dries faster than others. Con 1. Need to go over an area multiple times 2. Does not dry as well as advertised 3. Not as good on carpet as I am use to. Tile floors To start with let's look at how I normally do tile floors. 1. Let's sweep up all the dirt, dust bunnies, paper etc. 2. Using a house mop I lay down a heavy layer of water to soak and breakup the crud that has gotten stuck to the floors. 3. Now I go over the floors with the same mop in an attempt to get up as much water as I can. 4. Next, I use our Swiffer to pick up as much of the water as it will. 5. Lastly and this is the hard part I try to keep everyone off the floor until they completely dry. Now comes the Crosswave. I don't have to sweep. I might need to put down water where things have been spilled but I don't have to pre-mop the floors. I just Use the Crosswave and go over each area a few times. It doesn't get the floors totally dry but by the time I finish the first area is dry. Much faster and so much easier. As with anything like this it does not get the corners or along the baseboards but that is to be expected. For tile, I give it a five out of five. Carpet Floors Again, how did we do them in the past? We have a very expensive and high end commercial grade vacuum and shampooer. 1. Sweep the carpet or pick up any large pieces of trash (My wife's dog is a shredder if she gets hold of any paper or cardboard she will destroy it.) 2. Vacuum the floor this takes several passes and many trips to empty the bagless collector bin. 3. Set up the shampooer and go to town. Who needs the gym this thing gives me a workout like no other. Think an hour of cardio workouts with brief stops to dump the dirty water and get fresh water (the shampoo goes in another tank and last for several uses.) 4. Now the carpets will be

I hate it!!! It won't clean my hardwood and tile floors.. I want my money returned!!!!! My floors are filthy!!!! Someone from corporate was supposed to call me.....no call!!!! No surprise!!!!!!!! It should not get any stars.....in my book, it should get negative stars!!!!!!!

I really liked the versatility of use over wood and area rugs But the holding tank mixes the wet and dry for disposal and it makes a disgusting mess that takes more time to clean out than it's worth. It's not cheap and I spend more time cleaning it to keep it functioning properly than I do using it.

The machine worked best on the hardwood floors. I felt that, although it worked well on the tile and vinyl floors, because of the texture in the floors it did not clean as thoroughly the first time through. I have not yet tried it out on any of our carpets but expect that it will do a good job. Overall we're happy with the results.

I had no idea my floors were so dirty until I saw the contents of the water receptacle, and I'm a pretty good housekeeper. It's easy to use once you get the hang of it. Washes, really washes the floor and is dry in no time. Suction of the vacuum feature is really strong. Alittle hard to push and not much edge cleaning, but all in all I'm thrilled with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worst vacuum I have ever had. This vacuum has absolutely no suction at all. I made sure there was nothing obstructing the vacuum which would affect the suction and nothing. I watched as I went over the same dirt and hair 10 times and all that the vacuum did was push it around. Think twice about buying this you're better of throwing your money down the toilet. I love that they help stray animals which is why I bought a bissell product but not worth it.
