[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought one for me and one for my daughter. She loves her and uses it all the time. I, however have only used it about four times. Fifth time it wouldn't turn on. I Googled it and it turns out this cleaner is known for this problem, and of course no fix has been noted. Needless to say I have a very new cleaner that I now cannot use. I paid a lot of money for it too, and it only works four times! WOW, not good! I would NOT recommend anyone to risk buying this and it break very quickly like mine. VERY DISAPPOINTED

I received the crosswave from my husband as an anniversary present; I had been wanting something to help me clean the floors in our apartment (wood, area rugs, and laminate) without breaking my back since our floors have been used and abused and are old. My husband hoped it would have cut down cleaning time and save space because it vacuums too. However, it does not. In order to fully clean our floors, our regular vacuum and mop is still needed because it doesn't reach to the baseboards, under the cabinet area in the kitchen, tight areas, or underneath the heating (baseboard). I had to re-vacuum and mop the floors afterward. I do love the idea of this product but it isn't fully functional for my needs; I would definitely love attachments to make it better and to truly be a complete all-in-one machine. Returning for now, but hoping there will be a version with attachments someday!!

We purchased this knowing we would use it multiple times during the day. Within a a 9 month time frame 3 units have just died. Working one minute perfectly fine the next its totally dead. Off to have it repaired again. We truly do love the product when its working.

I love my crosswave, I put my old Bissell away in the closet. I will use this every day and go throw the clean up.that's how much I love it. One thing after I clean the rolls and I clean them well why don't them com back to their original look. The look dirty. What can I do for that?

I love, love, love my Crosswave. I had no idea how dirty the grout was between the ceramic tiles of my floors. I married and moved into my husband home. I assumed the floors grouting was brown and never questioned the color. I seen the Bissell Crosswave infomercial and was intrigued about the versatility of the product. Area rugs, hardwood floors, and ceramic floors. Such a small investment for a multipurpose item. After the first use...WOW! No the grouting is not brown but beige. My husband was surprised and pleased with..."Oh, yeah. That's what the color is supposed to be."

I have never left a review for anything before! I bought the Crosswave to use in our kennel building on our G-flooring. It works great! You know how much of a mess your dog leaves around...well times that by 10, this machine cleans it up fast and really cleans! It even works on our bare concrete. It is easy to clean. Just a good rinse of the parts and your good to go. I will get back to you on the durability....it will be put thru the ringer in our application, but so far, I love it!!!

I have Tile and Flagstone in most of my house and live with a very "hairy" fur baby (cat).. Makes a hard/messy job so easy. No lifting to empty endless water buckets and wring out mops. Love this little Jewel. My sister was here over the weekend and did a demo for her. She is ordering one also. Very happy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have very finicky laminate floors. Every cleaning product or mop I've ever used has left a hazy film and steaks. The only way I could get my floors clean was scrubbing on my hands and knees, it was awful. I decided it couldn't hurt to try this, and WOW! It leaves my laminate floors nice and clean, no streaks or funky product film left behind. I'm able to quickly clean over 2,000 sq ft of laminate on my main floor with minimal effort. I recommend this product to everyone I know! Some tips for my fellow laminate flooring people, I use very warm water in the cleaning solution. Also, after I've done my wet pass through I do several pass throughs with no additional water to help dry faster, and I work in small areas at a time. I get perfect results every time. As a busy mom with a toddler and 2 dogs, this helps me keep my home clean in much less time without breaking my back. I absolutely love this thing!

I am a retired cleaning lady of 25 years and this is by far my most favorite cleaning tool for the day to day cleaning. It is by no means an industrial cleaning tool as it does not scrub the edges of a room. I have a lot of floor to cover in my house which before this took a few hours to clean. My health prevents me from cleaning the way I used to, but now I can clean more effectively in a fraction of that time with ease. I own a husky and it sucks up mountains of hair and everything else exceptionally well for a vacuum this size and does not clog the unit. I would like to see the next model be able to rise and lower the brush to better clean uneven surfaces. P.S. Be sure to clean after every use the way the instructions say to extend the product's life.

I love the vacuum and the job it does, but it is not durable.. The first one was replaced by the warranty due to power shutting off after 5 seconds.. The second one is in the shop now for the same reason which is caused by the roller not turning. I love the product but it only lasts a few months at a time.. the other downfall is that it does not clean close to baseboards so you have to use another mop to clean that area. I will say Bissell is great to work with and honors their guarantees.
