[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This does not pick up hardly any of the dirty water from the floor. Whenever I clean the floor, I expend a lot of solution only to find mere teaspoons being returned to the dirty water reservoir. The solution itself leaves a haze on the tile.

I can't believe how quickly I can now clean my bare floors! I no longer have to sweep and then go back over with the mop, and it leaves my floors clean and shiny! I would highly recommend this product to anyone with bare floors! I have tried other products like this but none even come close to the quality of the Crosswave! Thank you Bissell for the quality of your products!

I recently purchased a Bissell Crosswave and couldn't be happier! I cleaned my carpets which cover about a 500 sq. ft. area due to the fact that I have a cat who scoots her butt across the floor like an "energizer bunny" which grosses me out. The carpets are clean and smell fresh which is very important to me. I highly recommend this product for any small or large job.

this machine does everything they say it will do. we have too many pets, however I don't know how I've done without the CrossWave for so long. what I like most is the dirty water goes in it's own tank and only clean water and solution go on the floor unlike a mop and bucket. the suction is so superior that the next vacuum I purchase will be a Bissell. Do yourself a favor and make the Bissell CrossWave your next purchase.

I have a limited ability. This machine is above and beyond my expectations. It took care of a really dirty floor with no problems at all. You do have to pay attention to the dirty water tank. Do not run it over a rug on the hard surface setting. And, Yes, it is important to keep it clean. Works like a dream. Thank you so much for developing this product.

I don't know how this product has so many positive reviews, I think people want to believe it works but I promise, it doesn't unless you want only a decent vacuum which is not why you're buying this to begin with. I've had this for over a year, I have a 4400 sf rancher, the top floor is all hardwood floors and area rugs. I wanted this to work so badly but it doesn't. I have 2 cats and a dog, they track mud and debris into your home everyday. As a hardwood floor cleaner it is absolutely useless, I have literally gone over and over the same muddy preprint to no avail. It simply does NOT clean any kind of stuck on stuff on the floor AT ALL. I've tried on everything from a simple mud print to a smudge of dirt nothing and I mean nothing. I've ever tried stepping on the thing to make the brushes hit the floor harder, USELESS. If you want third for hardwood floors, I PROMISE YOU THIS IS NOT THE ANSWER. On carpets, ehhhh ok, I will say it has great suction power so it's a grear vacuum if you like heavy vacuums. I have 1 low pile cheap area rug ants 1 high pile, dense area rug. It does work well on my low pile, it saturates the carpet well and extracts well and I feel there is a noticeable difference aftwr cleaning. The high pile carpet, forget it, it's so thick it never saturates and even if you get it to by holding the button down forever, it will NOT extract it nope. Additionally, it leaves clumps ON YOUR CARPET, if you get too close to an edge it will leave solution and all the debris from your carpet all over, it's disgusting. If you have good heavy thick carpets, PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY. This was one of the worst purchases I've ever made on floor cleaning machines, my steam mop worked better honestly. SAVE your money, I promise you it's almost completely worthless. Oh and if you write the company and provide in depth, helpful feedback along with suggestions on how it could perform better, THEY DON'T CARE. Customer service couldn't care less, i wrote an hour long email trying to be helpful because it had one thing going for it, suction. Nobody cares so I will NEVER BUY A BISSEL AGAIN, if customer service can't be bothered when someone tries to provide legitimate feedback, if you don't care about your customers I won't care about your company.

This is one of the best purchases I have ever made. We have combination floors, hardwoods, area rugs, full rooms carpeted... With the multi surface cleaner and the flick of a button you can clean everything. It flows smoothly and effortlessly over all surfaces and does a wonderful job cleaning. We also have two dogs and it does a fabulous job of cleaning up dog hair. We also own a little Bissell vac that we keep and use in our motor home and it also does a wonderful job. We will always be a loyal part o the Bissell "family". Jeannie Anderson

I love this thing. It does what the commercial says. Easy to use and cuts the cleaning time in half for me. I own a townhome with 3 dogs and always seems to get dirty within days. I take half an hour of my day and use this... Bam done... For days! I get the floors vacuum, mopped and buffed at the same time, go over area rugs. Spots gone. It is lightweight and easy to manage. It doesn't work good on plastic runners though. The solution last for awhile. Takes a good amount of timea and use to fill the dirty water dispenser too. I'm in love with this!

Love how easy it is to use and clean up. Will be using often. When I first got this, had to clean the roller and inside a couple times so I'm wasn't just pushing the dirt around but the more I use it, my floors are getting cleaner and I don't need to do this. I have been waiting for many years for this product to be developed!!! Really do enjoy using it.

I had saved to purchase the Crosswave Pet corded for a few months. I wasted my money ! I had swept and mopped my floors the morning my order come in , but in my excitement thought I would give it a try anyway. The vacuum did not pick up dog hair and even left a few bits of dry dirt and bread crumbs. My dog had sloshed some water so I tried the mop feature. Horrible mistake!!! as soon as the brush was wet it started leaving major streaks on my floors and what little dirt and dog hair it picked up got completely gunked up and stuck in the suction tube behind the brush. Every week for almost 3 months when I attempt to use the Crosswave Pet I spend more time taking it apart to clean it and get the wet mats of hair and dirt out of the interior base and tube then I do actually using the product. Completely disappointed!!!!!
