As soon as this bad boy came home I went to town! I was amazed that it came with not only sample cleaning solution but FULL size bottles as well. I used it on the entry area rug first and wow! The water was black and I went for round two and the water came cleaner that time around. It takes patience to get the rugs clean, but who wants to rush cleaning anyhow? I was expecting to have to hang the rugs up to dry and to my disbelief they were dry very shortly. I love this machine :)

I'm so disappointed with the CrossWave. I bought it for my tile floors. It leaks dirty water. I noticed a crack in my dirty water tank and it was replaced. I just used it again and dirty water still collects near the rolling brush as half of the dirty water gets sucked up into the receptacle and half of it is redistributed onto my floor, requiring me to use a microfiber mop to take up the excess. It is necessary to repetitively stop and clean out the spin brush and wipe off the bottom of the machine every few minutes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has to be thoroughly scrubbed down and cleaned totally after EVERY SINGLE USE. It is not easy to clean the canister that the dirty water goes into. I hate it. The part that it sits in to clean the brush broke. I've had a carpet cleaner for years, and the one before was Bissell I love those products. Nothing has been good with this stupid thing.

I ordered this machine on Friday from TV received it the next day I hate to mop but this machine is very light weight and easy to use you vacuum and mop at the same time it takes about ten minutes to mop my den and it cleans extremely well it doesn't take up much room and fits nicely in our camper too Extremely pleased with purchase Very easy to clean just rinse clean after each use takes less than five minutes

1>I love the idea of getting rid of my broom, dustpan, mop, bucket, std vacumn! This unit is very very lightweight (I am 90 lbs. and have a hard time with heavy tools), and so easy to tote around. 2> I have hard wood floor, tiles, and carpeting. I can easily clean all areas at the same time, with my CrossWave now. I used to breakdown my cleaning into 3 days, for different floorings I have! All my floors are sparkling clean, so amazing no word can describe! This tool is more than just general cleaning - it gives a full Deep Clean and the dirty water tank lets you see how disgusting the floors were. 3> Cleaning the unit afterwards is a BREEZE! Love it!! I actually LOVE to clean/mop my floorings now. My husband said it was just another gimmick, but when he saw my clean floors - he was blown away. He also decided to buy another unit, for cleaning our restaurant business! I sure found a WINNER! made a house cleaning monster out of slob, I personally dont care about impressing the guests, my living space is more for creating then entertaining but always loved a clean kitchen and bathrooms, with my Crosswave I can tackle all the floors in the house without it being a major production, no more vacuuming and sweeping first, no more mops and swiffers, no more giant rug shampooing monstrosity and giblets taking up half a closet!!! My mother and a few friends saw it and ran to get one for them selves, thats how good this Crosswave is, dont think about it, just get one

We got this for our house and absolutely love it! We've only used it once so I can't say anything about durability but it was such a time saver and worked great on our floors and area rugs. With 2 big dogs and one a heavy shedder, we were very hesitant to buy it after reading the reviews. I'm so glad we decided to take a chance and get it.... again it's only been used once so hopefully it stays as amazing!

I finally got one after seeing more about it and reading/watching reviews. Everybody is happy with it and so am I! Effortlessly clean and vacuum hard floors without leaving them soaked. Dries very fast. So easy to clean even with all the pets. Consider getting the strainer from the pet model. After use I just run some clean water through the tank while in the tray and the entire machine is clean, then I rinse the dirty tank out. Takes less than 5 minutes. 1 full tank did the entire main area of my home including the kitchen and living room.

I read the reviews and bought the machine and It is the most horrible cleaning tool I have purchased. I have aggregate floor, laminate wood and tile all mixed with area rugs. I am better off with a vacuum and a steam mop. Streaky dirty water, dog hair and dirt stuck in intake, does not suck up the water to clean the floor, leaves residue on the floor as well as hair and dirt. Moving from hard floor to area rugs leaves dirt and dog hair on the carpet. The spraying system seems to not spray evenly. It is especially frustrating when the intake gets clogged because the vacuum is not constructed correctly and I have to take it apart and clean out disgusting filth so I can continue cleaning. This machine does not work for me at all and I am returning it. I am extremely disappointed. I tried it for three weeks hoping it was me but no, it's not a good machine. It simply does not function very well at all.

Just used my Crosswave for the 1st time. Ordered it because my expensive "bot" won't do my uneven slate tile kitchen floor without getting stuck 20 times. The "bot" also wouldn't even clean up smudges/pawprints off my bamboo wood floors. The Crosswave performed great on my slate floor & did a super job on the wood. Plus dried quickly so I wasn't waiting around for floors to dry before someone walked across the floor leaving prints. Can't believe the amount of dirt, etc. this picked up & I had just vacuumed.
