It not only vacuums and mops, it shampoo's my rugs I use daily with 3 small pets in my house and you would be amazed what this device can do. It's nice to drop or spill something on the floor and it just picks up even a raw egg. ,pay favorite part is the cleaning tray. Sit it in its tray poor water in the tray and watch it clean the brush and the difficult places to reach. Make sure to use Bizzle cleaning floor/ carpet products. My husband enjoys walking into a house that always smell clean. It's light weight so very easier to mop and vacuum daily!

So easy to use and cuts your cleaning time in half. Before I would vacuum and then mop and now it's one machine and your done. It does a great job in getting my tile floors clean. I use the Bissell cleaner and it makes the whole house feel clean. Very happy with my purchase

This product does just what it claims it does. It does a terrific job cleaning the rugs and the floors! It's so much easier than vacuuming and mopping! It was also easy to take apart and clean. I was skeptical until I used it and was so excited that it actually worked! I would highly recommend this cleaner!

I have a surgery on my back and have multiple injuries to my arms and neck ao to vacum and mop at the same time is great. The machine is light weight and easy to work and clean. I have a cat and dog it picks up the hair very well . I only wish the cleaner came with a better scent

I love having the one step cleaning for my floors! Having the luxury of not having to sweep before I mop is a huge time saver. The crosswave also does an excellent job of making my floors look clean and shiny without the sticky residue. So happy with my purchase!

The handle and the cleaning head both pivot, so you can clean under furniture and in small areas like between the toilet and tub. It is easy to use, and I clean the carpeting in the bedrooms that get really dirty from frequent walking. I find it works best when I use the drying method they recommend. Every few times I just use hot water to prevent build up of the cleaner on the tile. The first time you use it you might find there is a ton of "gunk" to clean out of the unit. This merely reveals how much dirt is on your floor. It gets easier to clean every time you use it.

Now, after about the third time using it, it will work for about 10 minutes. Then, it starts emitting puddles of filthy water. I do better just pouring the diluted soap and mopping up with swiffer.

I have run a Basset Hound rescue for almost 20 years, and 10 to 14+ Foster Basset hounds run a muck in my home most of the time. I clean constantly. The majority of the Bassets are senior hounds, who have accidents due to their age. I have gone thru a lot of vacuum cleaners and have had 2 Hoover floor-mates. When the last one died, I was going to get another because they were better than nothing. But thank goodness I saw the reviews for the Bissell Crosswave 1st. I adore this machine, it is the best thing I have ever used to clean up after the foster hounds on vinyl, cement and tile flooring. It picks up dog hair, mud, dog food, stuff they bring in on their feet and the slobbery stuff Bassets leave everywhere. The suction is amazing for such a light weight cleaner. I usually have buckets and mops in every room. I had to vacuum before using the Floormate, and it still only picked up water, not even a piece of small dog food. The Crosswave picks up so much and I don't have to vacuum 1st. The Crosswave is easy to use and best of all easy to clean after using. Bissell made this product very user friendly. The brush can be removed from the top, so you don't have to turn the machine upside down. You can clean the brush by running a cup of clean water in front of the machine or using the tray that comes with it. The hair and dirt come right off an into the holding tank. It is amazing! The only thing I would change is to have the dirty water holding tank larger... but I use a bucket to dump the dirt water into as needed. The holding tank would be fine for most homes, mine is not the average home, LOL. I can not say enough good things about the Crosswave, is has made cleaning up so much easier and faster for me, I am thrilled! Our rescue has now purchased a 2nd one for our foster Coordinator, and she too is amazed. Running a (501(c)3 Basset hound rescue, there is never enough time, thank you for making life a bit easier for me!!

CrossWave beats all the rest, and I've had several floor cleaning machines in the past. I am so pleased with my CrossWave because it does exactly what it is supposed to do. It saves time by not having to vacuum first, then go over a second time to wet clean...where have you been all my life? I have had two other floor cleaning machines that just didn't do as good a job as this CrossWave does. My previous machines kept having some parts underneath break and I actually gave up for a while and went back to a regular sponge mop. That was disgusting as it only moves the dirty water around my floor. I'm so thrilled that a quality product like the CrossWave is here from a quality company Bissell. (I love my other products from Bissell too because they are worth every penny!)

Ive waited years for a awesome all in one item like this. The day it came to Bed Bath Beyond I bought it. I use it daily for kitchen duty. Its easy to use and easy to clean up when done using. Every part has easy removal and its lightweight. The only thing I would consider wanting on it is it to be cordless and have a roller with more scrubbers for hard stains. Overall it is exactly what Ive been wanting and needing in a fast-paced animal house like mine.
