I love my Crosswave! I kept putting off purchasing because of the price. Now that I have it I could kick myself for waiting. My floors have never been cleaner. I love walking barefoot on them as they are so very clean. I would tell anyone to stop waiting & get it. It's worth it!

I really like my Crosswave. I only have one room of carpet the rest of my floors are tile and area rugs....It has been one of the best investments I have made, I do have a Bissell shampooer as well that is great..I would tell anyone to buy the CrossWave ,you won't be disappointed

I got it in 2 days. Tried it out today. Now mine you I am almost 65. That had back surgery from my tell bone all the way up to my shoulder blades, I have 2 rods going all the way up. So I can't bend over to good. Tried it and I love it. I couldn't believe how much stuff came off my floors. Try it if you don't love it send it back. It made my floors shine.

OMG! This machine is one fantastic floor cleaner. I was astonished and amazed at all the gunk and dirt that this small lightweight cleaner pulled up. The best part is the separate container for the dirty mess. Just lift out, dump and with the easy to clean storage pan. Plus the 4 year extended warranty. Will definitely recommend!

We use this CrossWave multi surface floor cleaner to keep our laminate floors looking great as it restores the shine to them so they look as they had just been installed, unit is equally good on vinyl and tile. I haven't used on rugs so I can't give you comments on them. We are very satisfied with this machine as it took a long boring job and made it a quick easy process, eliminating the need to go over the floor to remove the streaks left from the prior method we used.

I am 67 and although I can get down on my hands and knees to clean, I prefer not to. The Crosswave makes my life a breeze! We have three cats - one is 17 and causes the most messes. But with the Crosswave it is super simple. When he throws up it has bile in it and nothing I used would get the yellow stain out of the carpet - but with the Crosswave it is a snap - their cleaning solutions are the best and within a couple of minutes the carpet is completely clean and stain free! I am so glad I own a Crosswave - best money I ever spent!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The soft fiber brush roll holds the dirt and smears it around. A swiffer mop is just as effective as this machine, maybe more effective, and a lot less expensive! The old Bissell Floormate was amazing it had a brush roll that did not absorb the dirt, instead of this mop type of roll, it truly cleaned!

Only my husband and myself. Used it about once a month where it worked well until it didn't. Plugged it in, a puff of smoke and and it was gone. My husband ssid the motor was locked up Have had less than 2 years, and expected a lot more from it than I got for that price. In addition, I am now left with the extra rollers and bottle that I purchased with it. Really disappointed.

For the past 40 years of our marriage my wife has cleaned the floor on her knees saying that is the only way she could get in clean enough to suit her. Over the years I have purchased many different kinds of mops, hoping she would find one that would keep her off her knees to no avail. I absolutely love my bisssell crosswave. I have a home daycare with small children crawling and sitting on my floor so they absolutely have to be clean. This product works. I tried the steam mop but after getting my crosswave I realized my floors weren't as clean as I thought.
