I've used Bissell products for years because of the quality and value of their products. The only machine I had problems with was the Symphony because I never felt the floors were clean and the machine didn't last very long. The Crosswave is an amazing machine you know the floors are clean by how they feel after you are done. We have a dog and when it's wet outside and he tracks in mud I get the machine out and vacuum and mop the mud away. The Crosswave allows you to use bissell cleaning products on your floor, the brushes, the light, and the easy of use are just a few of the reasons why I like this machine. With the Crosswave if there is a spill on the carpets I can get it out turn it on and clean the area without having to get my Bissell carpet cleaner out. I wish Bissell had The Crosswave years ago. I call it my new toy, it's actually fun to use.

I like that it cleans and drys fast. And that it is not real heavy. I hate that I still have to use a swifter or another cleaner todo the floor by my baseboards and around and behind the toilet. Also not sure why the detergent bottle leaks out of the little holes by the rubber plugs. I have had 2 bottles do this. Which then the machine won't dispense the detergent. Very frustrating.

I wish this had been invented 20 years ago, No more buckets, No more messy mops, I clean the roller and empty the the dirty water about twice. compared to the 6 or 8 times with a heavy water bucket, It is Wonderful!!. I actually enjoy cleaning my floors now. I Love My Bissell CrossWave Multi. (blue/white one). Love, Love, Love It!!. I wish I could buy Everybody one..

I was really happy with my Crosswave. It did an excellent job cleaning my floors and area rugs, and I was amazed my how easy it was to use. Then it came time to empty the dirty water tank... the dirt, and in my case pet hair, goes into the same tank as the dirty water. What I thought would be an easy disposal process, ended up with me trying to separate all of my dogs hair and the dirty water to keep it from going down the drain. If you don't mind doing a rough sweep of your floor before using the Crosswave you'll probably love it. I purchased it for super quick and easy cleaning, however, so I returned mine. If there is any way for Bissell to improve on the disposal process (maybe just include a strainer), I would definitely repurchase!

I cannot say enough about this machine. It does everything it says it's going to. The design of the roller housing is very unique. There is a very sturdy squeegee in front of the roller, and the water goes through small tubes on either side. It uses very little water, and your floors dry almost instantly. It is very easy to operate. I wish I could buy everyone I know this machine. It's that great. I have 3 torn and herniated disks in my lower back along with scoliosis. Using this floor cleaner was a breeze and has changed how I feel about my floors. Cleaning them will no longer be a painful chore. I have about 2800 sq. ft. of wood flooring and about 800 sq. ft. of tile. It's not a quick process, but it is thorough and the floor feels so soft afterwards. Like everyone else said, the only improvement would be the edge cleaning.

I bought the crosswave in July and loved it! Unfortunately, now when I turn it on, it shuts down after a few seconds. It won't come back on until I unplug it from the wall and plug it back up and then the same thing happens in just a few seconds. Sigh! It was great while it lasted but too expensive to buy one every few months so I'm back to sweeping and mopping my hardwood.

I have two large dogs and five kids. This product is not able to keep up. The brush is soft so it takes forever to remove something sticky from the floor. It hardly uses any water which makes me feel like it is just moving dirt around on my floor. It would work better for really smooth floors. I have rougher tile and it is useless. It leaves wet clumps of dog hair on the floor when I am cleaning. I am looking into ways to return product and get my large amount of money back.

Love the product :). When I wanted a deep cleaning for my hard floors, I used my Bissell lift off carpet cleaners . Now I can reserve that for the carpet. The Crosswave is so convenient, a vaccum cleaner to pick up dirt and a marvelous clean wash in one product, "can not get any better". Assembly was easy and very light weight. Less effort on cleaning and the product cleans so extremely well. Great for carpet, too. I highly recommend it.

I ordered my Crossway from watching TV advertising channel and decided to try it. It was the best thing I ever ordered from TV. Great product and so simple, lot less work. It really works like they say it does. Light weight and thats a big plus. Thank you Bissell !!

I come from a family of vacuum enthusiasts. We own 10+ Dyson vacuums. I've carried this love of cleaning with me and after moving into a new place with my partner, I really wanted to do a professional deep clean of our floors and rugs. After an internet search rabbit hole that started with looking for a carpet cleaning service, I remembered that Bissell has good pet vacuums, and I decided to go for it and get the Crosswave. I am blown away by what a great product this is. It was pretty easy to assemble, very lightweight and easy to maneuver. It switches easily from hardwood to carpet, and I tried it on tile and sealed concrete as well. I have an 800 square foot apartment and it used all of the water and cleaning solution for the "large area" suggested amount. Disassembling and cleaning the parts was very simple too, and it's great that they include an extra attachment and filter. The floors and my rug not only look visibly better but the way they feel to walk on is perfect. It feels like how a professional clean would feel--no streaking and no tacky residue that you'd get with a wet Swiffer. Love love love this vacuum and I'm so glad that I got it. Considering how expensive vacuums can get, I'd definitely go for this one if you're looking for something that can do great deep cleans.
