[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a Bissell cross wave. We used it for about 5 months and brush stopped spinning, replaced brush but issue persisted. Started looking online and other users were having the same problem with bad bearing issues in the brush rotation mechanism. Seems like a poor design and no replacement parts to fix the issue. Only solution is to replace entire vacuum head piece. Product worked well when we first purchased it but doesn't justify about 5 months of product function.

I love the convenience of vacuuming & mopping at the same time. I also love how quickly & thoroughly it picks the dirty water up & the LONG run time before having to resupply it with cleaning fluids & emptying the catch basin. It left our floors looking better/cleaner than ever & when finished, cleaning up the unit was much easier that any other brand units we've owned! However, for this almost 64 yr old woman, it was VERY HEAVY to use. Pulling it back and forth to clean our kitchen and two bathrooms left me with a strained, painful bladder for days! So, quite disappointedly, I just won't be using it as often as I'd hoped when I purchased it. Was also disappointed that after I got it home and unboxed it, I found out mine was NOT the cordless model. BIG bummer!

I am in LOVE with this product. I have tried everything to clean my wood laminate floors. Swiffer mops, regular mops, every other mop....they all leave streaks and use a ton of cleaning product. I have four dogs, with muddy footprints, drool spots, etc... and this gets rid of everything with NO STREAKS left on my gloss laminate floors. I have every attachment and every type of cleaning solution and I cannot wait to try my area rugs. Worth every last penny.

I was not impressed for several reasons, one being that it is heavy, also that it leaves brush marks on my laminate floors. I talked to customer service whom advised me to buy a different roller brush for wood floors. It is hard to clean when done with It too.. it comes apart but has mud in it and if it dries out gets stuck in the compartment and is not easy to get out.

I was using Swiffer products and thought they were doing a good job, until I used the Crosswave. The two tank technology gives you the visual of just how much dirt was left on your floors. The dual action brush and the controls to go from hard floors to rugs is very nice. It is lightweight and can be maneuvered easily with the swivel steering. Cleaning is a breeze with the easy to remove parts. The cleaning products are very effective and smell clean. I love this machine!!!!

Bought the Crosswave just recently: Love: easy to assemble. Great instructions, basically, plug and play. The thing picks up yuck from carpets and floors that I didn't know was even there. Small profile makes for great maneuverability. Bought to clean up rugs and floors prior to Thanksgiving. Saw the commercial on TV and had to have one (and I'm not one of those 'see the commercial and gotta have it' kind of people). Only downside is the clumsiness of the power cord, but a small downside for a great result.

I only have a couple of weeks using the CrossWave but it does a great job cleaning the floors both wood and tile. I don;t have carpet in my home just a couple area rugs. It picks up the pet hair but as a result you really need to do a good cleaning of the roller, tank and machine lower after each use. This insures the machine cleans at the it's best. So far I really like this machine.

This thing is awesome. I didn't know how dirty my floors were. I had just mopped my floors before mine arrived. And I swear you couldn't tell. The stuff this thing picks up is invisible to the naked eye. Im so glad my floors are squeakie clean now. It's so easy to use that my man now helps with floors....BONUS.

Im not sponsored and I'm all about honestly but I honestly LOVE this product. It is great for cleaning EVERYTHING YOUR HEART DESIRES. Even my kids love cleaning now. Its so fun and easy to use for a chores for the little kiddos. I got it not expecting much but after just a few uses I was pleasantly surprised as how great and amazed I was at how good of a job it did. I could not imagine using any other cleaning supplies after the experience I went through with this. I'm NEVER going back to anything else. 10 outta 10 would suggest to a friend xoxo
