We have 3 kids, and 2 dogs- one is a St. Bernard Newfoundland mix. Needless to say, life with us is a mess, but this thing is perfect for anyone who is as crazy about their kitchen being clean as we are. Unfortunately, we were wrong in the hopes that this would replace our need to rent a carpet cleaner. It's great for spot cleaning but you'll just get tired and frustrated going over, and over, and over the same spot on a carpet stain.

Hi. Me and my wife love it, it works great best vacuum cleaner we ever own we own a Bissell carpet cleaner and regular vacuum cleaner we think, we don't need them any more, with the crosswave get everything done in half the time with out the hassle of the others vacuums we just want to say thank you GREAT JOB you deserve it all your team. Deserve a big raise lol.

I have several dogs and we use it constantly to clean up after them. Many are seniors, so they don't hold it so well. I absolutely love the Crosswave, but they are not well built and do not last long enough to pay for themselves. Thankfully I have 2 year warranties. I started buying them around October of 2017 and am now sending my 3rd one in for repair or replacement, Pretty expensive for a disposable product. Really disappointing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product claims to work on area rugs and hard wood floors to "clean up messes and refresh surfaces" but, in actuality, this product is about as useful as a dollar store water gun. It sprays water on the floor or area rug and does not suck up water or even scrub for that matter. The design doesn't allow you to put enough pressure down in order to sufficiently scrub/catch any dirt. It's a very overpriced and dissapointing water gun. I love all of my other Bissell products ( spot cleaner, Vaccum, etc.) but certainly not this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Even though the waste canister appears to be empty, the suction path is constantly getting clogged up. I would use my $19.00 electric black & decker broom over this any day. I don't even use the wet side of it anymore because it leaves marks on my floor. I'd rather use my swiffer wet jet. This was a total waste of money.

I live this cleaner. We have a English Golden retriever puppy and brick, wood floors, area rugs. Out side of using it for weekly cleaning it's so easy to get out and quickly clean up muddy paw prints! I highly recommend this, it is the best floor cleaner ever, and I have tried several. No more just pushing the dirt around. It's fabulous!

I am disabled and vacuuming and mopping are very hard for me, I love the crosswave because I can vacuum and mop all at once. It does an awesome job my floors are the cleanest they have ever been other than when I could do floors by hand, down on my knees.

I told my husband I wanted it for a bday gift after watching it in action on an infomercial. It arrived sooner that they predicted, and was pretty simple to assemble. So far, I have only used it on the kitchen ceramic tile. It worked very well, it was pretty lightweight, and dried almost instantly! My sister said a vac is not a bday gift, but for a person with past back issues it was a Perfect gift lol!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm more than happy with the multi surface cleaning of my floors. That's the easy part! Emptying the waste water and cleaning the tank took longer than it took to do the floors. What a mess! Lots of little corners and seams to clean. Yuck! I don't know if I'd recommend it to a friend for that reason.

I absolutely love my new Crosswave! I have arthritis in my spine, so after sweeping and mopping my hardwood I would be in so much pain. I would be in bed for at least two days, but with my Crosswave, I can do my floor in just a few minutes and be done with little or no pain. I strongly recommend this product! I would give it 10 stars if I could!
