I love this thing. It does what the commercial says. Easy to use and cuts the cleaning time in half for me. I own a townhome with 3 dogs and always seems to get dirty within days. I take half an hour of my day and use this... Bam done... For days! I get the floors vacuum, mopped and buffed at the same time, go over area rugs. Spots gone. It is lightweight and easy to manage. It doesn't work good on plastic runners though. The solution last for awhile. Takes a good amount of timea and use to fill the dirty water dispenser too. I'm in love with this!

No one in their right mind enjoys cleaning the floors. But guess what? I don't mind anymore. And believe me I hated it. I don't have to sweep first, mop next, shine later. No, I can do all three at one time. This is the best purchase I ever made. I have hard floors and area rugs through out the house. That is exactly what this machine is designed for. It has a button for area rugs and one for hard floors. Can't get much easier than that. Clean up and storage is a dream. If you have hard floors and area rugs. I promise you. This is the machine for you..

I've owned a couple of steam mops and multi-surface cleaners and this is the best hands down. Compact head fits under low items and the head also swivels on a dime. Dispenses just the right amount of water so it dry's quickly. easily comes apart for cleaning, I can't think of a bad thing to say about the Crosswave

I purchased this product one month ago. It is fabulous on hard wood floors-even cleans out the dirt between cracks in the wood! Worked great on my tiled kitchen floor. Tonight I tried it out on my rugs and it is amazing. In 15 minutes I cleaned my white (dirty) bedroom rug-perfectly clean and then used the Crosswave to dry it in 5 minutes. This cleaner is amazing. It is easy to use, change brushes and clean. It is small, light and effective. After cleaning my bedroom wall to wall, I then cleaned the filthy area rugs in my dining room and living room. Stains, dirt and grit gone! The waste water was filthy. Worked like a charm-easy to use, clean and it is lightweight. I am not a domestic person by any stretch of the imagination-but, I like a clean house and the Crosswave is well worth the investment. This is a great product. I am glad I purchased it.

I really liked the versatility of use over wood and area rugs But the holding tank mixes the wet and dry for disposal and it makes a disgusting mess that takes more time to clean out than it's worth. It's not cheap and I spend more time cleaning it to keep it functioning properly than I do using it.

I first used this machine to vacuum tile floors (without sweeping first), and it did a great job. Then I washed the tile floor-just push a button! The floor was almost dry with a few more vacuum swipes. Clean up of the machine was very easy. I then used it to vacuum the carpet in the bedroom. I have not used it yet to wash the carpet-that's next. I LOVE THIS MACHINE!!! I see other machines that do less for a lot more money!

My neighbor had been trying to convince me to buy a wet vac for quite sometime. She has the purple pet one and I don't any pets so I felt like it was a bit of a steep expense. I got tired of seeing footprints on my flooring, even after using other tools to clean so I finally cracked and bought the Bissell wet vac. My only regret is I didn't do it sooner. It's easy to assemble and operate. At first I wondered if it was doing anything because it's fairly quiet but when I emptied the tank, it was clear that it was working. Be prepared to be disgusted by what's in your floors. I had a moment where it started to spill water but it was because the dirty tank was full. And once I emptied it, the wet vac went right back to work.

I'm very happy with my Bissell. I love a clean house but I work soo much and with the kids and dogs, it gets crazy. So when I have a chance to finally vacuum and mop, I want the fastest easiest way possible and this does it for me. I don't have to take out my vacuum cleaner anymore and then mop. Just one shot!! Woo hoo!!! Thanks for an awesome product. I'm ordering my mother one too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worst vacuum I have ever had. This vacuum has absolutely no suction at all. I made sure there was nothing obstructing the vacuum which would affect the suction and nothing. I watched as I went over the same dirt and hair 10 times and all that the vacuum did was push it around. Think twice about buying this you're better of throwing your money down the toilet. I love that they help stray animals which is why I bought a bissell product but not worth it.

At first it was cleaning so well. I always have pets that I adopt and accidents at first are normal. I am thinking of getting one without the cord but I am worried if it lasts for me. Heavy vacuums are difficult to go up the stairs. I need to be the test person for them, really. I use it every day.
