I have a 1900 sf basement that has glued down carpet, vinyl flooring and throw rugs. This machine is the answer. It got the dirt out of cracks, vacuums well on the edges and cleaned the rugs beautifully with so little liquid! Well done. THANK YOU!!!!

Wasn't sure how this was going to work or handle but after using it I am impressed. I did an area carpet in my laundry room and couldn't believe how dirty it was. Worked great on my kitchen floor next is my laminate floor. My husband was even impressed and that sometimes is hard to do on new things.

Got it Saturday and used it on time floors and an area rug. Was a bit sceptical but it worked very well. Floors came out beautiful with no streaks and dried fast. Will come back and update after a couple of weeks but if it continues to work this well I will be thrilled

I used to mop my floors and thought they were clean . I decided to get the cross wave and was surprised at how much dirt came up after I mopped . It saves time compared to mopping also and the floors dry a lot faster . Now I don't dread doing the floors

I designed my home with all tile! Mops just didn't do it! Swifter left residue. Neighbor bought one and after a brief description, sold me! I was about to begin a renovation project! I bought the Wave, and shortly began my renovation. I used the Wave daily after a day of construction. It saved my floors and the rest of the house!

As other users have stated, the dirty water reservoir tank does not hold much, making for frequent stops to empty. The roller needs to be wider as the amount of time it takes to clean is much longer than just mopping. The clean is awesome. I find myself using the "rug" mode to get tile floor cleaner, stubborn dog saliva, I guess. I also noticed the cleaning fluid does not dispense across the entire roller as demonstrated . It is a good product and always amazing how much cleaner my floors look.

Just had tile floors put in after hard wood got ruined with moisture so I would NOT recommend this for hard wood floors but everything else its a dream! My floors even though fairly new suddenly are so much brighter! This cleaned even aids in cleaning the grout lines. A real time saver as it vacuums while it cleans so that is lightening my work load. Cant say how wonderful it feels to finally get a product that actually does what it claims it will. DOnt be put off that this is not a steam machine it "wipes the floor" with my old steam cleaner! Pun intended! Finally so much yuk off from my floors and its so easy to really clean thoroughly after use no trapped hair or other yuk from previous cleaners this is a breeze to clean the machine itself.

The self cleaning feature is a joke. I spend more time picking up dirt balls the machine sheds as I am using it. And, the cleaning mode? I have to take it off the dock, stick my finger down the openings to clear the particles out, dismantle the collection container then rinse everything so there is no particles left behind. I feel dirty once I am done

I have owned the CrossWave for about 6 weeks. During this time I have used the machine multiple times on our ceramic tile floors. Because the bulk of our floors are tile and because we aren't getting any younger, cleaning was getting to be more of a challenge. But not with the Bissel CrossWave! Regular mopping of floors just moves the dirt around. Yes, some of it comes up and goes into the mop bucket. But unless you change the water constantly you are putting dirt back on the floor. The CrossWave constantly puts down CLEAN solution and vacuums it right back up while proving a scrubbing action. You won't believe what comes up from your floors and the best part is, no pre-vacuuming prior to cleaning. It is no longer a big chore to scrub the floors. I strongly recommend this machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is pure magic. The proof is in the dirty water tank. I will never go back to regular mopping. The formula leaves the floors shiny and not sticky which is a must for me. Had the Tineco before this but the Crosswave is much more powerful and effective and the formula smells much better too.
