I have two dogs. One of them a German Shepherd (German Shedder) who is currently blowing her winter coat. This equipment is wonderful I don't have to vacuum first and then go back to wash or steam clean the floors this makes cleaning the floors very efficient.

I love this machine!!!! I'm on Disability, so it is hard for me to Sweep or Vacuum my floors and then go back to mop the floor. This helps me SO MUCH!!! I just wish it was able to get closer to the edges. I turn the machine so that the front goes up against the wall, it at least gets closer to the edges then the sides of the machine do. I also think that it needs something to clean the hose area from where the head is to where the water goes into the tank. if that makes sense.

I have hardwood and tile floors with area rugs and the CrossWave is perfect for all of my floors. It does a great job of cleaning and sure beats the heck out of a mop and bucket. It's not much fun to clean it up when you're finished, but it is a necessary evil and it does come apart nicely for thorough cleaning of it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this after every meal with my kids. It has been life changing. If you have a Labrador retriever, you probably don't need this device, but my dog is a picky eater. When you feed kids, wet and sticky stuff ends up on the floor. Also rice, shredded cheese, partly soggy crackers and lots of other stuff that is a pain to sweep or vacuum. This machine is wonderful and my floors are so much cleaner. I do a quick run around the table and kitchen after every meal and I am loving not have small particulates stuck to my feet all the time! I takes me about 5-7 minutes to clean out the machine at the end of the day. I do not clean it after every use. I feel really good about how well this cleans up. I would definitely use it on my area rug. I tried a small section when I first got it and it feels nice to have an option to clean that more frequently without getting out my big carpet cleaner. I would not get rid of my regular mop though. I like using my microfiber spin mop which gets the top of the trim and around the edges of the room a bit better than this does.

Love it. It does everything it is supposed to. It doesn't use a lot of cleaner so this is a plus. The only thing is it doesn't get close enough to furniture and base boards like I think it should. Maybe this is something that can be improved. Sure beets a mop!

I have two children under age 10 and a Labrador retriever. Between the three of them there are plenty of messes around our home! This product saves me so much time by vacuuming and mopping up their messes in half the time it usually takes me to clean up after them. This has been the best gift to myself I have ever got!!

I ordered this after thinking about it & reading multiple reviews. I really didn't think it would meet the expectations but I was wrong. This works great. We have 2 cats & 2 dogs & I really love being able to vac & mop at the same time--it saves sooo much time & effort! I would REALLY love it if it were possible to steam & vac at the same time but this is still excellent! I've only used it twice so far but if it continues as it has, I would definitely recommend it!

This is an amazing product. I have a fluffy Pomeranian and I also have a lot of hair. I vacuum every day! I have tile, wood and area rugs. Not only were my floors spotless but I can't believe the hair and dirt it picked up. There was no dust for me to go back and wipe up after I used the Bissell. I have been telling everyone what a great buy this was!

I spilled some marinara sauce on the kitchen floor and was getting ready to go to the movies....so I thought let's see how good you really are...used my unit on it, it cleaned it all up! Of course I had to clean the machine today which was very easy and am now cleaning floor with fresh brush etc...amazing...love, love, love it....I have Lupus and back surgery so very difficult for me to bend or use mop etc. thank you omg much for the Crosswave, it is marvelous!

I would have given this four stars but there are a few things that needed to be adjusted. First it does an amazing job cleaning surface stains. But it does not hit very well against the base board. You will need to mop that area for complete cleaning. Additionally if there is sticky surface or stuck on stain you either have to go over a few times or you have to pull out the mop. I think over all it's a good purchase if you want to clean up an immediate mess, it cleaned my dog food area good and you want to just maintain cleanliness it work well. But eventually you will have to pull out the old fashion mop to get a deep clean...no regret of purchase.
