I would give this 5 stars had it lasted longer than 2 years which for the high price it should have. The floor piece broke after very careful use which is the only part you can’t order so I have to buy the entire unit again because there is nothing else like it and that’s what I need for a house full of hard floors. If another brand made a corded version I would buy that instead. Of course it decided not to work just as I was cleaning to have a huge crowd for xmas and all of the stores were sold out of them.

I can't believe how quickly I can now clean my bare floors! I no longer have to sweep and then go back over with the mop, and it leaves my floors clean and shiny! I would highly recommend this product to anyone with bare floors! I have tried other products like this but none even come close to the quality of the Crosswave! Thank you Bissell for the quality of your products!

The Crosswave lives up to the advertisement and it has not disappointed me. I absolutely love it. I hate mopping floors, so as a result, mine didn't get mopped nearly enough. But now, different story! It arrived during the holidays and my 20 year old son used it and he even loves how well and quickly it cleans. It's very easy to operate, and he has been the primary user of it whenever floors need cleaning. Has come in especially handy during rainy, icy, snowy mid-Atlantic winter weather days. I am so glad I bought this. The floor cleaning solution smells clean and fresh. You will not go wrong with this, it's a great product.

I have a limited ability. This machine is above and beyond my expectations. It took care of a really dirty floor with no problems at all. You do have to pay attention to the dirty water tank. Do not run it over a rug on the hard surface setting. And, Yes, it is important to keep it clean. Works like a dream. Thank you so much for developing this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First thing I need to say is I did not buy this machine expecting it to do a major vacuuming job. We do a good vacuuming with our Miele vacuum for major, thorough cleaning. I did buy it to be able to mop the floors without having to get down on all fours. Bad back and arthritis in shoulder makes mopping floors a real chore. It's easy enough to operate so we can clean up every day or few days as needed. We do have to hand clean well next to the floor trim and underneath the cabinets about every 1-2 weeks because the machine isn't going to be that precise. I don't think there's a machine out there that does, even the $1000. industrial.ones. It has very good instructions about cleaning the machine and rollers after using. Even when you use a regular sponge mop or other material you need to clean it thoroughly and clean the mop bucket after mopping or it's gonna stink and not clean the floors, so it stands to reason that you must clean the receiving tank and the roller, just like you have change bags or clean the receiving container on your vacuum. It is a bit noisy, but I expected that because it's a machine that dispenses hot water for mopping and vacuums at the same time. It's easy to take apart and put back together. If one does proper maintenance I feel like this machine will serve one well. It has made cleaning the floors so much easier for my daughter and granddaughters who clean my floors. They both say it's not for deep cleaning. More fore general upkeep. We do not use this on the hardwood floors as most hardwood manufacturers do not recommend. Tile or linoleum only. Yes I am blessed.

This has saved me so much time and my house is the cleanest it has ever been. So easy to use and to clean!! I hope whoever in your company invented a way to sweep and mop and the same time got a HUGE bonus...because they deserve one. I have recommended this product to everyone I can think of....and people are listening...they go out, buy it and ALSO agree it's AMAZING!

We have 2 dogs and 3 cats so we need to do a lot of vacuuming and shampooing. This is the perfect machine for ongoing maintenance. I do have a few tips, however. 1) if you have rugs and pets, you really need the area rug brushroll to do the best job. It's $9.99...not sure why they didn't include it in this set; 2) along with that, pick up the area rug cleaner and for extra cleaning power add some of the Oxy BOOST; 3) buy 2 extra clean tank assemblies, also $9.99 each, and use a permanent marker to label them M for multi-floor cleaner, W for wood floor and R for rug. Then you can easily switch them out when needed without wasting existing solution. I've used the multi-floor brush and solution on wood, wool rug and tile when I'm doing a quick run through, but it makes the wood floor a little dull, so the wood solution is better. This machine is very easy to use, easy to switch rollers and easy to switch solution. I'm a fan of Bissell products because they work great and the support pet causes. Also, if you have a new puppy that's not quite house broken and has an upset tummy, you will not regret purchasing the Bissell Spotbot Pet. My husband ordered it and thought it was ridiculous, but I had to eat my words!

Wow. I have 4 house dogs and a muddy yard. I have tried mop and bucket, swiffers, and every other thing in the market. This sweet little machine does.a.totally awesome.job in my floors. I have laminate.floors and hard wood. Works great on both types. No streaking and it really cleams. I.was.shocked at the dirt it picked up. And it doesnt.leave.the floors with a dull film. Best purchase I've made in a.long.time. Thank you Bissell

I have 2 dogs that are kept in the kitchen during the day while I am at work. They have access to a doggy door and a fenced back yard. My kitchen floor has been very dirty because of the dogs constantly tracking dirt inside. The dirt is down in the crevices of the floor and I have tried all different types of cleaning methods to get my floor clean. I used My Bissell CrossWave that I got for Christmas (12/17) for the first time yesterday (1/8/18). AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can not believe how this machine got down into the crevices and cleaned all that dirt up. My floors look like they used to before the dogs. I am completely sold on this product. I will be using my CrossWave A LOT!! I highly recommend the Bissell CrossWave for anyone that has hard floors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have several different floor cleaning products and I was so excited for this one. What a disappointment! My floors looked awful after. Did not feel it was doing much cleaning of the wood floors. It leaks and you have to completely take apart and clean after each use. Not to mention I would find more when cleaning the machine than in the dirty water compartment. I will stick with my steamer that leaves my floors looking shiny and clean for half the cost.
