I have 4 adult cats and 12 new kittens in my home right now. The messes were adding up fast. Pulling out a vacuum and pail was no fun & very time consuming. I love this new all in one to due up a necessary chores in more then half the time & mess. LOVE that it is very very quick and easy to clean also. Thank you Bissell for a personal helping hand.

I had a Hoover floormate years ago with the same features, i.e. Vacuumed and cleaned at the same time. It broke years ago and I have been searching for a replacement. My house is almost entirely hardwood.i hated the 2 step process...running the vacuum then having to mop. Plus the mop left lint all over the floor. I was so excited to get this product and I was NOT disappointed. It was a breeze to assemble and use. My floors look great!! Shiny and clean With no more effort than running the vacuum. And the great bonus was how fresh and clean the house smelled !! I absolutely love it !!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just love this little machine. It is easy to use, light weight, and easy to clean. With a 4 year old and two cats cleaning is a mandatory chore, So I use this product at least twice a week, it does a fantastic job every time. However, I was using the other day and the handle bent. I called customer service. and spoke to Jake, He was so helpful and professional. I'm so thankful this machine was under warranty. Their customer service is stress-free after a few questions to get the model and S/N number Jake found my replacement parts and Bissell is sending me the parts free of charge. That in my book shows me that this company stand behind their products and are there for their customers' needs.

My crosswave came Friday and I immediately used it and it truly does everything it says. My floors and small area rugs are spotless. It's lightweight, easy to use, easy to clean, and easy to take apart!!! I have told several family members and friends about it already and told them this is a MUST HAVE! I am an EXTREMELY satisfied customer. If I had to find one thing I didn't like... It doesn't clean and get the corners of base boards but because it cleans so incredibly well in every other way it's OK that I have to wipe those Down myself. The crosswave saves me hours scrubbing floors!!! No more sweeping floors before I scrub and no more on my hands and knees bending down to clean them. LOVE MY CROSSWAVE!!

After geting new floors installed, I thought this would be the perfect tool for cleaning it. I was wrong! We have 3 dogs and this machine did NOT clean as advertised. The floor was left dirty and the wheels left streak marks all over the floor, dirt and hair got stuck in the roller and becae more hassle than not. I found that I had to reclean the old fashioned way...with a MOP. I want my money back!!

I am very disappoionted. This is the worst cleaner I have ever purchased. Deposits the solution but retreives virtually none. Can't clean the carpet by leaving dirty solution behind. Can use a complete container and have only about 1/4" in the return bottle. Sucks the water fine in the cleaning tray, but not on the floor/rug. I have an old Bissell canister, I guess I will have to go back to using it, or my portable Hoover. Both do a better job.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have two dogs. A long hair and a short hair. I vacuum my home about 4 times a week. Our house is definitely lived in. 2 kids 2 dogs and a active family. It takes me about 20 min to vacuum my house and 20 min to clean out the vacuum. The dog hair gets stuck in the tube to were the dirt deposits and then will stop sucking up the hair and dirt in your house. If you have no dogs and no dirt in your house, this might be for you. If you do anything ever and have dogs DO NOT BUY

I've had a couple of electric mop/floor cleaners before but none would clean the built up hair products on my bathroom tile floor. I had tried several home remedies, scrubbed on my knees but couldn't get it really clean. After working on my area rugs, I tried it on the tile floor. Thankfully, I did the rugs first because within seconds, the brush started throwing out black water. It was cleaning out the build up and the grout immediately. I literally had to stop to clean the brush! So, note to self, do the light colored areas first. With a newly crawling infant, it's great to know that I can really clean each time I vacuum the rugs and floors.

I purchased the Crosswave initially after seeing the infomercial on the TV. I had been cleaning the floors in my home with mop and bucket. Of course this meant vacuuming first, then mopping, then vacuuming or sweeping any left over bits of debris. Well...I absolutely love the Crosswave. It does what it says it will and my floors are wonderfully clean and no more pre-vacuuming or post sweeping. I have a throw rug in my foyer, and was skeptical about whether it would clean this as well. It wasn't terribly dirty and have used my Bissell Revolution Pet rug cleaner in the past for this. The Crosswave did a great job and for in between cleaning, I will definitely use it.

I purchased the CrossWave to clean a very large area including kitchen, foyer & laundry room. The flooring is LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile) and the surface is not smooth so residue left from mops and such will show very noticeable "mop marks" and dulls the finish resulting in having to rinse the floor with clean water! Hate cleaning the floors once let alone twice! Not to mention sweeping them first! The CrossWave arrived well package with no damage & assembly was a snap. First thing I noticed was the LONG POWER CORD. No extension cord needed! I followed the instructions for "cleaning your hard floors". After the pass was completed the floor was left damp & then started to dry right away. Left NO residue only shine! I was impressed! The easy clean storage tray is a bonus. It removes most dirt from the roller and housing making cleanup easy. Now it takes 1/3 the time to clean my floors. Only con is it's a little noisy but this product Works As Advertised!
