I have 8 cats and 2 rabbits and kids. Cat hair wood shaving bunny pellets cat puke and more I have a big house and all tile. I have to micro fiber the floors first vacuume and then mop rinse repeat. Its an all day chore to clean my house and the next day I can't tell that I cleaned . I love this vacuume. I don't have to keep switching tools . The only two drawbacks I notice are that on dried on spots or spots that had to be scrubbed it didn't work well and it won't get close to edges. I still need my swiffer for edging. But it still cuts my cleaning time in half.

I think everyone should have one of these machines.Love the fact that I don't have to vacuum my floors then mop,which was always a problem .The crosswave does both at the same time and you are cleaning you floor with clean water at all times.I know that I have told all my friends/family about this incredible tool. You won't be wasting your money!!!!

From few days of received the handle wasn't connected right, after using several times the suction wasn't picking up noticeable crumbs, do remember you have 30 days to return or exchange after you be stuck with an item that can't do much like a regular vacuum, it does clean spots but you need to keep vacuum in place to make sure its getting formula to go head and clean it up, I would recommend for light cleaning meaning items or things you can't visibly see.

I wanted to love this vacuum so badly! I bought it for our winery that has hard floors, but can have spills from wine customers. The vacuum streaks the floor and leaves ghosty white marks all over. It leaks the liquid cleaner even when just trying to dry vacuum. It does not have enough pressure to pick up debris from the hard floor or our rugs even on the appropriate setting. I will be trying to sell it and will be trying another vacuum. I am sad because I wanted it to work like it was advertised.

I really like the idea of the vacuum and floor cleaner in the same machine. And it works that way. It is super easy to use, but a bit wider than my steam mop. Not quite as easy to use in small bathrooms. I could only use it on tile - I don't have hardwood floors. My only complaint would be that it tends to leave streaks on my tiles worse than my steam mop. And somewhere in the back of my mind I feel the steam gets the floor cleaner. I'm sure it would work even better on hardwood floors.

I hoped that this would make my cleaning(vacuum and moping) easier but it made it worse. I had to return back to my sweeper and mop. When I used his vacuum for wet cleaning, it left the floors extremely wet with not so clean water and I could see the struggle to suck in the debris and water. Twice I used it(second time was for benefit of doubt), I had to RE-mop the floors. Then I switched to using it for dry vacuum only, It seemed to blow air out to spread out the debris and just vacuums a fraction of it. I look back at a vacuumed area to see some debris nicely rolled up sitting there, those I have to literally pick up and discard. I tried with both brushes, same results. This is not to mention how heavy it is and how inflexible it is to reach corner areas and under furniture spaces. I'm only surprised how some people find this vacuum cleaner very helpful. I had to give one star cos I am really dissapointed and the price wasn't friendly.

This is my favourite cleaning device, and really the only one I need. I use it throughout my home on a weekly or bi-weekly basis and it makes getting a deep clean a breeze! I also find it oddly satisfying to see how filthy the water is that came off of my seemingly clean floors. Would be lost without this device. 10/10 would recommend.

All the good reviews that I have read about the Crosswave are an understatement in my opinion! I feel like I have my life back since I received it. With two dogs and a very messy person I live with, not even a half a day goes by without having dirty floors. As the Crosswave cleans as it sweeps, the Crosswave has virtually eliminated a 'dedicated day' of wet cleaning the floors (at least once a week). It was such a tedious job, I would put it off as long as I could, wiping on hands and knees in-between. The machines that I previously had, although they worked, were hard to push/use and took so long to clean out and put back together when finished. I dreaded 'wet floor cleaning day'! The Crosswave is so easy to maintain and clean out when finished. I normally have to vacuum once/twice a day, so with the Crosswave, since it cleans as I am vacuuming, and easy to use and push, no more 'dedicated wet cleaning day' and the floors are ALWAYS clean, instead of walking on sticky, grimy floors until I can get to the scrubbing day. I love the Bissell CrossWave. I have a bad back. Before the CrossWave I had to sweep, mop, and change dirty water. Took me several hours and sore back. Now with the CrossWave I can finish in little over an hour with no back pain. Wish I had one a long time ago. Love it bunches.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really really wanted to love this vacuum. It sucked well and seemed fun, initially. A month later I realized just how much work it was going to be to keep using it. I've had it now since 2020. The last cleaning took an hour. To be clear I was cleaning the vacuum, not the carpet. Due to the design and the swivel area, hair and funk and lord knows what else gets stuck in this elbow. I made the error of not checking the elbow before vacuuming our master bedroom last week. WHOA the smell was awful. The stench was in every room and took opening all the windows and putting all 3 air purifiers on high to get the odor to dissipate after an hour. After thoroughly cleaning every part of the vacuum and finally finding something to push out the clump from the elbow I was able to vacuum again. Well, that's until it started making noises like it was gasping for air. I'm now looking for a new vacuum. Such a bummer.
