I am a bit upset and disappointed. I received this as a Christmas present so I have only had this about 6 weeks and this is the third time I tried to use it. The first time I used it - after almost finishing the area, I turned it off and the hardwood floor button it would not turn on again. The next morning it was fine. Second time, no problem- worked great. Third time, I used it for a small area (maybe for one minute) , went to move some furniture, tried to turn it on again and neither button will work. A product that is so new and barely used should work for more than a minute.

The Crosswave is the best. I like it and will be using it a lot cause I didn't realize that much had built up on my floors until I started using the crosswave. I thought my floors were decently clean caused I mopped my floors 3-4 times a week; but after using the crosswave, I was in awe cause of all the dirt that I saw that came off of my floors. It is truly amazing. Couldn't ask for anything better.

Always a little sceptical when watching infomercials. Bought the product on a whim. Figured I could return it if I was not satisfied. We have mostly tile and hardwood floors. We started on "clean" tile and could not believe how much dirt the cross wave pulled out. Floor has never looked better. Same applies to hardwood. Love the product.

I bought this for my daughter who has RA and COPD, due to her conditions she had a hard time keeping up with cleaning her condo. Because of this products multi-tasking ability, she is able to clean her laminate floors in one step instead of having to sweep, wash, then pull the vacuum out to clean her area rugs. She used to be exhausted after this and had to put off the rest of her cleaning for another day. She felt she was spending all her time cleaning. Now in one step, she can vacuum, wash her floors and vacuum the area rugs and still have enough energy to finish the rest of her cleaning in one day. This product has made her very happy and greatly enhanced her quality of life. Bravo Bissell !

I have a rather large ceramic tile floor that encompasses the front foyer, kitchen, back hall and bathroom. In the past I have used a steam mop. I really disliked the pad on the steam mop as it would get dirty enough that regular washing would not get it clean (pad had to be washed separately because of no fabric softener). Back to the old washboard for scrubbing. With the CrossWave it is easy to clean up when I am done with the floor. The steam mop way would have me sweeping the floor and then using a Swiffer dust mop before I could even start the steam mop. CrossWave is so much easier. It is all in one and all the dirt is contained instead of on the steam mop head. Steam mop head would push the dirt around.

So, I got this Crosswave in December 2017. I have 3 yorkies, 2 bengals, my husband, daughter and me. We have mostly hardwood, vinyl and tile floors. While at first, this was a great option and worked well when it did, I recently had to take it an authorized service place for the warranty because sadly, it died. However, not more than 3 or 4 months after I bought this one, the Crosswave Pet came out. When talking to the service guy, he said there has not been enough longterm research on this type of vacuum. I am on the fence about even getting or trying out the Bissell Crosswave Pet because, well, I spent some money already and between my immunotherapy bills for the MS and a tight budget, I don't know if I want to try one again. I guess I will have to wait 2 weeks to 1 month or so before getting my Crosswave back from the service people as that is how long it takes for them to replace it. So sad, I really enjoyed it while it lasted...made my job easier.

I love that is vacuums and mops my floors all in one. I have wood everywhere except my bedrooms so this saves time and it saves my back! I've had another hardwood cleaner, but after a year it blew up, so I bought another and within 6 months it shorted out! So I'm very hopeful with this product, plus I get a 4 year warranty!

I was amazed at how well cleaned . I did all my rooms within a few hours. That rug came out great. It did not wet floor below it My daughters thought that is was another thing I. Brought. Well my younger daughter has used it in her house then it will go to my older daughter. I will be lucky if I get it back They want to use it for their homes It was well worth my money

For years we have struggled to find a system to clean absolute black granite in our home. Vacuums pick up particles, and mopping spreads what's left around. Two bulky system, neither one idea. The Crosswave allows us to sweep and the next pass mop, no streaking. Outstanding!!!!!!!!!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this product 3x a week. I clean it after every use but you can't just clean it as you guys say to. Because, of the small areas that are constantly clogged by the smallest amount of dirt. So, I have to disassemble this every time. Don't waste your money. I'm about to burn mine
